Brilliant day celebrating our Nans 80th birthday! Waitress was very kind and helpful and we even managed to speak to the pianist.

Lovely experience, service was on point from the moment we pulled up. Our second stay and beginning to look like our go to hotel in London. Breakfast was very nice, have not dine in kerridges as of yet one last thing to tick off.

Service is too slow, such a prestige place to visit I found the service does not match. Which is very surprising. I felt some waiters were very patronising when asked about the waiting time with regards to our meal. It turned out there was 1 hour wait between each meal course which is unacceptable. May think twice about returning. Sorry I have to be honest with feed back.

Really lovely hotel, had a wonderful stay for husbands birthday weekend, really difficult to find a family and child friendly hotel in Central London especially of a high quality but this was fantastic just absolutely perfect, recommended and perfect location for all main tourist attractions. Our youngest 2 loved there robes and slippers little touches that just made it super kid friendly. Can't believe we've only just found this place, along with winter wonderland being our Christmas tradition this place is definitely joining the list too 😊

Hotel is amazing, the staff are lovely and so helpful. Very disappointed with the spa experience though, treatments were not the best. The hotel itself couldn’t of been better though.

Such a beautiful hotel. From the minute you pull up you are welcome very politely, help with luggage, taken to reception who again very polite, always smiling. This time we were offered chocolates off the display cart, nice touch. Rooms are well maintained with everything you need. From the Spa, Northall for food and drinks, breakfast through to afternoon tea there is not one thing you could fault. You are made to feel very special indeed. Thank you to all the staff who made our weekend most enjoyable.

Very nice hotel indeed, great service from start to finish. Really grateful for the guys at Renaissance Travel Bureau for the booking arrangements. Can't rate them high enough. Still have spa tickets for 1 day, which hotel staff said are not valid anymore! Quite annoying, as working for NHS means plans change. Maybe they can relax that, as they have been paid for.

Beautiful location and good food let down by average service.
There is a cloakroom but we were not asked if we wanted to check in our coats.
We had a side plate but were not offered bread. Eventually asked for some and were then given the most delicious crusty fresh bread.
Poached pear was hard and cold and coffee was served cold with cold milk.
When asked, the coffee was replaced with fresh hot coffee and was removed from the bill.
Shame, it could have been so good.

My wife treated me to 2 nights here for my 50th birthday, leaving tomorrow but 100% will be back. Spent last week in a 5 star Maldives island but the level of service and pure quality here at this amazing hotel was top hat to a fantastic birthday! Staff are fantastic across the board! The suites are amazing and we had an amazing meal in kerridges and were so lucky to meet the man himself, Tom what a gent. This has set a new level for us that we hope to experience every time we come to London. Location can’t be beaten, WHAT A HOTEL! Can’t fault it, thank you.

They are great too but this hotel is a different class.

Visited the spa for a 90 minute massage and time at the facilities and was very happy. Elegant and classy spa facilities, including a great sauna, a deceptive pool and well designed jet tub. The massage was great too — utterly relaxing and super professional. And then, of course, an environment of utter calm throughout.

Absolutely beautiful hotel and incredible service! Our stay at the Corinthia while in London on holiday was excellent from start to finish. We even had afternoon tea and utilized both the gym and sauna. The spa inside the Corinthia is also top notch, try the Balinese massage =heaven! We left with nothing but high marks for the hotel and the extremely helpful concierge! Will definitely consider it again!

The best place I have ever had afternoon tea. Try everything. You won't be disappointed. The setting is very classy. Black Mango tea was my favourite.

Bad service. We had to call twice for everything we needed. One of our rooms leaking water! Mini bar not refilled every day. Espresso cups not replaces for days. Butlers are not available but booked by appointment! After all that, they over charged us for no reason & unbelievable excuses. Sorry I love Corinthia, but I had better experience in London hotels. We had 8 rooms in total & there was always something. I’m just disappointed & will find another hotel for my frequent visits to London.

Treat her with respect and she will be very kind to you. The location of the hotel is very good too. Two metro stops from the city centre.

Truly enjoyed the stays here. Beautifully appointed spacious rooms and closets. Morning newspaper delivery and great breakfast. Ample dining options and an unbeatable location that is central yet quiet and discrete. The spa is the best in London with a nice indoor pool.

Luxurious hotel located close to White Hall and Trafalgar Square. The restaurant Northall located within the hotel is comfortable and elegantly decorated. The 3 course lunch offering was delicious, well presented and filling. The staff was attentive and service was excellent. A perfect place to quietly dine with friends away from the crowded venues of the nearby attractions.

Stayed here for a wedding. Honestly, we had an amazing experience! This is really a high class establishment. I haven't felt so fancy in years. Hope to come back someday soon.

Not only one of the best (if not the best) hotel in london, arguably one of the best hotels anywhere. Rooms are spacious and designed beautiful. Service is impeccable and the architecture is beautiful. I would expect free parking for guests if being honest but that’s a minor detail that can be worked on. Overall, toy are treated with dignity, respect and everyone is treated like royalty. Absolutely a pleasure.

Not only the best hotel in London but it’s one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at anywhere. We were treated like royalty. Such an amazing place. A must see even if you’re not staying there, as the lobby and restaurants are great for tea or meals. The views of the London Eye from our room were stunning. They have everything you could ask for.

Delicious tea time, blending tea and champagne, the salty sandwiches are delicious, especially those truffle egg. Great place!

As a long time traveler I loved the Corinthia Hotel. It is right in the middle of London and the pool, spa, and sauna was excellent. The rooms were clean and service great. In fact, I would love to go again!

My daughter and her friend took me here for my 60th birthday. From the very start when my daughter booked it the staff were helpful friendly and professional. When we arrived the hotel was beautiful with gorgeous flower displays everywhere. A very friendly young man showed us to our table and explained the afternoon menu and introduced us to the lovely young lady who looked after us. The champagne sandwiches scones and cakes were to die for. We were brought more sandwiches and pots of tea nothing was too much trouble. A special cake was given to me and the pianist played Happy Birthday, I felt thoroughly spoilt! We ended up staying almost 2 1/2hrs and never felt rushed at all. My daughter is gluten free and her friend is vegetarian and their food was just as good as mine. We would definitely recommend it and would go there again.

Lovely hotel and our event was well catered. The event rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very helpful. However there were not enough of them. Overall I really like the hotel. I would definitely recommend it for professional events.

I came to London to visit my brother and stayed here for the duration. The standard rooms are lovely and clean although, a little small. The double bed took up the whole space with bit much room for anything else. I suppose this is the same across most hotels in London. The free shower gel and soap are from the ESPA range and they smell divine! I did visit the spa for a massage, and I found it very relaxing. The bath tubs are big enough for two and it was a great way to unwind after a busy day in the city. I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay here in the future.

Went for lunch at the spa; the ambience and environment was stunning — the scent of the whole area is instantly relaxing — and the food (we all had the mackerel) filling whilst remaining healthy. The only negative was that when we first arrived some of the front of house staff at the spa seemed very inexperienced, and kept trying to make my companions fill out forms for their spa appointments in several hours' time, when all we wanted to do at this point was exhale and chat after battling through the traffic. There was no rush, and their fussing seemed amateur, & unexpected somewhere as elegant as this. The staff who were there when we finished lunch seemed much calmer and more in line with the mood of the place.

I had the best stay here and really got a full London experience. I really liked that it was close to all of the sites on foot as well. The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. The spa was absolutely the best! Definitely would stay here again!

The accomodations and service were great; my only complaint is that my floor and towel heaters were not working, and the engineer they wasn't supposed to come check on it "right away" did not show for hours. Still, overall it was a great experience. Will likely be booking Corinthia next time I'm in London.

Very nice upscale hotel. The indoor and outdoor seating areas are great for meetings and socializing etc. All in all it is an excellent place for drinks, to eat or just coffee. Amazing hotel and restaurants to say the least.

Service impeccable! Room sizes moderately large. Prices unreasonable! Would highly recommend if someone else paid for it.

Upscale hotel. Beautiful inside. Food is of a high quality. Only drawback is if you have a car they will park for you at Q Park. Which is very expensive over £20, well if you can afford over £600 a night for the rooms, then this is peanuts really.

It rocks and it has a £1, 000, 000 chandelier in the lobby that is just amazing. The breakfast buffet is also incredible. Our rooms were amazing considering we had a junior suite. And don't even get me started on the 4 story spa. It has salons, sleeping pods, swimming pools ect. And to top it off it is a 10-20 minute walk to the Big Ben, Hyde Park, Buckingham palace, and the shard. Overall, this is by far the nicest hotel in London and Mabey even the UK.

We spent the evening in extravagant ballroom for a wedding. Beautiful room and the hotel service was great. The ballroom itself is on the ground floor with beautiful windows out on to London. Cloakroom and bathrooms on the other hand, were in the subbasement about a 5minute walk from the venue. Little strange.

We in this hotel spent one night, the time although short, but the service here made me leave an unforgettable impression. The rooms are spacious, the shower Super awesome. I visited the corinthians spa a couple of years ago and was Very impressed. One of the best, if not the best, massage I have ever had. Yesterday I went for a drink and dinner at the northall and really liked the experience. Lovely staff and good food.

I am really satisfied with my stay here. They gave me nice and comfy room and their services and staffs are super nice. This place is one decent hotel. I only stayed here once but I still can say that this is a decent hotel to stay with. Good service, good customer service, nice place. I really enjoyed my stay.

M son and his wife were staying at the hotel and invited a friend, my wife and myself for afternoon tea. It was lovely. The service was brilliant. My son's wife is vegetarian and I am vegan. I also cannot tolerate sugar and yeasts. They catered for us splendidly. I was particularly impressed with the vegan scones and the vegan cakes. The fruit platter was delicious too. Thank you so much for making our afternoon tea so memorable. Oh and I can recommend the fresh mint tea. Thank you.

The last time we were here was during our family trip! We super adore your interior design and room arrangement. Booking is also hassle free and your staffs are welcoming and responsive with every questions that I asked. Good service.
