The room was nice. We had 2 single beds. The breakfast was good. Had warm food, typical English breakfast buffet. The hallway smelled very old, smelled like old cigarettes, but the hotel was overall good. Very close to the metro and Oxford Street if you like to shop.

Completely dilapidated room. And extremely expensive room, 295 pound a night. Stay away!

It's fine, but to be honest, even the most grungy hotels in the world give you a bottle of water in your room. Your only options are the bathroom sink, a cash only vending machine from the 90's (who uses cash? ) or an untended bar with no service. No stores in the area are open late so if you're parched, for example, if you wake up in the middle of the night, go suck it from the bathroom sink. Given the taste of the water, I had to opt for dehydration. I'm honestly surprised, I've stayed in roach motels with this basic amenity. If it weren't for that fairly important detail that ruined my sleep, I would give it 4 stars. Staff is great, housekeeping is attentive and respectful, and no complaints about my room itself.

Good location about 5 mins walk from bond street tube station. Room was quiet and all staff were very friendly. Breakfast offering was good, the full English went down a treat.

Acceptable, not fabulous, best location, breakfast and dinner regular, expected more from a Holiday Inn, Munich was phenomenal so we decided to keep trying it with the string.

Been here on a business trip in January 2018. Overall I liked it, but some of my colleagues dud not. My room was spacious and the bed was great, but other's rooms where strange — very narrow entrance, kitchen smell, tight space overall — all while they were supposed to be the same rooms. Nevertheless, it was a nice stay for me with a prime location.

It is very nice hotel, amazing place to stay in London Excellent location located near to Bond Street underground station as well as Oxford street. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms very tired. Bathrooms old and could be cleaner. Beds are really hard but the pillows are very comfortable and the bed linen is clean. The redeeming feature is the staff who are very pleasant and helpful, housekeeping who do their best in old dilapidated rooms and the location.

The room is small. It has a carpeted floor and the furnishings are old and partly broken or defective. The minibar/fridge is empty and it stinks to erbrichenem. The bathroom doesn't look quite clean either and it doesn't even have any ventilation. After the shower, everything is and remains moist. The staff is Fteundlich. On the whole, I find you paid too much.

Room was warm and cosy but very dated with peeling wallpaper and old carpets. Good location but closer to bond street station than oxford circus. Staff were friendly.

Very bad Hotel. Expensive, not modern. Although the agency had agreed the B&B treatment (surcharge), the hotel only noticed the agreement on the day of departure at noon.

Really convenient for Oxford st and clinic in wimpole st. Clean, quiet & comfortable rooms, reception team efficient and helpful but food not recommended. Dinner was lukewarm and little variety offered to the few diners. Breakfast was better as more customers kept a steady turnover.

Staff friendly. Booking in and out was easy. Lack of car park facilities and also room needs a bit of a decorative update brings it down a star though unfortunately.

It's somewhere nice if you spend all day out of your room basically. It's December and it's cold outside. The radiator doesn't work and neither does the ac so we leave the window open to keep the room cool at night. It's not so great. Rm. 494

Great hotel. Room service food was very good and plentiful. Very clean rooms and lovely friendly staff. Easy to get to from tube and very close tobmaun shopping. So use again.

Small rooms, very narrow corridors, room service didn't do a great job cleaning the room. But it's location is excellent, minutes from Bond Street station and a main shopping hub.

Horrible, the only positive note is the location.

Staff were all friendly and helpful the room needed some improvements faulty electrical socket and a loose light fitting above the bed. Breakfast was awful bacon was very very undercooked and was not edable also the mushrooms were under cooked and the pork sausages were vert tuff and did not tast as that should.

Even without speaking English we get there, really very nice.

This place is a very nice place of good staff and a good reputation for itself staff are very kind nice especially when I have been under investigation behind the scenes without holiday in knowing and without warning.

Lovely Hotel in the heart of the West End easy access to Oxford street and regent street for shopping. Easy access to the transport system here in London. Close to Wigmore Hall for classical concerts and shopping down Marylebone high street.

Hotel clean and in a good location. Service so-so is ALTIIIII prices.

Immediately walking in I felt a nice, warm presence and was greeted with a kind and generous customer welcome. The hotel itself felt well looked after and I didn't have any problems navigating towards my destination thanks to the simple to use navigation tools Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay there for the night or more, setup a conference meeting or anything else.

Nice hotel in good location. Spacious room, good bathroom. It has a small restaurant but had a few good meals while I was there at a reasonable price. Gym is small but this was not a priority for me.

If I could give no star I would. Booked and paid for room at 2pm. Arrived just before 4pm. Took nearly 1 hour to check in 2 rooms. My husband & son put on the ground floor. My 2 daughters & I were put on the 4th floor. When we got there it was still being cleaned. APPALLING for a hotel with a name like Holiday Inn.

Quite expensive and deserves a renovation. Pro and welcoming Service.

Great location to Bond Street station and Oxford Circus. Hotel itself is a little dated. Friendly and accommodating staff. Mini gym is awful. 1 treadmill (out of action), 1 cross trainer, 1 bike. That's your lot. Rooms are dated but reasonably sized given location. Hotel has a bar and restaurant and serves breakfast (not sure about other meals). Hotel is great for location but not for luxury and where one would spend a lot of time.

Location, Location, Location. Nice hotel. Clean rooms, close to everything you want to explore in London. The service in the bar is slow is not really professional.

Because it's in the heart of London on Oxford street. Very convenient for shopping.

Stay was on the first floor, didn't have to talk much to the desk and everything was as I would expect. Would definitely stay again. Staff very pleasant.

Great location… very helpful and friendly staff… specially salim from concierge. Helped without asking with five big bags two of us had. Rooms can be slightly bigger… some are a bit cluttered where amenities are cramped up. Buffet is a bit pricy! Overall very good with small pockets of improvement necessary.

This hotel is OK. Staff are very helpful. Some of the rooms are very tired and need updating. But its clean and comfortable. Food is what you would expect from a Holiday Inn, OK but nothing special.

Service was reasonable, room was spacious if a little tired, location excellent, good value for money considering location.

Great location and really helpful and friendly staff. Room size are fine and everything is well maintained and clean. Breakfast is slim on healthy options. They have soya milk if you ask for it.

I have had the misfortune of being temporarily allocated to this hotel upon moving to London and it has been quite a trauma. Claustrophobic rooms, awful service and absolutely sad breakfast made me resist just the time to find a new accommodation.

The corridors are insanely narrow and there are heavy fire doors everywhere that make it really difficult to get to your room if you have many bags. The Wi-Fi was *really* expensive. It was supposed to be free for club members but their own staff didn't know how to even set that up so we had to pay. Check-in wasn't too pleasant since the counter was really tiny and the receptionists quite stressed. The room was quite nice (except for some creepy photos on the wall) and bed was great, so it was an OK stay over all. Bathtub was insanely tiny. Don't expect to have a romantic bath for two.

Good location. Our family room was a good size and beds were clean and lovely. All other furnishings were dated and a bit grubby. The bathroom was clean but dated. Rubbish shower! The corridors and doors to rooms are what you'd expect to see in a 1* hotel; very, very shabby. We paid £200 for 4 people in a family room which is fine, but if I'd been paying £200 for a double I'd have felt it wasn't good value.

Situated in the heart of London just off the main shopping area called Oxford street. This hotel offered a fantastic location. The rooms were of a good size and the bathrooms offered all of the facilities expected of a quality hotel. The rooms also had all the additional extras, including a trouser press and iron. Important for those last minute preparations. The staff were polite and helpful at all times. They also offered a service to provide tooth brushes and other essential items which you may have forgotten. The quality of the breakfasts were 10/10. So a fantastic location in a top quality establishment in the heart of London. No faults or complaints to mention.

A very central hotel close to everything you want, in need a bit of work, decor is a little dry but I've stayed in worst! Rooms are cleaned very well. Staff tried their absolute best to help us at check in, even though they don't speak the greatest English, and they made sure I checked before 2pm, (supposedly the check in time). A tall Australian receptionist was on in the afternoon and he was a bit of a comedian and knowledgeable of the area. And the porter was very swift in getting us theater tickets, (although we payed a fortune) but it was same day service. Overall staff were great just the hotel needs a little renovation, although its and old building maybe bout 400 years old maybe it heritage listed the council wont let them do anything do anything.

Good hotel located in the commercial sector of Nice shops. Recommended.
