My new favorite hotel in Mayfair. From honoring my paid reservation delayed 18 months due to the pandemic to the excellent service, this charming hotel is perfect in every way. Book; you won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff who go out of their way to make a great stay and service with a smile. Room was cosy and was really touched by the complimentary Prosecco, cake and flowers for my daughters 18th. Fantastic location for shopping and tourist sites. Really looking forward to returning.

Beautifully presented food and so delicious. Definitely food of Michelin quality. Service equally great, not intrusive but helpful.

Had a lovely relaxing afternoon tea in The Drawing Room. Nothing was too much trouble, wasn't rushed and the champagne was lush. Concierge really helpful too — we were able to leave our luggage whilst we did some shopping before our booking. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful hotel in a very nice location — the staff is super friendly from the moment we checked in. The room was not ready by the time we arrived, but not a big deal since we went to walk for one hour. Buckingham Palace is just walking distance from the hotel. By the time we come back, all our luggage were inside the room. A host came with us to show us everything on the penthouse and let me say one thing — Amazing! This is going to be my go-to hotel everything we visit London.

Excellent service from start to finish, made us feel so welcomed. The food was nothing like I had before absolutely delightful. Definitely going back.

We stayed here just a couple of weekends ago the hotel is gorgeous. We had a lovely experience and will definitely go back the staff were lovely, attentive and especially the breakfast ladies amazing service and nothing was to much trouble.

What an awesome absolute gem of a hotel, immediately impressive as soon as you walk in, thoroughly helpful friendly staff and THE most comfortable bed I have EVER slept in, can’t wait to go back.

There were 6 of us for cocktails and dinner and not one of us could fault the very high standard of service offered to us by every one of the staff and we all agreed the food was some of the best we’ve eaten — it was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great hotel. The interior is as charming as the façade. The staff are very nice and very helpful. Breakfast is plentiful. The rooms are spacious and even in the DRC, it remains silent because the street is not very busy.
The area is ideal, close to parks, the metro line and restaurants. And the price of the room remains relatively affordable for a city like London.

The front staff are incredibly friendly. The rooms are quite nice and cozy. The breakfast staff however are quite rude & condescending. I entered the room for breakfast to meet up with my boyfriend who left the suite while I finished packing. I joined him later and walked down the stairs to the breakfast room. I entered and looked around only to have some lady ask me if I was needing a table for one. I replied that I was looking for boyfriend. She promptly responded with a "everyone here is visible, he mustn't be here". I said no, he is here, this is the breakfast room correct? " I walked through and one of the staff figured he was in the buffet room. Once I entered the buffet room, he was fixing his plate and I joined him. We sat down together to eat when I was promptly joined by another service staff asking me if this was the gentlemen I was looking for. (Obviously… it would be awkward otherwise). Why the breakfast staff needs to be so patronizing is a mystery when the rest of your staff are so helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay here. We stayed in a classic double which was very compact. Staff were super friendly and helpful and it was the ideal base from which to explore London. There was often a wait for the lift but we got fit taking the stairs. We didn't eat at the hotel but we did go to the bar which was a real treat. Luxurious surrounds, impeccable service and amazing cocktails.

We booked On line, but did not get an email confirmation about my reservation a day prior. The hotel was pretty and beautifully designed however it was a little pretentious and staff were a little unwelcoming — our waiter / Greg was a abrupt — which I can see could be seen as assertive but just comes across a rude. I get the impression the staff feel they can see who is worth being nice to and decided who gets attention, only being polite To who they think should be staying there. We came at midnight and wanted a cocktail and the staff made us feel very uncomfortable and gave the impression he was not going to make it and then said he was only making us the same cocktail. Would not stay here again.

We love this hotel. Have stayed three times and every visit has been outstanding. The rooms are beautiful, the food is excellent and the staff members have been so incredibly welcoming to our family. Looking forward to staying again.

I went with my family and before that had made purchases, I lost them all and never took care. I don't recommend it at all. They ruined my vacacaciones. To all this the restaurant is bad, expensive and they serve the cold food. A place for oblivion in London.

Lovely decor, service good but nothing overly special.

This is our second time staying here. It really is a warm, comforting and stylish hotel. Great service, amazing rooms, brilliant location. Around Christmas time, with the lights all around those wonderful streets in Mayfair, it is magical. Highly recommended…

Avoid. Peter Rabbit themed tea food was dry and not related to the theme. Drawing Room was nicely decorated with a real fire but the service was not professional. One server breathed and touched our food and didnt appear to know the ingredients or how it was peter rabbit themed. Ruined our day as this was with friends for my birthday. We left without eating. The sanderson, Ritz or Fortnum and Mason is a better choice of high tea.

Excellent location, close to many tourist sites as well as just a block from a whole street of restaurants and bars. Rooms are a bit small, but not overly so given central London location. Bathroom shower is hot, and difficult to get cooler if needed. Staff is very attentive with excellent service.

Boutique hotel with cosy high spec rooms and excellent very personal service. Restaurant, bar and tea room offer great food, relaxing atmosphere and same high quality service.

I have eaten here quite a few times and it is one of my favourite restaurants in Town. From the moment you enter the hotel the greeting and welcome makes you feel special. Take a drink at their great bar and then sit down to a meal that is not only superbly presented but tastes divine. The staff are a credit to them. Treat yourself you will not be disappointed.

We found the Fleming's hotel to be steeped in history in a quiet street with great service by friendly efficient and well informed staff.

Great welcoming staffs and they are very accommodating to many request guests might have. Colin and Paul had been friendly and hospitable, suggesting many great locations to visit. Will certainly visit again with family. Great location.

The staff were friendly and the service was very good. Atmosphere was nice but a little bit uptight for me, probably a bit more of a business type venue.

I was visiting London last week (wchich was one of my biggest dream) and I decided to stay in Flemings Mayfair Hotel. That was the best choice! Great location, professional and helpful service, pretty amazing breakfasts. Rooms are very cosy, immaculate and well designed. It was a pleasure to stay in this lovely hotel — from the moment I went in to the moment I left. I'd recommend Flemings to anyone!

This hotel is just amazing — the service, the rooms and the food 100% on point! The staff are attentive, professional yet friendly — The location is ideal for visitors to London — I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

So I want to be the first to stand up to the waiter Greg. He is a very great motivated employee who always pays attention to his guests. He remembers your name, your orders and often asks if everything fits. Such employees should give it several.
With the reception manager (young man worked at Night) I was unfortunately not so satisfied, who was quite rude and I felt like he would not want to help Me.
And the food at the hotel is unfortunately not as good as it used to Be. That's Why I deducted 1 star. However, my stay was very nice and I will definitely come back Again.

I stayed in this hotel from 3-7 Aug 2017 in room and unfortunately, one of the housekeepers who cleaned our room in this period stole my shirt! I wrote this comment after I was 100% assured that the shirt was stolen. I’m so disappointed as the shirt is bit expensive and I know that the shirt will never return as the hotel staff will certainly not gonna admit their staff theft, but at least I can warn whoever will stay in this hotel, Just keep your things in a locked luggage!

We were seated and the room and decor were just so lovely and smart. We used Groupon vouchers but this did not alter anything — we had absolutely top notch service. The waiters were so friendly and helpful and just really genuine — not like fake smiles and such, but really wanting us to enjoy our time and experience. The food was marvelous. Sandwiches, scones and pastries, all fantastic. Scones were moist and fresh out of the oven, pastries/cakes were creative and really delicious, sandwiches were really nice too. The waiter recommended the order to eat the cakes, for example, due to the richness of one which may mute another so to start with the more tart one, etc, it was well thought out and helpful. I would really recommend visiting Flemings Mayfair, I would 100% go back.

Very lovely hotel. Attentive and helpful reception taffeta on arrival. But… Twin room was basically a double. Bit awkward for me and my friend! Had to wait at breakfast. Continental was very basic. Not really table service as had to go up to ask for toast and again for coffee. Auto added service charge for one night was a bit cheeky.

I stayed at the Flemings Hotel on a business trip and booked a tiny single room. Upon check in I was upgraded to a deluxe single room. While small for a hotel room it's the perfect size for a single person. The bed was super comfortable, the climate control was near silent and great at holding temp, and the bathroom was fairly spacious with a lovely rainfall shower head. I slept like a rock, had plenty of room to store all my stuff, and enjoyed nespresso every morning. If my work ever sends me back to London I'll definitely stay here again. It is definitely on the pricey end but one of the cheaper places I found in Mayfair.

We have stayed at Flemings a few times and are always welcomed back as if we are a part of the family.
Each and everyone of the staff are amazing. The rooms are comfortable and exceptionally well maintained. Housekeeping do a superb job.
The hotel is also perfectly located.
To us Flemings stands out from the rest with their personal touch and the 1st class service their staff provide.
We cannot wait to return once again.

Stunning hotel, beautiful room, helpful and friendly staff and the food and service at the restaurant was exquisite. Plus it was made extra special as we visited for my birthday and the restaurant staff produced a surprise special birthday dessert at the end of our meal. We will stay there again, without question.

Rooms were small and dated, however, I am a big guy so that is relative. The location can't be beat. The hotel is walking/bike riding distance to Green Park, Buckingham Palace, and Picadilly Circus. The numerous tube stations nearby also make this a great location. Would definitely stay here again should I visit London.

After recently checking in having booked the hotel stay through Hotel Tonight (An app I have used many times usually with a very good experience) I am beyond disappointed. They advertise a very different room to what you get. An advertised room is a refurbished room. It shows a nice clean modern bathroom. What you actually get is a very tired room. After bringing this issue to the members of staff I was extremely disappointed with the response. It seems acceptable to them that I get whatever room they will provide because I got a discounted rate online. Having personally been in the hotel industry this is an extremely terrible experience. Rasa Kubiliute and Daniel Anghel were the two people that I dealt with. There main response was to wait until tomorrow to speak to the GM. A ridiculous notion given I am staying just for one night. My review can only express what a terrible experience this is and an outright con. Shame on this hotel for advertising something different to what you receive. Something I can say from personal experience is not the case with other hotels on the same app.

Visited for afternoon tea with friends on 30 Jan. Service and quality of food was appalling. Tea didn't arrive for 30min and the rest of the high tea items arrived over 90mins later! Unacceptable! Had to request for missing plates, glasses etc. For some awful finger sandwiches (3 per person) and couple of scones and £310 bill (6 persons) this is a rip off. No apologies or efforts made from staff.

Be carefull: construction noise from monday till Saturday. Redecorating 2 of 4 level. Can't get any sleep and the bed was shaking. Asking for discount, no chance. The guy at the Rezeption sad I shoul read the small print.

Possibly the best service I have had at a hotel. The staff is attentive yet gives you space. The hotel over all has an elegance and charm to it. It is tastefully decorated and cozy. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This was one of my favourite restaurants it was wonderful, the food did take a long time but I had my friend with me so good chats, or I may or got a bit upset about waiting. But once food was out it was yum will go agen most definitely. If I didn't have to wait so long I definitely be 5*.

We travel mostly for pleasure. After a thorough look at online reviews, taking out the unreasonable ones, we settled on Flemings Mayfair. We chose it because of the location, amenities (updated accommodations in an older building with charm and history), relative value for money, and because it is located on a street that is the title of a book by a favorite author. This will be our new go-to hotel when we visit London, and we will recommended it to friends and colleagues. The service was excellent, the check-in and — out were easy, staff was attentive without being overly solicitous, and we were generally made to feel comfortable and very much at home. We were especially impressed to see that management was in the lobby taking a hands-on role in the running of the hotel. We look forward to our next visit.

Quite simply our favourite hotel and serviced apartments in Mayfair! Luxurious, glamorous, charming and 5* in every way. The suites and serviced apartments are just perfect in every way. If you have not indulged in a cocktail in the wonderful cocktail bar, you must.

My wife and I arrived at the Flemings Mayfair on 30 August, after a long overnight train ride. We could not have been treated better by the guest services manager and the rest of the staff. We were delighted with our stay. It was the fourth time we have stayed at the Flemings and never have we been disappointed. The rooms are nicely done and the location is perfectly situated for access to Buckingham Palace and some delightful parks.

We came here for afternoon tea on a 2-for-1 voucher. It was such a ceremony to have the tea brought out first and poured through the dinky tea strainer for us. Then the majestic tiers of scones, sandwiches and sweet treats on top was such a delight! The staff were so friendly, chatty and knowledgeable about the food in front of us. Scones came as plain and raisin, and was so good with the little pot of lemon curd too. My favourite little delights were the double shot glasses of 'cheesecake', and the rosewater macarons. Totally elegant and totally fabulous.

Flemings is very conveniently located near many tourist attractions as well as fine restaurants and the theatre. The rooms are comfortable, and nicely appointed with plenty of space. Breakfast is delicious with many choices. What is most outstanding at the Flemings is the staff. They are friendly and extremely helpful.

The service is excellent, very kind Staf, the room was clean. Next time I go to London, I'm staying in any case Hotell Flemings Mayfair is.
