Paddington Apartments near Hyde Park Apartment

Great accomodation for a good price, nice neighbourhood too.

There was a mistake in the reservation and we touched the basement room, it looked like you were going to the cellar of the house. You would hear all the noises from the neighbors and the Wi-Fi reception was very bad. The view, a dividing wall and a small staircase. Very small bathroom and the "housekeeping" left a lot to be desired. Yes.

I stayed for 4 nights. I am coming often to London and especially I choose neighbourhoods near to the center. This accommodation is the best! Clean rooms — warm and quite. I love it. Thanks for everything. I recommended. See u soon.

Unsanitary Housing!

Did not stay at these apartments but this serves as the reception for other properties that this company owns — notably the Paddington Apartments at 9, Talbot Square. Very pleasant receptionist (will not mention name publicly) and they offer a free taxi service for the number of passengers checked in at the hotel (although I did not require this service it may appeal to many others)

My family came to London for a 24hr stop over before heading to Croatia. The rooms are nothing as described. Dirty with ratty furniture. Not to mention the staff which could care less to help with any enquiry. We promptly checked out and got great value at the Novotel up the road. Did even offer a refund. If I could give zero stars l would. Avoid like the plague at all costs. There are much better for the same money.

Absolutely disgusting! Rude staff. We were in apartment 3 on the lower level as soon as you entered stairwell there was a disgusting smell when we opened the door to our apartment it had a foul smell and it was disgusting inside. We checked out a few hours later as the smell was unbearable. The hotel denied us a refund because we checked in although we were only there for a couple of hours we did not sleep there. They are pathetic we were treated very poorly, I would never recommend this to anyone. Stay Away!

Excellent value for money base when visiting London. Two bedroom apartments come with balcony. Minutes from the park.

Lovely stay at a reasonable rate (for the quality). All the staff have been brilliant and breakfast was to a good standard. I would definately visit this chain again.

Excellent room. Comfortable. Clean. Very up to date. Breakfast was great. Close to trains and tube lines. Nice walk to park. Will stay again.

The rooms where clean but worn out. The staff was friendly. The first room that I got had a very high noise from the air condition and also from the electrical system (a buzzing noise). Tried to turn of the air condition. It helped a just a little. This was the worst room I have experienced for as long as I can remember mainly due to the noise level. After som back and forth they switched my rom to one smaller than I had paid for but, that was ok for me as the new room was better. The buzzing noise was gone and the AC didn't make that much noise. But still enough to wake me up a couple of times during the night. The staff was kind but my general impression was that the rooms where worn out with old and noisy equipment not really suited for hotel rooms. I have a few hotels stays during a year and do not consider myself picky.

Stayed in Park Grand Hotel for 15 days. Excellent services and great location. My room was cleaned everyday. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

The apartment is great. High ceilings, spacious and good kitchen size. Cleaning correct. Just to the side there are small supermarkets.

An excellent and elegant hotel located in the heart of Paddington. The rooms are very cosy and the beds really soft and relaxing. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet that offers so many English options. It's located quiet close to an underground station, several bus stations as well as many shops. I am crazy about bathrooms when I lodge into hotel and I totally loved it. Though it had no bathtub. The workers are very friendly and helpful as well.

Very good accommodation, attention, perfect, cleanliness good. Does not have a lift, are up to 3 floors. The room is spacious to be complete, with full kitchen.

Apartment small but clean and furnished properly, a 5-minute walk from hyde park and metro station. Very quiet. Recommended.
