Never got to see the hotel despite paying due to ridiculous refund police's. Paid over a hundred pounds for an overnight stay for a meeting the next day. The date of the meeting changed and attempted to change the hotel date accordingly. Was told I couldn't despite having rooms free. There was no manger to speak to so I'm left with no hotel room and £100 less. Very poor.

The room was clean and big enough for us and our 2 babies. It has a kitchen. We bought food and prepared breakfast on our room. Not really child friendly. They do have baby crib. But no playground or a kids corner. The lift was to small to get in with the baby trolley. No restaurant. They serve breakfast but simple. Not special. You can park your car at the hotel with a fee of 15 pounds per night. Our room was too loud because of the main street. Not possible to leave the window open. For 2 nights it was ok.

Service has been very nice. The room is lovely. Our drain was plugged but they were kind enough to exchange rooms. Nice big towels and cute rooms. I would stay here again. Also very accessible by public transit.

Apartment style hotel rooms. Nice having the kitchenette features, larger "living space, " and large windows that open and allow the cool breeze to circulate through. However, this particular location needs some updating. Our 1st room has a shower that didnt drain, so we had to stand in inches of water while we bathed. We mentioned it to 3 different staffs attention before we were finally moved to another room. The carpets are very old and worn in both rooms, the showers stalls have mildew, many outlets don't work, and the sinks are cracked and repaired with caulking. Overall, if you're looking for a cheaper option for overnight stay near some major London attractions this may be an option for you, as many are a quick 10 minutes bus ride down the street. If you're looking for nicer amenities definitely look elsewhere. Also, their website says 2pm checkin. We were asked to come back at 3:30pm. It also states laundry services on site, but we were directed down the street to a dry cleaner. This was one of the deciding factors for my booking, as we've been traveling a bit and needed a location where we could wash. Definitely frustrating to see one thing online and being told something else at checkin.

We booked an appartment room. Clean and spacious. Excellent service. We love the location! Nice and close to city center but far enough out to be quiet. Safe and clean neighborhood.

Excessive noise, poor insulation, rooms are poorly maintained, equipment is in poor condition and is missing, is misleading when one takes a room (for 3) with a child, according to them, the child must sleep in your bed 2 places. In short, apart from the employees who are nice, I do not recommend for the rest.

Average. Nice staff. Bus stop in front of hotel which was very convenient.

Abit rundown but good value for money — staff friendly — good for transport.

Reasonably priced for size of room. Bathroom left something to be desired and could use some serious mold cleanup and recalking though. Area is nothing special but quiet and no issues.

Very spacious nice to have kitchenette. Clean. Included continental breakfast is basic but OK and option of cooked breakfast for extra charge. 10 minutes walk from maida Vale tube on the bakerloo line zone 2. UPDATE: stayed a second time, just as good. Learnt that the buses 16 (and NIGHT BUS 16) 332 and 98 stop right outside so use these to hop to the Maida vale tube or stay on to Marble Arch and go central there. Staff very helpful, a little home from home and the fridge keeps the wine cool!

Did the job. Simple overnight room, all amenities, clean. Would stay again.

Clean simple set up, rooms basic but ok, some areas a bit tired. Lift slow and depends on doors on other floors being properly closed. Breakfast ok, continental included, full English extra. Not bad for the price as a place to sleep when in London.

We had a reservation with them and when we arrived they said that they didn't have any rooms available. They made many calls and had is waiting there for three hours and finally they gave us a room. We sleepy there (the rooms were poorly decorated and not very good) and I the morning we had to go to another hotel. Very bad experience indeed.

For 72 quid, well worth it. Just needed somewhere to crash after an event, small single room. No AC so pretty warm.

A small and cozy hotel at an affordable price. The room is bigger than I expected. Location is not the best but there are train stations within 10 minutes walking distance.

Good location, good neighborhood, there is a bus stop just outside that takes you to Central London. The tube is just 5 minutes walking time. Rooms are clean and personnel is helpful. BUT Breakfast is very poor. If they give you room number 1 ask for a change as it is behind the reception and very noisy.

Nice Hotel, nothing more. Good location with bus and Metro. Small rooms and not in perfect condition.
