Nice hotel centrally located.

Lovely experience here with our two dogs Archie and Loki who were catered to just as much as we their humans were. The food in the Terrance is amazing! The room was divine, shower so comfortable, and staff have been incredible. We waited about 30-35 minutes over check in time for our room, but the whole of the experience here totally made up for it. Will definitely be back!

We are currently staying here as a special treat for our son and we honestly cannot fault it! The food is divine, the hotel is stunning and the staff are beyond welcoming and kind. We have been totally spoilt and will 100% return here as soon as we can. Absolutely perfect 🙌

First time Nobu hotel visitor. I now want to add them all to my travel bucket list. Friendly inviting service. Beautiful clean rooms and facilities. Will add to my private jet client list for recommendations.

I found it extremely rude that the hotel asks me for a £200 refundable deposit in case I ‘broke anything or ruined something’ in the hotel. Anyhow, I paid it only to find out that it was not refunded. I called up and they mentioned they will refund it in 7 working days! Basically, enhancing their liquidity/cashflow position and probably making daily interest on top at the expense of their customers. I am outraged by this and I found that absolutely out of line. I will continue to campaign against them and their likes to stop this abuse of customer’s money.

Thehotelis very old inside the rooms, needs maintainance. Many things are broken inside the toilet. The phone is not working. Other than that the location and the service is pretty good.

Not to bad, the best advantage of this hotel is location as it is close to Westminster and high streets. Not to mention transport links, as many tube stations close to it. Breakfast is reasonable.

Very nice property. Situated at a good location. Train station, bus stops and shopping areas at very short walkable distances. Service is good too.

Decent rooms, wheelchair accessible and great location. There is definitely greater value on the location of the hotel rather than its rooms (5 min walk to Selfridge's, M&S and Oxford Street) ; however, I had to upgrade to a 'superior room' in order to get twin beds costing an extra £60 per night. Front staff are helpful, but they don't give off the most welcoming vibes.

Great venue. Fantastic buffet — marvelous food. I've been here to attend a conference of the Danish Chamber of Commerce about Customers Advocacy. All great.

Old Deco. Old furniture. Old carpet. Old mattress (very badly slept).
An old ugly hotel that makes paying an exorbitant price for a very small room compared to hotels practicing this type of rates.
At this price (€200), you are allowed to host your 4 year old child free of charge. In your bed. Otherwise it's €50 more (I wonder where they would put the bed…). And I did not dare to ask the price to have a towel for my child hosted gracefully.
Very noisy rooms. Between heating or air conditioning, at your choice, making an incredible noise, and traffic (we were on the 3rd floor), it was hard to forget the poor quality of the mattress.
The breakfast buffet is the image of the rest. A basic buffet with the same bad products as anywhere else (sausages, beans, tomatoes, pastries, cheese…). Not an element to raise the level. Especially the staff clearly tired of being there.
We will obviously no longer. What a (bad) surprise for a Radisson Blu.

Great location and hotel for business meeting and conferences In my opinion. A number of different sized function rooms. Great staff and a good variety of halal food on offer too.

Nice and clean hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. Single room was a bit tight to maneouvre around, but nice fresh decor and all the mod cons. Great for running in Hyde Park too!

Went to the bar for drinks on a lovely sunny day. The drinks were very nice and the service was equivalently great. Its a very lovely open terrace to go to on a lovely day after work.

Central Hotel with spacious and clean rooms with perfect Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. I wish there were more people to speak Spanish. The breakfast buffet is quite poor for how expensive it is.

I stayed at March 2018, every thing was perfect. From the moment I booked by calling I asked for connected room, they did add a note because it depend on the availability and while checking-in the lady on the desk tried to get us a connected room so thank you so much to those who helped us Hakim, Rubin, and the lady. And while staying we asked other lady at the desk to help us getting tickets and printing it for us. The moment we reach our room after getting our morning the room is cleaned and tied, bathroom are also re-cleaned. What I saw was totally different from what I read from the review, every thing was perfectly clean. The staff are so helpful from the reservation staff, front desk staff, the stuff that took our luggage, and also the housekeeping. The location was perfect having cafes near and supermarkets. Thank you Radisson Blu Portman for making our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed it.

It's central position in Westminster, within walking distance from several train, and underground stations, made for an easily accessible location. The training/conference rooms were modern, clean and bright, nicely decorated and easy to find. The staff were also excellent, very attentive, but not intrusive and they provided us with much better food than I'm used to on trainings.

Originally I gave them two stars but they were very professional and prompt with their reply to my comment, which shows they do care and are very serious about their service, will probably go back love to see genuine nice places do well. My previous review: My review is only for the lunch we had, fish and chips typical English dish very disappointing, more batter then the fish, the batter was thick and soggy chef said it happens when food sits around they offered to replace it I declined as they said it would be the same. (My friend ordered steak order taker didn't ask how they would like their steak cooked ☹. ) Might try again but not the fish and chips.

Great location for exploring Central London. We had a wonderful stay. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel and hope to return in the future.

It is my favorite hotel in the centre of London. All to the highest standard: from delicious English breakfasts to very friendly and helpful service. Thank you for every stay I have enjoyed so far!

Bit of a trek 5o get to and away from immediate public transport routes. But a short walk from bond street and you are there. Facilities were well provisioned and just a few too many people for the event to comfortably handle along with conference facilities having their own separate entrance to the main hotel. Food that was ordered in the restaurant was top notch. Well prepared and well worth the price tag.

A very informative and pleasant day at the Surviving Actors Seminar/ Workshops. I came away with a lot of worthwhile information about the industry and met some wonderful Casting Directors, Actors, Agents and Accountants as well as VO professionals and artists. A great day!

No! There are no other words! The hotel is well located but the staff and management are asocials.

What an amazing stay at the Radisson blu Portman hotel, the location was great and not a long walk away from marble arch tube station, Sofia who works as part of the guest relations team was brilliant and couldn't do enough for me and my partner and helped make my stay there perfect and would definitely go back again in the future.

Went for a work Christmas meal, sit down event with a dancefloor at the end. Can't speak to the dancing but the food wasn't great. Very dry and ran out of stuff so some had to have things they didn't want or go without. Person sat next to me had an A4 piece of paper in front of him saying GLUTEN FREE. Thankfully he was away from the table when they delivered his starter containing gluten… they switched it just before he returned, five minutes later, had he been sat there he'd have had a reaction. Poor.

Had a lovely weekend in London and the Radisson was lovely too. Friendly atmosphere and lovely staff always happy to help. The food was spot on.

Very nice hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not much waiting around and seen to very quickly. The hotel is clean and tidy with sufficient facilities.

Lovely lounge. Drinks are a bit of a gamble. You never know quite what you're going to get. All good though.

Nice place good conference rooms. Poor catering for vegetarians. We had a drug company sponsored lunch and food was not enjoyable. Can't really comment on hotel rooms as this was a course. Staff were friendly so no complaint there.

Went for dinner and I ordered a lamb rump. I got what I could only describe as a live lamb still jumping about on the plate. I ordered it medium. But it came so raw I think I could still attach it back to the lamb it came off. However the staff were very understanding and apologetic. So it would be rude to give a 1 star. I will be back again. For a medium done lamb guys =)

Worst hotel ive been to, super small space barely had any space for my luggage and my sisters, minibar was ridiculous because they charged automatically if you move anything or use it wven thought when I got there all there was in it was an empty orange juice bottle and coconut water, no privacy, people from hotel kept comming in my room without permission randomly at night waking me up. Ac wasnt working, you could hear everyone in hotel from ur room very noisy, room card wouldnt last a day, kept not working and I had to get new ones, often got stuck in bathroom, small bed for two people but at least it was comfy and good location.

Attended a work conference, hotel lobby was very nice and good location. Conference room was smart and event went well however the lunch buffet was disappointing with little choice, looked like outside caterers which let the hotel down.

Fantastic breakfast, very friendly service, clean room. A short walk to Oxford Street and Hyde Park. They were very accommodating with our one year old. Would gladly stay here again.

Decent conference event rooms although I think they felt a little poorly lit (making it a bit easier to nod off after the afternoon interval). Rooms were fine but did feel like they've got a days look to them. Service throughout was very good however.

The rooms are tiny. The lobby smells like down-town Dubai. The staff and ground crew are friendly. Breakfast is lovely. Location is great. Prices are not bad for London standard.

Only a passing visit whilst some friends grabbed something from there room. There suite was a little dated and one lift was broken. The reception area was very nice and the concierge was very helpful.

Stayed there for a family weekend. Such a great place, very friendly staff. Had one of our group taken ill staff couldn't help me enough. Nothing was too much for them. Genuinely concerned. Would recommend to anyone for a stay.

I was in London for a few days, because of geographical location, so booked this hotel. Good points: for London said value. (I use Carlson points for free night), the location very good, staff friendly and professional. Still need improvement: the Breakfast. No fresh orange juice, it's a real shame. Croissant, bread, and pancakes without taste. Room: we booked a“business room” — large and small. I think standard rooms must be very small. But it's in London… bathroom: in need of improvement; our Toilet…

I attended the Barnett Ross Property Auction. The facilities were very good. I then had a meeting in the lounge downstairs and snack afterwards which was also very good.

Attended for a work Christmas party but didn't stay. Hotel looked nice however some of the staff were miserable and the food was average at best.

Not bad at all. Typical London small hotel rooms but very comfortable, very clean and helpful staff. Location's great and pricing was reasonable.

I booked this hotel on a LastMinute offer as a secret hotel. For the deal price the hotel was OK, however if I was paying full price I would not have been impressed. Location wise its very good, close to train stations, parking fairly close and shopping at your doorstep. Ideal for weekend in London. The rooms were rather small and need updating in my opinion. Would I come back again, only if it was on a deal again…

The best hotel in london. Great restaurants on Quebec St. Which is literally a minute's walk away. The location is good as well, and you can walk to Hyde Park and Marble Arch plus the Marble Arch and Bond Street tube station. Baker Street and Madame Tussauds is not too far away either.

Stayed here while working in for a week. The best part was the breakfast, huge selection of quality fare. Although my work was paying, I thought the price was still very high but for the area it was not to bad. The rooms were very clean as was the hotel in general. The decor was nice but dated.

Stayed in the hotel for almost three weeks, due to working out of London on a temporary basis. The hotel location is excellent, a stones throw away from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. It's also right next to the Underground and also only a couple of minutes away from Paddington in a cab. The hotel itself feels quite tired and dated. I stayed in a couple of different rooms throughout my stay. Initially I was in a standard room, but requested to be moved as I literally could not open my suitcase it was that small. I was upgraded to a "Business Class" room. The décor of the room was very dated and certainly did not look anything like those used on the website. I had the breakfast buffet included as part of my stay. It offers a very extensive selection to choose from, and I didn't get stuck for choice throughout my stay. Service was always very good at breakfast and I never struggled to get seated even during busy times. I didn't dine in the restaurant during my stay, however I did order room service on a number of occasions. The food was of average quality, I've had better from well known 'upper class' chain hotels. Overall I would rate the hotel as average. It's really the location that makes it worth a stay, however I am aware that there are a number of other hotels in the local area that might be worth a look first.

Great rooms. Price for a level of moderate. Breakfast at 5 +. Comfortable and uûino. Close to the major tourist sites _ almost everywhere we went on foot. Near good restaurants and pa′y. 1 minute from oksfortstrit.

I went to this hotel for a long weekend in London on a room-only rate. We were in a double room at the back of the hotel on the second floor — no views but quiet! The location is fantastic, being only 5 minutes from Oxford Street in one direction and Euston Station in the other. The room was a very decent standard, had a nice slightly old-fashioned (though not in a shabby way! ) style and I liked that it came with an empty mini-fridge where we could store milk, etc. The room wasn't huge but big enough for two people and with a nice tv, a comfortable bed, drawers and a wardrobe. The curtains were thick and heavy, cutting out the light and ensuring a good night's sleep. There was also a small table in the room to sit at when eating or relaxing. The room attendants cleaned the room to a very high standard each day. I would stay here again as it's comfortable, secure, modern and clean. Don't bother with breakfast — for the price, you could buy a three course evening meal in a restaurant! There are plenty of nice cafes and eating places nearby so you won't be short on places to go to for breakfast. I'm really pleased we chose this hotel and would recommend it.
