Review of The Beaumont Hotel 5*

Stayed at this hotel yesterday 14/5/15 we stayed in a family room for two adults and two children, the double bed was like concrete and so we're the pillows, we both woke up tired and moody from such a bad nights sleep, our children had pull out beds with had very old matresses on, so they put matresse toppers on top which were not sheeted up! they had two duvets in the bottom of the wardrobe. Again not sheeted up. No pillows. I had to call reception 3 times and the pillows finally came at 11.30pm! The TV and ditial box were all unplugged and the leads pulled out. So we connected it so we could watch TV. There was a broken socket at the side of the bed which was dangerous. Tons of cracked tiles and mould on the grout. 1/3 of someone's toilet roll ready for us. The only natural light was through a huge window that looks out at other rooms, no nets just a massive dark blind. So when you have a shower and your trying to get ready you have no light except the terrible lighting provided. We paid 10£! A head for bfast which was not all that! The sausages were very pink inside and just! about edible. We where told someone would bring tea and coffee but no one came. When we asked for coffee we were brought a jug with all egg up the side. Not worth 10£ a head! even if it is all you can eat. There's a BP garage round the corner with a Costa cafe. A whole bfast and coffee only 4£. When we checked out I wasn't asked how my stay was other wise I would of expressed my disappointment and my stay was not worth the amount I had to pay! will never stay in this hotel again! nor recormend it.
