Amazing surroundings. Beer extremely well kept. Food good. Service a little slow.

Good Choice of draught beers and lovely decor.

Enjoyed lunch, atmosphere is delightful, will be back :-)

One of the Pillars of Maida Vale. With pretty good food actually, try the Burger, Rosemary Chips. Also a good selection of drinks, including beer as expected.

Chips were nice asked for burger well done, after waiting 25 minutes it came out red/pink inside I sent it back they brung it back out 10 minutes later I took another bite it was still red asked if I could just get a refund for the burger and no managers were there ended up just leaving.

Good value. Staff friendly. Historic building but needs some refurbishing.

Such a gorgeous space. According to staff used to be a brothel, hence the murals above the bar. There was a quiz on last night. The food looked tremendous and it will be sampled in due course. This space has been earmarked for event purposes. It is unique to the area being both pub and hotel with easy access not to be experienced in central London given its tight restrictions. A place for Londoners and travellers alike. Once the food has been sampled, a five star reference will be edited in.

Fab Roast! Busy place, Great atmosphere especially for the World Cup. Other Visitors really friendly too. All welcome there including Children & Dogs so yes would definitely recommend! My only reason for not giving a 5 is I do not like the shared Toilets.

Beautiful pub, full of character, with good beers and decent food. There is a big outdoor area for the sunny days. There is sometimes some live jazz I think. I haven’t tried the hotel part.

Great-looking building inside and out. Outside area can be a bit loud with traffic, but that's not the pub's fault. Wouldn't mind a slightly better range of beers, but this pub's one of the best in the area.

Traditional english bar and a friendly atmosphere. You can get along with absolutely anyone there. It has become my weekly meet even though I live far from it.

It certainly has character and is popular, but went there to watch the rugby because Faucet Inns advertises 6 Nations viewing on their website including this pub and what a disappointment. There was only one screen which was in the smaller half of the pub and obscured for many. The Guinness was awful, that we couldn't finish them nor ordered any more. Not suited at all for watching sports unless for a small audience. The pub itself has not changed in years and it has look and feel of a Sam Smith pub with the decor of a 1920s hotel. The bigger half looks more relaxed with plenty of seating and horse shoe bar in the middle. It's a pub you wonder why no one has done anything with considering it's location?

The place is elegant and cozy. The rooms are well-equipped, spacious and with good furnishings. The hotel is located a little far from the main attractions of London, however it is possible to reach them by taking two meters (30min) which cost approximately £4.

How bizarre that such a mediocre pub should be operated out of such beautiful premises. A lamentable dearth of cask ales and a bafflingly wide selection of run-of-the-mill lagers in a gorgeous and historic bar. Dear landlord: thank you for keeping this heritage gem intact, but more than one ale would be appreciated!

Great building and interesting historical decor. A bit quiet for a new years eve drink but nice for a quiet drink usually.

Beautiful pub. Great selection of drinks. Professional staff. Havent eaten there but I think Gordon Ramsay ran/runs the associated restaurant. Id call it a posh pub but even when I turn up in labourer's clothes they havent sniffed at me. Coincidentally this is the first local I had when I came to university 30 odd years ago & its still exceptional.

Very nice and comfortable room. The whole atmosphere (decoration, fireplace, etc) is very nice. Very friendly staff too. Will definitely go back.

Excellent local pub and hotel. Popular open beer garden for the summer and a cosy lounge/bar for winter with leather sofas and a log fire.

Posh hotel pub with a lovely decor in the bar. Good selection of beers on the bar. Food is very good and reasonably priced considering where the pub is. Service is quick. The decor above the bar is great. Nice place to spend a Saturday afternoon or early evening.

Lovely decor (elaborate architectural details) for this pub, and great meals that are a step above usual pub food. A good selection of tap beer and a variety of wines. All of the staff I encountered were super friendly and super efficient, and super international! Thanks guys. I really wish this was my local and that I wasn’t just visiting.

Nice pub. Bad food. I just ordered lamb and it was solely fat. I paid 15£ to eat potatoes. Has a good variety in beera though.

An old favourite haunt. Art Nouveau paintings of scantily-clad ladies above the bar, dating from the time when it was owned by the Church of England and there was a brothel upstairs. Allegedly.

Great little boutique hotel. Used them three times now. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are great. The breakfasts are fantastic. All in all a first class hotel.

My local and favourite pub! Food could be better but nothing beats the atmosphere of this historic place!

For what you pay the food is mediocre at best. The best thing about the steak is the Garlic Butter. The mushroom sauce is nice; the burger is awful. The lowest temperature they can serve is Medium, but in reality it comes well done. The food was not nice; I would recommend the alcohol though. Just make sure you check the glasses as last-night the bar-man gave the gentleman wine in a cracked glass!

The bar was nice. Beautiful interiors and good food. Everything was moderately priced so no complaints.

Nice place to get a drink. Food is average. Some of the staff look like they don't really want to be there. Gets busy on nights when the cricket is going.

Overall, I had a great stay at the Warrington — clean room, great atmosphere, service was a bit slow for breakfast as we had to find the hostess several times, and they were very accommodating to hold our bags after check out until our flight. That's where the great service ends — I accidentally left my souvenirs and notified the hotel within 60 mins after leaving. I was told they would ship the items free of charge, despite me offering to pay, and I was thrilled by the customer service. It has been 2 months and I am still waiting for my souvenirs. I have called and emailed multiple times without a precise response and I'm going to assume someone from the hotel is enjoying them. Definitely would have recommended this place until this happened. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was mislead.

I used to love this place, I really did. However, the most recent cohort of staff are slow to serve, appear to not notice your presence and there is a feeling of disorganisation on the other side of the bar. Also not the type of place you want to go if you dislike children at pubs. On any given day of the week there is a group of Stella-soaked parents who treat the pub as their daycare, letting their noisy children run riot, jump on couches and play shoot-em-up with straws. It's a beautiful pub, with a great outdoors area for summer afternoons, it's a shame that the service and patrons often ruin it.

Great social areas, open and with lots of light. Building has a nice aesthetic. Not great selection of drinks, but food I tried was good.

Really nice people and pub. 5 hotel rooms on the top floor. Room a bit warm but otherwise very good. Breakfast was excellent thank you.

Lovely clean rooms, helpful staff who go the extra mile and a superb selection of drinks on draught (you can try before you buy if you ask nicely). What's not to like? Hope to return one day. Ps the Sunday breakfast is awesome.

Just had my dinner! At first the burgers we"ve ordered were cold when we told waiter that the food was cold he was happy to bring us another plate. The second plate was dry as hell! I am sure that it was pre cooked and just re heated! We asked to talk to the manager but he did not offer us a refund! Literally the food was left on the table! It was a joke today! Its a shame because we go often there for drinks! I will reconsider going there for eating there! They should have offered at least a refund!

Extremely inadequate and rude customer service. After waiting for half an hour for food I went in to ask what was taking so long only to find out my order never went through. The rather rude manager simply told me they were to busy to deal with me. Although the place looks nice, that sort of service wouldn't make me go back and I will strongly advise anyone not to, as well. Unless of course you have plenty of time and are ready to be treated like garbage.

Had no food in the fridge, so decided to have lunch at my local pub. Came up to the bar to order, and the guy behind did not greet, just nodded, is he mute? too much salt in the food, possibly added to already pre-made meals to stay eatable, so the food does not go off too soon. After finishing, stood at the bar to pay for my meal, and the barmen just walked passed me giving me a look, and stopped at the mirror to fix his unwashed hair. Finally, one of the girls came up and took the payment. Overall — huge disappointment and very poor choice of bar staff.

Great place to stay — Highly recommended. So I stayed in the hotel. What can I say, I wish more hotels would try to pamper you as they do. I will start by saying that this Hotel is not for everyone. It is located in a Pub which was great for me, but not for every body. The rooms are very big and comfortable, very clean. I don't usually need the room service/ front desk service so I don't know how it is. Over all will definitely become my fav.

One of our favourite pubs in London and used to be our local. Fantastic food and lovely atmosphere. Lots of fond memories from this gastropub. The decorations are amazing, the pin shows off all its Georgian charm!

Stopped off for a pint and a packet of crisps. £7.35. Even for this ridiculous city, that's a pisstake. Nice building though, and it was a decent beer.

I live in Maida Vale and there is no shortage of good places to eat. Why oh why then, does the Warrington feel it can get away with serving reheated rubbish at inflated prices? I ordered, and I quote, "Pork Loin Crackling". When it arrived, there was some thin, damp grey stuff that looked like ham and not an ounce of crackling in sight. I asked the waitress, who didn't understand what I was talking about. The manager, when she arrived, was equally bemused: she had no idea what crackling was. When I explained, she went away and brought me a bowl of pork scratchings. Pork scratchings! Out of a packet! I explained again what crackling is and she replied, "Oh, we never cook pork that way. " "Why, then, is it listed on your menu? " I asked. "Maybe it's a spelling mistake, " she retorted. A spelling mistake? Perhaps they meant to write, "Port Loin however-the-heck-we-want-to-cook-it-because-we-have-no-respect-for-our-customers. " The rest of the evening was spent with no table service because we'd clearly offended the staff. Good. We won't be bothering them again.

Despite the great location and beautiful interior, The Warrington fails to deliver. Whilst some of the staff were lovely, a few of them are very gruff and it was almost impossible to place an order with everything getting lost in translation. The food arrived cold and took 35 minutes to appear since ordering. It felt shambolic and not at all the relaxed vibe one expects (and needs! ) on a Sunday with a hangover. We left after the starters and will not be returning.

Very nice inside. Totally overpriced. "Sharing platter" with 2 (number two) slices of salami and 2 (number two) slices of bread comes at only 15 quids. Good to share with yourself (if you're not hungry).

Worse service I've had in UK. First I couldn't order. I've to argu to be allowed to order after several had been served before me, even I've waited even longer than those. The 2 course dinner I ordered were served together even I asked to get the soap first then the burger. The burger went cold. The salt had to be requested. I tought I should have another beer but the bartender was to busy talking with one of the waitress. I went away from the bar to my cold burger. Sorry. Good atmosphere and good food but a rude bartender.

Geez Louise. The gruff bar attendant had no idea what was on the menu, didn't know what it was when I pointed it out, and then proceeded to spill wine everywhere when pouring me a glass. Shonky ole service if ever there was. We sat outside as the bar was smelly and a bit grubby. The Moules arrived and they they were pretty darn good. I'd never go out of my way to come here again, but yes the interior is stunning and worth a visit.

A local. It's a decent pub if you're nearby with nice architecture and a goodamount of seating inside and out for the summer. Legend has it that it used to be called the randy as it's off randolph avenue and may have been a brothel.
