Clean and confortable rooms. Nice and gentle people of the staff.

Soo much air freshener its hard to breath. When I asked for cheff non existant food embarrassing. Apparently no pint glasses. Do I need to continue. Oh the food. Tesco hot counter is much better and they just dont care when told.

GOOD LOCATION — a couple of buses right outside the door: -15min by bus to where the Wimbledon tournament is held -9min to Wimbledon village -5min to Wimbledon station EXPECT NO SLEEP if your room is facing the road (ODD room numbers) — soundproofing window and door needed. I slept one night in the £95 single room, very happy except for room location in the building (comment above) the other night, in the superior room: it was HUGE and had a FANTASTIC BALCONY and a sofa. Very pleasantly surprised, NO FRIDGE.

Hotel was well located 10 minutes by foot from the underground. Staff were very welcoming and professional. Breakfast was delicious.

Staff were quite friendly and helpful, parking was quite difficult and very tight, no designated disabled parking, although listed in the details. Breakfast is buffet style but eggs cooked to order but brought to the table before first part of meal finished, so cold by the time I had been back to get the rest! Room was small with low ceiling. Noisy due to kitchen vent plant. No feedback from the form I left in the room.

The room was very clean The only flaws are the absence of a fridge in the room and the management of the curtains, lack all the privacy, while the blackout obscure little and easily in the summer at 5 a. M. You will be awake already. I recommend breakfast on site, 10 min walk you have a thousand more good alternatives.

The Antoinette is a great little hotel. Staff are courteous and professional and the service all round is great. The rooms aren't that big but they're in decent condition. 4 stars because none of the tvs in the any of the rooms I've stayed in over the years have an HDMI input for my laptop. The restaurant across from the hotel (The Lambourne) has great food and you get a discount for staying in the hotel. The buffet breakfast in the morning is excellent too with a wide selection of breakfast ingredients. I'd say the price for a room isn't too bad considering the location, similar pricing throughout Wimbledon but nor particularly cheap. I'd recommend The Antoinette if it appeals to you.

Has improved since my last visit a year or so ago. Friendly staff, rooms clean and sufficiently provisioned. Good location for SW area, better priced than most others in the area. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is lovely and clean and well situated in Wimbledon. If you are driving there be aware there maybe no parking at The hotel as the car park is small and they allow non residents to park there. This means you have to park in the local streets where you have to pay. The reception staff in the evening were not friendly at all very brusk verging on rude. Also the size of the room, small double, was not worth £109 per night.

Ran an event the hotel, the most important thing was making sure the Wi-Fi was good enough for the event as everyone had laptops. I was assured that they have never had a problem. We had no end of problems and receptions only reply was that they could try restarting it? Bit we continued to have issues.

A very good hotel. Service is great however lacks some items like proper shower gel and toiletries kit. Furniture is a bit old but still good.

Way overpriced. Tiny room (2.5m x 2.5m) for £100 per night with no breakfast. Stayed 5 nights but they wanted to charge for a late checkout. Loads of renovations happening with loud noise from early in morning. Dirt, wood shavings, paint chips and electric cables lying on floor all day. House keeping knocks on door at odd hours (10:30/1500/1645). Front desk unhelpful. Claimed room had been requested by another guest at 1300 however when I walked past at 1400 it was still being serviced by housekeeping. Clearly lying through their teeth to avoid effective customer service. dont stay here!

Comfortable enough room. The general decor feels a little dated, but that's only aesthetic. Good buffet breakfast available.

I stayed there for 1 night and found the room very neat and clean. Staff was also very polite and helpful (a taxi cab I asked for was waiting for me the next day at the requested hour). The hotel is also very quiet, reasonably priced and has a good location — 5 minute walk to the tube station.

Great for a night or two. Good breakfast service. For the money you can much more luxury if you travelled out of the area. Good if you need to be in that area.

Great location surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants and if you eat at the hotel you get 20% off. Has car parking facilities has a great deck area for summer and rooms 400+ are in the new build and there are older rooms with large balconies. Great friendly staff and comfy beds.

The staff are helpful and friendly, the room is not big but clean with a comfortable bed. The location is near the theatre at Wimbledon and at the station where in 30 minutes to Central London.

Friendly staff and good location. Lots of restaurants and bars locally. Very helpful when needing an iron etc. Room facing the street was a bit noisy but OK.

The Antoinette's OK, well placed, but the walls shake, you can hear people snoring in the next room, and the Wi-Fi is annoying. However it's the best in the area, and the staff are great. The chef needs to learn how to cook fried bread tho, it's dreadful!

I stayed here in November 2015, the place is in a convenient location right in Wimbledon city center just 5 minute walk from the tube and train station. I booked through their site and had no problems. When arrived the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice, would definitely stay here again in the near future :)

Arranged for a business partner to stay here. It was embarrassing! the rooms were not renovated. They were in a real state. The renovation had just started,. Location is good with access to Wimbledon. And looks like the rooms are now renewed. So should be a good option.
