Regulate everything. Very difficult to locate and with problems in toilets. Great location. Bad attention.

This is one of the worst experiences ever. It is unacceptable in anyones language and false advertising. Very angry with the lack of a jug even! we packing up leaving early going to another place.

The property was a complete false advertisement. Nothing matched the description. Upon arrival, I was ignored by staff as they walked around speaking their own language as if we were not there. Staff had checked in other guests to our property so we then had to wait for them to correct it. "Apartment" was atrocious! Filthy and small. No windows in two of the bedrooms. Bed sheets were disgusting. Staff were extremely rude when attention was brought to these matters. Refused to help, shouted and made a scene in front of neighbours which I found embarrassing. The property was advertised 3 bedrooms, living room with sofa bed. Not the case upon arrival. Had to speak to an unknown staff member over the phone who refused to come to the property and acknowledge anything. The bathroom had a hole in the wall and then a massive flood from the room above which no one addressed for hours. One particular staff member thought it was ok to walk into our apartment when and as she felt without knocking or announcing herself. The table in the front room was a health and safety hazard as many of the guests left with bruises from catching the corner of the table. Tables were dirty aswell as the toilet. Once leaving the property, one guest left some belongings and staff are still refusing to address this, claiming nothing is there and other guests have arrived so they can not check the property. If they had cleaned properly they would know that the items are still in the wardrobe.

A disappoint from the get go, the best advise to give is STAY AWAY! This place is a shamble, had non stop trouble from arrival to when I left. The apartment is false advertisement as nothing matched what we was offered online. The hygiene of the apartment is below anyones standards, mould and dust everywhere, bedding covered in hair and dirt. To top it of it is run by very very rude unprofessional staff. There is a poor lack of communication between the staff and owner, nobody seemed to know what was going on. Upon arrival When asking the staff to change our bedding It seemed as if it couldn't of been a harder job for them, having every excuse possible as to why they shouldn't have to change it, quoting: "you are treating us like your maids" all while shouting and causing a scene in front of neighbours. Which I found highly embarrassing! Half way through my stay the boiler had caused a flood in the bathroom which nobody attended to (after being informed) until the day of checkout, which made the bathroom facility very hard to use. Throughout my stay the staff had a spare key to the apartment which they used generously on multiple occasions, helping themselves into the apartment without knocking or announcing themselves. I had left some personal items of clothing hung up in the wardrobe as we was literally rushed out of the apartment on the day of check out.

Simply best to avoid. Plenty of other options out there. Wrong address/difficulty finding the premises to begin with. No improvement once inside — not cleaned to a standard expected. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for accomodation.

The apartment was very very filthy and smily. Mould all over the place specially in the bathroom walls and kitchen. Sheets were dirty. The Walls had white patches everywhere. Refused to complete my stay. They refused to refund me. I'm in the process of making a court claim to get my money back.
