The House of Horrors'Dean Court

The place DOES NOT correspond to the photos on the page and much less with the services

Dated May 17-19 we had a reservation in what appeared to be a two-star hotel

How the photos show access was difficult because of the amount of deeds and objects deposited by the entrance and corridors, in the container street, car and in the hallway boxes
.
The room, had no light on the ceiling or in one of the appliques, on the table, not even bulb. If you put your hand on the table, it would stick. The room was not made for the second day (although it is charged two nights according to my bank "130 euros instead of 127)

The room that was assigned to us number 3 (dinning room poster) was on the ground floor, on the sides a wc and a shower, pear for use of the building (both at night and at night from 6.00 am tomorrow could not stick eye)

The alleged RECEPTION was, in the stairwell of the basement (private photo) there was only one computer and a chair (neither fit any more)

The place to have breakfast corresponds to those sofas. And the TV as well as the vacuum cleaner, there were left our bags until the room was left free.

The stay has been very DISAPPOINTING, it has not been able to rest, they have not cleaned or made the room, the toilet had no paper (I do not mean nor to replace)

A single person attended EVERYTHING, towards breakfast, took the IDs. One himself picked up his plate took him to wash

The facilities and hygienic conditions were very DEFICITARY and when requested at the end of the stay the claims sheet was NOT provided

The reality is that we have felt RIPPED OFF, because as I pointed out at the beginning the photos on your page DO NOT correspond to the reality lived

And I attach these words in order to prevent unpleasant situations like this from being thrown to other travelers.

Nightly rates from $124
