Great event space and excellent staff.

Friendly staff who couldn't help enough. Great atmosphere and decor was stunning. Champagne was delicious and never had an empty glass.

Right from entering the hotel the experience was something else. The reception staff couldn’t of done more to welcome us. Mark Fuller was on hand to guide us around the hotel and give us some history. This hotel is different from anywhere else we have stayed the hotel bar staff are amazing. We tried both bars one on the ground floor and the roof top terrace both had great atmospheres and both really different. We will be returning next time we are in London. This place is a hidden gem or a rockers paradise 🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾🤟🏾

We have just checked out of The Karma Sanctum Hotel and what a beautiful visit we had. Our room was superb and the cocktails were fabulous. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Came here and used the Time Out voucher for the cocktails. Service was really good, we didn’t feel they scrimped despite the good value of the voucher. The staff all had a smile on their face and we really enjoyed our time here.

Had a great stay at the Karma Sanctum soho, great rooftop bar and cocktails, lovely easy going vibe. Staff were super helpful. Would definitely stay again.

I was there for a private film screening. It had a very friendly, cooperative atmosphere, good facilities and a decent bar with good wine.

Hotel is a bit of a let down. Location is excellent, but after that it goes downhill. Only stayed for one night but was enough. Has a quirky style, which is fine although it's a bit dated and rough around the edges. Room was large, but felt a bit grubby. Also has a roof top bar (apparently) not that I could see it as it was booked out for a function and wasn't allowed up — wasn't told prior to booking. Had food in the restaurant, staff were friendly but hadn't a clue what was going on. Food was okay. Similar staff experience at breakfast except this time food was dreadful. Wouldn't rush back.

This is a quirky hotel with interesting rooms. We had one of the loft rooms which was delightful. What let it down was the service which fluctuated between absent and surly. The best thing about the hotel is that it is right next door to Ottolenghi's Nopi which offers a superb dining experience in the basement next to the busy kitchens.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. We arrived before check in, expecting to leave our bags and return when the room was ready but there was no need. They were ready for us! Room was very clean, comfortable and ornately decorated with glitzy walls, colorful artwork, and cowhide floral ottomans. Hookah comes out at night and there is a fully stocked 24/hr bar! My only complaint is the slow moving lift but hey, at least they have one!

After looking at the website I was looking forward to visiting Karma Sanctum. Last night I went to a private film viewing there. Unfortunately my experience was a let down. The decor can only be described as a mishmash of oddities that have been thrown together by someone who has absolutely no idea of how to dress a venue but thinks they do. To be honest the whole place looked tired and unloved. First of all My friend and I went to the restaurant for some ‘nibbles’ before the film started. We had salt and pepper prawns and hummus with flat bread. Both dishes were grossly over priced and of very poor quality. Thankfully the film saved the night but I won’t be visiting Karma Sanctum again nor recommending it. This is another venue that only survives due to its fantastic location not what it has to offer.

We had an amazing night both on the rooftop and in the downstairs bar. Frida and addy looked after us all night and were the friendliest staff we've had look after us in a long time. I've never felt more comfortable in such a high class venue. Thankyou for such a nice experience.

This hotel is 'different'! The gentleman on reception was very efficient and pleasant. As a group of four we had two bedrooms — one was an upgrade quite nice with a stand alone bath in the bedroom. The other was ok nothing to write home about. The pictures on the walls are interesting (you wouldn't want your children seeing them! ). There was a roof top bar — not as decadent as it sounds. In fact the price of drinks was definitely a put off! Anyway after visiting a show and a sleep we arrived at breakfast. There was only three tables of guests so it was quiet. It was a continental breakfast help yourself — not at all bad. The service however was awful — after asking the waiter finally came to take our order for tea and coffee. A while later the drinks arrived minus milk — I went to find the waiter and asked for milk. Ten minutes later still no milk and the same waiter was clearing an empty table. By now cold coffee! — oh well, we stood up to leave when a lady waitress stopped and said you need to sign for breakfast (it was included, and we had given our room numbers on arrival). She said she would be right back — ten minutes later we are still waiting to'sign'! The whole breakfast experience was reminiscent of faulty towers. Quite an expensive hotel so not sure I would go back.

London's best hotel for all the right reasons and is truly the only place to stay when in London.

We actually booked this hotel through a lottery and boy did we win the lottery! Fantastic hospitality and service with personality galore. Highly recommend for the rooms and the location as well.

Came here for Friday night dinner. The decor of the restaurant and hotel is really cool. The staff are friendly and welcoming. In fact the service was amazing. Unfortunately, the food was awful. We were worried when we saw how eclectic the menu was and we were right to be worried. The food was under seasoned.

Best thing about this place is never having to come back… -Forgot to pick us up from the airport, declining to accept responsibility until evidence of multiple correspondence was provided. Still waiting for apology. -The automatic doors to get in aren't operating and the staff won't leave the desk to assist. This is before getting to the room… -TV not assembled properly in the room. Took more then 24hrs to get service, after I put it back together. -bathroom door latch can't close and the fan can't be turned off. -window once opened can't be closed without lifting it into place. Clearly broken admit hangs at an angle. -Despite many basic things you would expect in a far less expensive hotel, there is still a beavy of tacky-to-tasteless items to purchase in the room. If you are a hotel, do the basic things a hotel is meant to do competently before clearly overreaching beyond the basic premise of hospitality to attempt to sell an image of sophistication. Holiday Inns, Howard Johnsons, Formula 1, and Motel 6s, need not worry about this place for competition. Save the money and get an Air B&B in the same location.

We stayed here in April 2018. The room was offered at significantly low prices compared to other hotels in the area. Found out why: there is construction going on right next door and pedestrian walkway is closed off. It’s very loud in the morning. It didn’t really bother us because we had early morning schedules but if you’re planning to sleep in, stay away. They offer ear plugs which is nice. The room is small but that’s standard in London. The bathroom has its pros and cons. Shower is incredible but sinks are one of those old fashioned split hot/cold spout. Our room wasn’t made on the last night we stayed there. We felt some of the staff wasn’t very friendly. The gentleman who checked us in was stand-offish and no one greeted us when we went in and out of the hotel. We asked the staff to book us a taxi and we were told to walk next street over to the taxi stand… which is true but it took us more than 20 minutes to grab a taxi! Calling a taxi would’ve been faster. Overall good price for the stay only if you don’t mind the construction noises. Hope this helps.

Drinks in the bar were very pricey, nearly £20 for a double G&T! There was also a peculiar odour that lingered in the corridors. It was like some unholy mix of incense and fish. The maître d' was lovely though and very attentive when she greeted us at the bar. The place was also quite clean and well-decorated, despite the smell.

Went for cocktails before dinner and were impressed with the value (went for Happy Hour) and friendliness of the staff.

Location is fantastic in center if the center of every thing with supermarket close 20 sec walk and metro station just 3-4 min walk Room is very small while I upgraded to superior room No place to put my bag Bar on the roof is nice and the barman from Kosovo is very professional. Would definitely back again to that small room :-)

Superb high end hotel. Wonderfully appointed rooms super comfortable and quiet. Food excellent and cheap for the level of hotel you are in.

The location of the hotel is perfect next to the shops of Regent Street, Oxford Street, Soho Covent Garden… I love this hotel very well placed, I will come back.

I used the bar upstairs and downstairs, and saw a performance there. The upstairs bar is beautiful, I would definitely consider it for bringing friends, or celebrating. The cocktails in the upstairs bar are almost double the cost of other London bars though, so I recommend going during happy hour. Elsewhere I pay £6.50-£8.00, here it’s £14.00. It is a beautifully decorated bar though. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome. I would come her again for a special night out.

I went here to watch a musical that was being hosted in one of the lower rooms. Amenities were very clean, sadly I did not see much else of the hotel.

Watched the 'Snow White' adult panto and had drinks. Panto was average, made worse by the drunk teenage girls in the audience who couldn't handle their drink. Drinks were very overpriced. Staff were lovely though.

Comfortable hotel in a great location. The bar is not recommended (overpriced wine (vinegar) in plastic jars.

Afternoon Tea which included a good selection of sandwiches, cakes and a bottle of prosecco. Top service, lovely restaurant, 5stars.

I stayed here for an event which room place in the hotel over the weekend and absurdly loved it. I'm fascinated by skulls so was happy to spot the little blighters detailing the wallpaper, wall art and pieces decorating the hotel in a contemporary fashion. The roof garden bar was a lovely way to warm up our evening with a champagne reception and the humungous walk-in shower helped wash off the fabulous party we experienced in many of the rooms all over the hotel. We will booking again to stay in this luxurious place located in the heart of the City.

The best and best location you're in Soho a minute to Regent St. And a few minutes to Oxford Street and just couple of walking to Piccadilly Street so it's excellent location. surrounded by many restaurants, bars, shops and also Massage if you want its really nice location. The room is big enough with window and safety box tbe bathroom is big enough with bathtub. The decoration of the hotel is not modern its old style but its lovely the elevator is good and big enough. Back to the design of Hotel is old British style. Food is good and there's a bar on the 5th floor with smoking area and Jacuzzi and nice bar and restaurants in ground floor. I like the hotel for not more than couples they will love it.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel whilst working on the Fierce Angel music promotion. Nicely located in the centre of London allowing easy access to pretty much every main attraction which makes this hotel such an ideal stop-over. Had the pleasure of photographing the the 'FA' event which started in the afternoon on the roof terrace. Fortunately we managed to picked the warmest August Bank holiday in living memory which complemented the Balearic hou…se session on the roof. I have noted that many have complained about drinks prices but having partied in practically every top named club in Europe I would not say that the prices are that extortionate, yes pricey but no more so than any other hotel or venue of this calibre. In all honesty if you are staying in a Luxury hotel you expect to pay higher prices, if you don't like it stay in a Premier Inn and pop off to Wetherspoons! The evening event which was held on the ground floor in the restaurant area was equally excellent. The staff were courteous and helpful from reception to chamber maids to bar to kitchen. All rooms are well appointed and priced accordingly and on par with any other establishment in this class. They proudly display their winning certificates for winning Best Luxury Hotel on several occasions. Quirky this place is but comfortable, nicely and interestingly decorated. All meal prices are more than reasonable and in all honesty I expected prices to be a little higher.

It's bizarre, a boutique hotel with the atmosphere locked into swinging seventies. Loads of Jimi Hendrix artworks and some golden oldies playing in the background. Room decor in suites also 'different' but comfortable. We hired the 5th floor rooftop bar for my retirement. It's a great venue and doesn't disappoint on the unusual decor. We pre-booked a package of drinks and food and the hotel service was excellent. They very quietly got on serving in the background while the guests had a wonderful time. The finger foods were tasty and fresh. All in all an excellent venue for a party of up to 60 people.

An amazing place to have a party. The roof lounge was booked for my Grandma's retirement and the venue was amazing, as were the staff. The hotel rooms were rather quirky, as expected, but the rooms shower was incredibly squeaky and made extremely loud noises when turned on.

Well that's for the booked this place well in advance n they could not get it right after 3 goes! n there was no customers there apart from us they must of been busy lol. Don't recommend this place. Was disappointed as we were looking forward to it. — 0 out of 10 they even said they didn't get our though when refunded the money our order was printed out also they mentioned that the order they had was for two females n a male. Customer service was extremely poor to pay top notch! wouldn't recommend this to anyone travelling to visit London or my friends that live hete.

Awesome spot, which makes up for the prices (nothing in London is really cheap). I get that they're going for a grunge rock vibe, but small rooms look even smaller if they're dark and they could use a little help on their approach to lighting. Our bathroom had some cool vintage style fittings, but there were (one example) little chips missing from the porcelain in the sink and toilet, which made it look dirty even though it was clean. But on the good side: a big, comfortable four poster bed, not as noisy as I was expecting at night, and helpful staff.

Great venue, lovely space, and friendly staff, but drinks prices are a bit ridiculous, even by London standards. £34 for 2 G&Ts and a bottle of beer — doubles are served as standard (not given the option of a single), and then they whack on nearly £4 of service charge, and it wasn't even table service.

Chic, hip and all that for sure! Travel all over the world and this recent, first time stay was marvelous! Just by chance on our part, the stay was kicked off by fashion week and an incredible party, and each day was a fine experience. Mark's a great host and the staff was friendly and always helpful. Great location too! We WILL be back!

Rooftop bar makes memories. Last time I was here I ended up getting into the hot tub in my jeans. Enough said. The hotel is owned by Iron Maiden and is the only place in London where you can order a drum kit 24hours a day…

Apparently there is a 15% service charge just to be given a drink at the rooftop bar. I twice asked for the service to be waived earlier in the night. Later on one highly unfriendly barman refused to accept it. Didn't buy another drink there again. Never will. Forcing people to pay a service charge then becomes "the price". Not even sure if it's legal…

Worst place in the world and the staff totally sucked. I will never go there for a drink or to even rent a room. Too over priced and rooms are small. You get better service outside sleeping on the curve +!

If you like indian food please try The Taj Restaurant in 10 Carlton Parade Orpington Kent BR6 0JB open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 11.30pm and Sunday 5.30pm to 11.00pm.

Room 208 is tiny and the noise outside the door is ridiculous when people are passing. Overpriced room and not even a complimentary water. Restaurant needs a complete makeover. Won't be staying again.

The lounge on the rooftop does not hold to the reputation of the hotel itself. Staff was uninterested, drinks served in plastic cups and the atmosphere was 'calm'. Sure it gets better in the summer but still fails to match the standard of the inside bar and restaurant.

Great environment, Great spot to enjoy some breakfast before or work or for a meeting over lunch.

Only been to the bar, I've not stayed in the hotel, but the bar is ok. The best thing about the bar is the staff, they're friendly and knowledgable, they have an interesting Nepalase beer that's worth trying. The shorts are expensive, even for a hotel bar; at the prices they're charging for a standard gin you'd almost buy a bottle in an off-licence.
