I enjoyed my 10 day stay at the Falcon Hotel. The front desk team was always very friendly and helpful, the room and the breakfast room always fresh and clean. A charming feature of the hotel is the outdoor private terrace where guests can enjoy fresh air without having to be street-side. The location is a minute away from very nice pubs, convenience stores and restaurants, as well as Paddington Station. Five minutes away is the wonderful Little Venice. The hotel is situated on a treed park and is surprisingly quiet and peaceful all night. Many thanks! I hope to see you all again soon!

Not sure how there are ANY legitimate reviews of this hotel above 1 star— suspicious, to say the least! Made a booking, flight was cancelled and changed to one with an arrival 6 hours earlier. Therefore, needed to add a day to my booking. Since no one was reachable whatsoever, I needed to do this via the website myself, before it was too late. Was perfect, there was a free cancellation before a stated date. Great, since I was trying to change the booking, aka. Doing someone else’s job since no one was reachable. Next thing I know, my card was charged $100? Afterward, staff was still impossible to get a hold of. Website and bank was forced to correspond through email with manager who was absolutely RUDE, and given the simple situation! Still unresolved unauthorized charges over a month later — the manager refuses to refund?! Ended up staying at one of the MANY small neighboring hotels, and saw the state of the place in passing— looked run down and shoddy, leading me to believe the re-booking was a blessing in disguise. Just stay away.
