You have to check in another Beverley hotel. Both times we went there, no-one answered the bell. We were left waiting outside for around 20 mons calling the numbers on the door buy no one answered these either. we got to our room and I got into bed and after a while I could feel damp. The mattress was wet… and a sheet and just been placed over it. As it was now past midnight and impossible to contact anyone I had to sleep on a towel from the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting.
