It is a beautiful hotel in a nice area!

Great location and friendly staff. The rooms were quiet and we were in walking distance of some great sights to see in London.

We stayed 2 nights at the Cleveland and we were very happy. Great location and the hotel itself very spacious and clean.

Good service. They don't have a dining room. Breakfast in rooms and very poor.

Absolute gem of a hotel. It is located in a relatively quiet neighborhood with easy access anywhere you desire to go. We stayed 7 days in the executive suite (#28). Very clean and quiet. We appreciated having the efficiency kitchen but only used the kettle and mini frig. Quite convenient having a wet bar and all the glass & dish wear necessary to enjoy snacks and beverages. The staff is outstanding. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly and patient with our typical tourist questions. The staff even brought our up our continental breakfast on two mornings we forgot to order it!
Visit Lagenda restaurant for delightful outdoor dining. The staff there is very cordial and the prices are reasonable. Further up the road you'll find a great Greek restaurant. No outdoor dining but make a reservation and request window seating. Those are just two of many great locale establishments.
We look forward to returning to The Cleveland Hotel in the not too distant future.

The neighborhood very quiet, and very well located near metro (Bayswater), train (Paddington) and Hyde Park. The price is somewhat expensive, but normal in London. It has a mini kitchen with basics for dinner and breakfast.

Clean, quaint, well maintained hotel in a quiet neighborhood close to several tube stations, a small town center, and lots of resturants — thumbs up.

The worst hotel that I have ever. I found two dead mice under my bed and the bathroom was very dirty. I was meant to stay there for four days but we booked out at 6am and got a full refund. I would not recommend that hotel to anyone who visits London.

A beautiful hotel. With mini kitchen in the room. The young receptionist who welcomed us on arrival was very nice and pleasant and helped us with the thousand things we asked for. A hotel and a perfect receptionist.

The hotel was located in a lovely neighborhood on the border of zone 1 and zone 2 in London. While the room was adequate (though old fashioned and kind of dreary — I found the pictures on the website to be HIGHLY misleading), I was really disappointed with the customer service. When we arrived at the hotel, they gave us a basement floor room (one floor lower than ground level). I didn't even know that was a possibility! While I would maybe understand if we had booked the lowest tier room they offered, we actually booked the second or third tier room. I requested for a room change, but the concierge told me they had already booked all the rooms and that if I wanted something on a higher level, I should have requested it ahead of time. Had I known that was an option, I definitely would have, but his accusatory tone was really off-putting. We stayed at the hotel for two nights and ran into maybe 1 other guest that was also staying there, so I also don't believe that all the rooms were booked. I recommend looking elsewhere for accommodations in London, especially if it's your first visit, since the location (while nice) was pretty far from all the sights (at least a 30-40 min tube ride, not including walking time).

A little weak for a 4etoiles. Very poor child bedding and breakfasts to avoid.

Very nice hotel, out there away from the city Center. But with the Lancaster gate line which is a couple of minutes away you can get to the center pretty Well. With respect to the hotel, the room is spacious, has a nice bathroom, although on my first night the shower did not work, then all very well. The beds are the most comfortable i've ever slept in. A 10/10. Breakfast will take you to the ROOM. To give it to you, when you get to the hotel you get a letter where you can choose what you want for Breakfast. You tell him the time they bring it and ready. Very rich Food. (i recommend ordering the orange juice, very good).

Quiet Hotel, well located between Bayswater and Paddington, clean and tidy. The finishes and maintenance are the English ones so don't expect too much. Fair price for the area.

This property is really more of a nice guest house and less of a hotel. It is 5 stories but the top two are a walk up, so we had the pleasure of hand carrying luggage to the very top floor. It was the only property in the UK to ask for ID from both me and my wife, when only my name was on the reservation. While there is daily cleaning, they did not restock some basic essentials such as tea for the kettle. By the way, it was 90 steps from the lobby to our room. It wasn't bad but I'd probably book somewhere else next time.

Expectacular Hotel located in one of the best places in London. The room was great and the staff were very helpful. Cleaning a 10.
No doubt on my next trip to London I will repeat.

Service was good, but wery small rooms. But a kichen in the wall. (Room nr 11). Have to sit in the bed and eat.

We stayed here for five nights in March in a family suite. It's truly a lovely hotel with lots of space, and such a great price for London. It's very conveniently located near Paddington Station, about a ten minute walk. We would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves in London.

The location was great for us wanting to have access to south kensington which was a lovely walk through Hyde Park. The room was spacious and clean and it was great to have basic cooking facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful. We have bookmarked this place for future trips to London, it's a gem!

Our five nights here were nothing but wonderful! It was quiet and comfortable with plenty of room and excellent service. I would highly recommend it! Go to their website and share the offer on Facebook for free, ample continental breakfast brought to your door!

My parents & I have just spent an overnight stay to visit winter wonderland we had a lovely spacious room & was lovely & peaceful where we were situated in the building.
We had he executive deluxe studio room for 1 night it had everything we needed from the lovely little kitchenette to make tea & coffee to the nice very big comfortable double bed & the lovely continental breakfast which we all enjoyed
The sofa bed was a little bit hard to sit up on but once laying down it wasn't too bad I still got a good nights sleep.
All In all we had a very lovely stay & will use this hotel again when we stay in London again

Reasonable room and location. Most of the rooms do not have direct access from lifts, need to use stairs.

Small room, no internet, it's cold, they don't replace the shampoo and the gel even if you use it, all of a sudden we took the card out that gives power to the room above and forget about our breakfast (which is extremely expensive for what you get). Bad experience in general.

Kitchenette dont have plug for kettle or toaster? Extension lead supplied. But clean modern and friendly staff. Large room. One major issue solved with manager. Very professional. Recommended.
