Extraordinarily uncomfortable because without elevator. Getting to the top floor is a climb. Never again.

A great choice for stay. Great location with a great price. An excellent breakfast was included. They are well staffed with friendly faces eager to assist guests. They were very accommodating to our requests. The rooms are quiet, clean, and well decorated to match the Victorian/Edwardian architecture of the neighborhood. Conveniently located a few minutes walking distance from Paddington Station, historic ST Mary's hospital, many restaurants, and shopping, and entertainment. Perfect for business or leisure.

The location is perfect. The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood near Paddington Station, where you can easily reach any point of London.
The hotel may have one or two things to dislike, but everything I can say is eclipsed by the distinguished attention we received by Adel, one of the receptionist. Where I have to pinpoint the delicious and wholesome fresh breakfast made by Adel himself. He was ready to solve any of our doubts, and his kindness and sense of humor made our stay very enjoyable.
In my next trip to London I will definitely stay in the same hotel.

La ubicación es perfecta. EL hotel se encuentra en un barrio pintoresco muy cerca de Paddington Station, donde puedes conectar con todos los puntos de la ciudad.
El hotel tiene algunas cosas que te pueden llamar la atención, pero todo queda opacado por el excelente servicio ofrecido, donde tengo que destacar el buen trato humano, la amabilidad y el impresionante desayuno fresco preparado especialmente por Adel.
Definitivamente en mi próximo viaje a Londres me hospedaré aquí.

The hotels are very welcoming, the rooms are really clean, the breakfast is very plentiful and very varied despite the small rooms the hotel is great. To advise.

Stayed in room 6 for 3 nights. Very basic room. Cold and windy from the windows. Room smelled of smoke despite being non-smoking. No Wi-Fi coverage in room 6.

Great hotel, I loved the room, the décor is very pretty. We were 3 and the size is reasonable. Actually the bathroom is small but you can not expect more seen the size of the building and the number of room per floor. The staff were very welcoming. A very good surprise!

Nice furnishings, well maintained. Breakfast mediocre. Keep in mind the lack of lift/elevator; the top floor is quite a way up if you have several bags.

The best breakfast I've had in my trip through europe. It's a simple place, quite far from everything but close to the subway. The beds are the most comfortable I've come across in Europe (at this price) bathrooms are ok and the view is nothing outstanding.

Location was great, rooms where small but well presented, clean and did the job for the night. Breakfast is included but wouldn't bothered, was cold and no one was around to heat anything or make toast. Was a shame as let it down the morning, would of preferred it not being included at all. Saying this, for convenience would stay again.

The Piccolino Hotel is a wonderful place to stay! The managers and staff are very nice. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I'm planning on staying here the next time I'm in London.

This hotel is aptly named Piccolino! The breakfast service is impeccable, it's clean, it should be just decalcify showers a bit more often. Hotel close to the train station and restaurants.

Rooms a bit small but clean. Peccato manchi lift. Close to the metro.
