Location is perfect, and service is really great. Lovely breakfast as well.

Rooms abit dated and worn but the other areas are very classy. Breakfast buffet is very good. Has AC and elevator.

Excellent hotel all round. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, close to a tube station.

Photos look better than the hotel; room could have been much better, service was variable some staff were amazing, others short and a bit rude. Breakfast disappointing — you are paying for the location primarily.

3/5 if not less. This is not 4 stars hotel but B&B on a pretty medium level. Only good option here is 5 minutes from Underground but most of London places are. My 2 nights were nearly sleepless due to noisy stairs, doors and floors, any step of neighbors is "in your room". For 120 punds You expect at least a tea facility in the room and shower which is less than 20 years old. …

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, except maybe the carpet in the room not very well aspirated. Breakfast very good, especially English breakfast. Nice experience.

Less than average experience. But let's see. The hotel has some Charme, staff is friendly, rooms are spacious. Location is nice around Marble Arch with loads of restaurants close by. Breakfast was actually pretty good and is included. But here we go — found a used handkerchief behind the bin and hairs in the shower. There is a humming noise coming from the AC even when switched off. It seems a mosque is close by is someone was singing at seven in the evening. Overall very noisy from upstairs, neighboring rooms and the streets. Internet very slow and filtered. It felt like being in China or north Korea.

Lovely hotel, very polite staff in a great location. Very nice self service breakfast. Plenty of choice in a stylish dining room. Great value for central London. Definitely recommended.

Great location and attention to detail. Sadly our room was quite cold. Also drafty as the curtains didn't close properly. We had an electric heater in the room but you can't leave that on overnight. We asked for an extra duvet and got one. The staff were very attentive.

Management and customer service are their weakness; The front desk staff and others are fairly professional. They swiped our credit card and charged the full amount the moment we checked in unlike any other hotel we have been. Upon a family emergency we checked out early to fly home and left management several emails/messages for a partial refund, and w/o getting even a single response. This is unprofessional at best, rude and mistreating customers.

The service was great, the beds were comfortable, but the highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was wonderful!

Good location. The rooms are slightly older, but the beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was small, but clean. The staff was very courteous and professional, even helped me get my luggage upstairs! The breakfast was lovely and the lady working there was very nice. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Couple of blocks from the Tube station. Two converted apartment buildings with separate elevators and a common lobby.

Nice hotel. Near Hyde park. I prefer other locations in London like the Soho foe example.

This is a cute lil boutique Georgian Style London hotel. I had a great experience with a comfy big bed, clean bathroom and relatively quiet at night. Nice living room type setup in the lounge. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast room is clean, variety of foods cold to hot. Fresh juice would be a big plus. The elevator stops between floors so if this is a problem, call ahead to ensure they can accommodate you. Overall great location and stay.

Recently stayed for three days at the Sumner. We found this hotel very clean, the rooms spacious, people friendly and helpful. Breakfast included with a good selection of foods, coffee and tea anytime you want it from the desk. The location is only a few blocks from the Marble Arch and thus easy to find with great access to transportation. This is definitely a must stay hotel on our list for future visits. 5 * in our opinion.

Comfortable 7 days were spent in the Sumner hotel, hotel location is very good. Shop assistant good couldn't be better, particularly Cristina. Breakfast was excellent, we have bubble tea every afternoon, drinking coffee. Wi-Fi signal in the room were very good. Our room was a bit small, but still very comfortable, have a chance we will come again.

The staff were absolutely lovely and beautiful hotel.
Definately coming back.

Great hotel. Nice rooms, good service. Walking distance to Oxford Street so it makes a good base for shopping. NCP car park around the corner.

Extra ordinary Serving Hotel in Town.

Delightful boutique hotel located in a convenient side street. Very convenient for us since we were visiting Le Gavroche on the Saturday night and the Taste Festival on Sunday. Good sized room. Very pleasant and helpful front staff. Breakfast could have been better though.

This is a fantastic Boutique hotel. Very clean, quaint, with excellent service and fine rooms. It has a great location near Marble Arch station and is a 5 minutes walk to the stores on Oxford, Hyde Park and dozens of pubs and restaurants. We loved the Breakfasts and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating as they suggfested restaurants and arranged taxis etc.

Really it is a nice place to spend a short vacation in London and enjoy shopping in Oxford st.

At first blush this seems like a very nice hotel in a nice quiet Muslim/Hindu neighborhood with updated rooms and nice furnishings (only two stains on the carpet) run entirely by polite, cute young polish girls. But this hotel has a funky lobby, chopped up floors and has lots of systems/safety issues, electronic room key system failed repeatedly, some electrical outlets pop, fire alarms went off due to some steam pipe/electrical problems in the basement, staff just laughed, fire alarm system was then disabled because staff didn't know what to do with it, only amenities here are free breakfast and free Wi-Fi, but no one to help with luggage up stairs, no safe in your room, staff walks into your room without knocking. Oh, FYI if you are in your room past 10:00 am and you haven't checked out yet, they start calling your room, and even send somebody up to your room to check on your progress.!. But all done very politely.
