Was great. Completely sufficient for the price. If you do a city trip, you have nothing to complain about here.

Rooms with all necessary but very small facilities, good breakfast.

Good hotel for price. Very small hotel, in every meaning. I read all posts before this review and overall find one update: luggage’s storage now is locked with code. All other I suppose is true: if you’re lucky, neighbours is quiet, club room for me and my daughter were big enough (both of us are small guys). We spent 2 night in C15, a not lovely yard view but irrelevant. We extended for one more night, street room, 3rd flor, still quiet enough. Today we is coming back from trip and will stay one more night. A price for extended night drop very nice. And location is excellent.

Near Hyde Park, within walking distance of Queensway and Bayswater stops. The area is nice and quiet. Inside the rooms are small but well cared for and clean. The things I liked most are the absence of carpeting and the shower, well made and clean.

Very good hotel in central London. Close to Hyde Park and 2 subway lines where one of them connects to Heathrow airport. It is also in a large shopping area with many restaurants from different countries. Very close is a mall where inside, there is a supermarket of very varied things. Also Mac Donald and Burger Kong and a Starbucks. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the coffee was very clean and the room was very clean. It can be repeated as well. I don't know if they go to London.

Friendly Hotel, the girls are very friendly and collaborating to help you in everything you ask them, good treatment and perfect location. The toilet a fair bit of space.

Great location, but the rooms are very small, and the view we had from our club room was nothing. Saying that, the bed, TV and bathroom facilities were good, and breakfast was fine for £6

The hotel was mediocre at most, I've stayed in my fair share of cheap to relatively pricey hotels and this one was pricey for a cheap and standard quality room, even the bed was small for a double. The staff are beyond rude and stuck up. The only way to access your room is by a lift which is useless when you could easily take the stairs, they store your bag next to the front door which is kept unlocked so hardly safe and have the cheek to say its the guests responsibility if lost. The rooms heating is constantly on which gives it a horrible smell that builds up, the beds very firm and the size of the room is extremely small so you're limited for space. The walls are also very thin so everything from neighbouring rooms can be heard. This is the first hotel that has let me down, and I've stayed in hostels that seem better quality than this. I wouldn't recommend staying here for more than a day. The only convenient thing about the hotel is the fact it's so close to the underground station.

Budget hotel near Hyde Park, located at 2 minutes from the tube. Friendly service at the reception. Basic breakfast can be bought for 6 pounds, nothing fancy, but nothing bad to be said about it either. The hallway leading to the rooms is very narrow, it's impossible to cross with someone coming from the other direction. The rooms are tidy but tiny. Floors and walls are very thin. Luckily I had quiet neighbors and was located away from the street, so I had a good night's rest. My friend was less lucky and could hear everything on the street and above him. All in all: you get what you pay for. If you want a no nonsense, basic place to stay in London for a small budget, this is a good hotel to check out.

Very small but practical rooms, close to public transport into the city and right next to a bunc of restaurants. Clean hotel, simple but decent breakfast and friendly people.

The best is definitely the location of the hotel, has several metro stops nearby, around you find all kinds of shops and restaurants, and in case you want to take a walk around 20 minutes you get to both Hyde Park and Portobello Market.
The worst: The bathroom was too small. In the shower just if you could move and in the sink to wash your face or teeth it was impossible to do so without putting the floor dripping.

It's a small hotel but that gives you a very nice privacy. You are on one of the main streets of this area which is Queensway where you can find international convenience stores you can find fast food like McDonald's as Softway as Burger King and some others. You have stores for souvenirs on all that very very big street and all the countries. Food stores in all the countries of China, Japanese, Muslim London, you can try dishes from all the countries you want. You also have two Metro stations very close to 200 from a300m which communicate with all London, Bayswater and Queensway, which communicate with other train lines. But the bus is preferable because on the train you charge per station and on the bus only charge you about a pound with 50centavos all you want to travel.

It is a nice hotel which is a little pricey but it is in the street of Queensbay which has the advantage that you have many restaurants of all kinds of food lots of shops of all kinds of races and whatever you are offered and need you can find it because in London it is difficult in To contract stores and in this street there are of everything and of all the countries. The advantage of this hotel is that it is very well located but the rooms are not very large there is no Sword no restaurant The breakfast is only included if you pay extra but the location is what it is worth.

We needed a room just for one night before our flight out. The location is very convenient as it's just a short walk from the underground station, Hyde Park, lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Breakfast was included and pretty good. Staff were lovely and friendly. They offer baggage storage for free but it's not the safest way to store bags. The room itself is quite small (Two people plus luggage) but for a solo traveler it would be perfect! Would recommend and stay again.

Room was tiny but very clean would have been cramped if there was 4 instead of the 2. Complimentary water plenty of charge points and TV breakfast only limited and continental wouldn't pay extra for it staff friendly no hot drink facility in the room but is available in reception.

First of all, the location is great. A 1 minute walk to Bayswater station. The staff is friendly, fast and uncomplicated. My room (double for single use) was quite small but functional. It could have been a bit cleaner (nothing disgusting; some dust on black surfaces and a hair on the floor).

Clean and functional. Newly refurbished rooms. Great location and especially strategic x any shift!

Water was hot and, the Hotel was not loud in the evening. Could use a new carpet and something against mold in the shower, especially for that price. Beds were comfy. The bathroom and bedroom was small, but normal for London. Breakfast could have more variety. But they offer espresso in the morning (included with the complementary breakfast. Which is perfect!

A recently renovated hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean, when we arrived the radiator didn't work, but it was fixed the moment we told the staff. Very good continental breakfast, had everything we needed, from coffee to toast and jam. Took the triple room as we came with our daughter, and wanted additional space for the buggy. All in all had a lovely stay!

The place is great, the room is very small but it's fit for anyone needs and it's clean generally, staff are very friendly as well.

Although this is one of the cheapest hotels in central London, think about it twice before going for it because the rooms are extremely small. Literally, your room will be as big as your bed, nothing more. If you plan to spend most of your time outside, it's ok; otherwise, you can be bored in the room.

Though just started. The room is indeed tiny, however everything is perfect — clean, internet, staff, elevator, towels, soap. Location. What do you need more.

Single room is small with two beds and no coffee/tea facilities inside. The location is home to many popular cafes and restaurants such as Starbucks, Pret A Manger, McDonald's, Subway, Burger King, and Whiteley shopping centre with H&M, Marks and Spencer, Zara, Sports Direct inside it. Renovated room very clean. The key is there, good bed, breakfast, Wi — Fi. In a street bustling with shops, restaurant and metro very close.

Described as a hotel but is actually a pokey little b n b on the main high street checked in and out within an hour you can't move in the wardrobe/bathroom and we had the room opposite the reception please save your money and avoid I can't say enough bad about this place also took payment twice for the room leaving me overdrawn and am now trying to get money back but nobody seams to speak English typical great Britain it really ain't great anymore.

Can confirm only the negative report — only the location was o. K. Kind — of all dignity and not really to accept the room.

Terrible hotel not to recommend. Microscopic room at 4 floor no elevator. Broken air conditioner, hairdryer broken. Breakfast non existent. Only good thing is the place is comfortable because it close to circular and central line.

The room was so small I had to sleep with my suitcase on my bed as no room on the floor! The shower was smaller than an aircraft toilet. The noise from the street kept me awake all night. The staff were rude an unhelpful — when I asked if I could have an early breakfast as we were taking an early tour I was told to ask the cleaner if something could be made up. There is no parking outside the hotel — when my aunt stopped to drop of my luggage she was fined £65. No wonder London hotels have such a terrible reputation if this is how guests are treated.

Not to be recommended even for a night. Room tiny and dirty — all hair (different colors, lengths and shapes), mold in the bathroom, fire hole (! ) in the shelf above the bed, musty smell in the room. According to German standards not 3 *. Who that deters not, here are some positive arguments: The location is good, two metro stations in close environment (Bayswater and Queensway) and some shops, cafes and restaurants.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room was small and the interior was worn. The shower had mould spots on the tiles and the bed was terrible. We had breakfast included, but that was basically toast and jam, so we decided to eat breakfast at burger king instead. So we were not pleased with this hotel, exept for the location.

It's the worst hotel we've ever been to. The rooms are too small, for the foreseen number of persons. In addition, the wash basin is too small to clean the hands, feet or the teeth. Bunks must be offered in European standard only to children, and not be expected adults and persons over 50. Dirt: — under the beds — on the television — in the cupboard — window / windowsill — HAIR on the ground (everywhere) — excrement in the tiles behind the toilet — shower and wash basin (mouldy) — toilets brushes container (nauseously) — door frame to bathroom dirtily — air shaft (thick dust layer) Service lack: — Merely one towel per person is disgusting and not reasonable for Europeans. — no bath mat available (you must stand on the dirty ground) — clean laundry in open cupboards in the garden is unsanitary (as nearly everything in this hotel) — breakfastroom too small for the number of the rooms and service staff too unkindly and uncompetent and nearly sleeping — entry area which has often got dirty what ignores the staff is too narrow (with big suitcases) — no chair in the room and not enough place to deposite the suitcases (except in the dusty, dirty, hairy area on the floor under the bed). The price of such a hotel, is not satisfactory and is an impertinence. A youth hostel is cleaner and more comfortable.
