The dinner was extremely delicious and healthy. The bitter and specialty beers were equally tasty. The service by Audi was very efficient and courteous. The highlight for my daughter was the special Byron hot sauce. Good enough that we were able to take a bottle home.

A good friend always treat me to a meal here and it's a treat I really look forward to! The service is one of the best you'll ever experience and the food superb. I usually have the hamburger, chips and chocolate/strawberry ice cream which for me have been consistently of the best quality. The ambience is nice, open and refreshing with the kitchen formerly in the centre of the restaurant. I usually find a seat by the window which looks onto the park or the main road with an excellent view. An experience to remember even if just a treat!

Good sized spot with plenty of seating. Reasonably priced for what you get, the burgers are a good size and the meat is decent quality. I do find with Byron that the buns don't really support the burger, especially if you get a double, so it can get messy. Love their milkshakes, vanilla with malt is amazing, each one is made with four scoops of ice cream. For a burger shake and side your looking at about £20 per person.

I normally try to avoid burger places when I travel because they are a standard American food I can get anywhere. On the insistence of my family, we stopped by here for an early dinner. The burgers are impressive. They're massive but that also means you struggle to eat with with your hands. I ended up just cutting mine and eating it with a fork, which feels wrong for a burger. It's a little bit on the expensive side, but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal.

Nice burgers, average fries, sensible portion sizes and a slightly quirky range of slightly expensive drinks. Not the fastest service, but pleasant people. If you're after something better than McDonald's and a bit better than Burger King then Byron's is a good choice — full table service, tasty burgers and alcoholic drinks, but it's only a couple of steps from fast food. This example was clean and reasonably efficient. It also looked like the takeaway/delivery place of choice for teenage birthday parties in the area as several bagged orders left while we were eating.

The staff were friendly, and the food arrived quick. I had the Byron burger which was tasty, however the bacon was a tiny bit chewy, but wasn't really a game changer. Washed down with nice Sicilian orangeade.

Great burgers! Went so quick that didn't have time to take a photo; was very hungry and burgers were delicious. Magnificent. If you come rarely then each time is a delight. :)

Fantastic place to hang out with family or friends. Super service and a very chilled atmosphere, would definitely recommend if you want to enjoy a good meal for lunch or dinner.

The rueben sandwich rocked. Loved it with the sweet potato fries and chipotle mayo. The nachos were awesome. Best American fare this side of the pond!

Decent food, terrible service. Only came to the table twice, once for my order and to deliver the food. I was planning to order dessert but after he never came back, I paid and left.

Convenience location for transportation and shopping just what I needed for six days stay in London. Only wished I had access to a microwave and fridge for ice. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. I did enjoyed my stay aByron hotel.

Good burgers, shakes and sides. Would say that it is a bit understaffed. Our burgers and bill took longer to arrive than they should. Kids enjoy the activity sheet.

Sorry to say Byron has lost it. The quality of food and service has gone right down hill (last time I went was a few years ago). Very sad loss of a good friend ☹️. That's what happens when a new owner cuts cost too far. Then they wonder why the customers don't come anymore.

Mold in the bathroom, shower sprayed all over, the ceiling was peeling from the wet of the shower, the towels were as big as dish rags and old, we could not control the air in the room, rugs were dirty, it was just a very uncomfortable room and this was what they call the Penthouse. We moved from one teeny tiny room to the penthouse because the teeny tiny room was so claustrophobic seriously claustrophobic. My mother actually fell getting out of the shower due to lack of bath mats and the water that sprayed all over. I called manager to tell him about it and he didn't even ask how she was. We stayed one night there and we're out the next day but not before there was a fight about getting our money back. I think they still ripped us off but we just wanted to get out of there. I don't recommend this place to anybody who wants to be comfortable.

Good food and service and come for the location with kids. I hesitate to pay 10 pounds for just a burger. Better deal of burger, fries and drink for 10 pounds elsewhere.

Decent burger and even better with Student discount. One female member of staff was a bit grumpy but the two males we dealt with were very friendly.

Amazing service and brilliant food! Your food can be customised to the smallest detail and the staff are very attentive and friendly. The milkshakes are huge and generous! Highly recommend this place.

Great place for a dirty burger and awesome shakes. Prices above avg but worth it and great service. Definitely go here again in future.

Very friendly staff who were especially accommodating towards the kids! Plenty of highchairs and also a baby changing facility. Good food as always.

On the one hand, some delicious hamburgers and a Detallazo the 330ml drinks in ice-cream glass (at 2, £60 each).
On the other hand, for my good they are, burgers a little small for their price (between 7, £5 and £12 approximately) in addition to not include any companion.
If you order chips, it will be £3 for a cartuchito that will remind you of McDonald's.
The milkshakes look good, but we didn't get to ask for any.
It's great though for that price you can eat better in other places.

The Burger was really good. I liked the bun a lot and everytging else was nice as well, however I got the wow effect with those milchshakes… my god do they put drugs in them? For the milchahakes I wud give 5 stars. Over all quite pleased.

Good place and more than good food. If you are a cheese lover don't hesitate to go.
Balls stuffed with cheese and macaroni all fried and over cheese sauce is only inbound and only for £5. And the burgers are good no, next. Tasty, juicy and really good, for me, a lover of cheese, the best is a called Fromegas that can carry about 4 types of cheese plus a pitcher next with melted cheese sauce Q You can throw your burgers.
Yes, it does not come with potatoes and you will have to ask for part.

We asked for spicy sauces and weren't disappointed. Our burgers were cooked to perfection and they hit the spot. Comfort food guaranteed.

Byron is a great chain to grab a burger, fries and beer. There's a great deal of variety across the menu with a number of different burgers to pick from. The menu also includes a few different starters and dessert options. Fast and friendly service and a relaxed vibe make this a great casual place to eat.

This branch is really family friendly and you can expect to enjoy your meal accompanied by a chorus of screaming children. The staff are friendly and service is quite speedy. I do not know who cuts the bacon there but they clearly have superb kitchen knife skills; never before have I eaten bacon cut so incredibly thin, it's practically non existent. The milkshakes are great to be fair but overall I'll stick to honest burger.

We love Byron and we have gone to several branches over the years including this one. The food and service​ is good. However on this occasion we had a guest of the furry kind also visiting, which put us off our food. Not keen on mice so had our order to go and management apologize and knocked money off our order. I am kinds put off going there again though and I hope they get their problem sorted.

We spent three nights at the hotel of "The Byron" in London and "lived" in a double room. We received very kindly by a staff, our room was not ready yet. When we arrived back at the agreed time, we got explained a few things in addition to the keys.
When we opened the bedroom door, a surprise followed on the next.
The room was no bigger than a closet. And no, we're not really challenging, but we didn't even have room to stow our luggage, yet we were able to use the small chair in the corner, because we had to make one of those cases between bed and Chair. Next, the bathroom came hidden behind some sort of closet door. If you ever bad can call it. Not more than 2 m² it could jump back and forth between the toilet and shower. The sink was behind a different door, but there is not even a hook for the towel. The closet, which we did not use for various reasons but was actually behind the last door.
Cleanliness was the only point in which there was little to complain about.
We are not demanding also during breakfast, but even a good cup of coffee my mother and delicious tea for me wasn't there. Who wants variety and an appealing arrangement, is here at the wrong address!
A further highlight of the stay was our toilet! This was namely clogged. After the "repair" it was then, it would have been far too much paper in there (after a maximum of 2 toilet rounds! ). Then she withdrew not good!

I don't like mayonnaise I'm actuality allergic to it. Like every time I go to a restaurant I asked for mayo and lettuce to be removed. When I received the order they hadn't removed it so I complained and they basically took off the lettuce off but left the mayo. I had to cut off half of the bread and scratch the burger to take it off…

Our family stayed here for 4 days in June 2015. It was a very small room for our family of four. Also, it was in the basement and was cold all the time. Additionally, it was musty which caused sinus problems for my daughter and I. The shower stall was the smallest I have seen. It was definitely the smallest shower we saw on our 2 week trip. Wifi service was not good in the room. We had to go to the lobby sitting room for adequate service. Breakfast was adequate but the service was terrible. I noticed that some visitors got pretty good service and the staff would regularly walk past us to give coffee refills while ignoring us. The location of this hotel is one thing that is a positive. It is close to Hyde Park. All in all, I do not recommend this hotel especially if you are travelling as a family. I travel quite a bit for work and this hotel is sub-standard in my opinion. It was the worst of all the rooms we had in London, Ireland and the Netherlands. I would not stay here again.

I stayed at The Byron Hotel in September of 2014 and I loved it! The staff was very accommodating and friendly! They were also very helpful, especially since I was from the another country. There was always someone at the front desk at all times! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London! It was also reasonably priced.

We stayed here from 20 to 23 oct 2014. The rooms are smal, but clean and everything you need is present. The room size is no problem, because when in London you don't want to spend much time in your room. Friendly staff. Room for luggage on the first and last day. The breakfast is good, you can even get an English breakfast. Tube stations Queenspark and Bayswater are a few minutes walking.

Simple but good quality and great tasting burgers. Highly recommend the Byron burger. As with all good chain restaurants we've always had consistency across the sites we've eaten in. The coleslaw is definitely worth a try! Service has always been quick and even when ordering take away it has always tasted great when we've got it home.

Ok, so I know I’m reviewing a chain. And I know it’s been around for positively YONKS, but I went the other day and I liked it so much I though I would give it a glowing review. Yes. I don’t just hate everything (as it seems I have recently) We walked in and we seated by a very, very pretty waitress who was so interested to help and seemed really enthusiastic. Maybe she was new. It was a work lunch a little later in the day so it was pretty empty and we all squeezed into a booth. I say squeezed, but it was pretty roomy actually. But “lounged about in a booth” doesn’t sound as exciting. The boys ordered milkshakes which came in tall metal tins of some kind which kept them really cold (apparently) and I had a fresh lemonade, which came with a spring of fresh mint which was a lovely touch. Their burger that they’re pushing at the mo is the ROQUEFORT (9th April – 7th May) Half of us had that (not me, blue cheese, blergh) and half of us had the Byron. Bacon AND cheese – yes sir’ee. The burgers came pretty quickly and everyone dug in. The bun in Byron chains are perfect, they’re not brioche, which I think mostly just tastes wrong for a meaty burger, but they’re soft white bread. The burgers themselves aren’t greasy, full of fresh salad, the bacon tastes like it’s sweet and maple soaked and the cheese isn’t plastic. All in all – they were great. They ARE great. Fries were nice, skin on chips are good, and I had courgette chips which were lovely.

Very bad after waiting for about thirty minutes approaching the table a girl of staff and telling me that the POS for credit cards does not work.

I'm Susana from Argentina. Last June, My stepmother and I spent 7 nights at The Byron. I can say that the staff is the most friendly. First of all, Michael Moore and Carmen, and everyone at the hotel. Our room was perfect. Bayswater is a beautiful place to walk. You can find everything there. I hope to come back to the Byron Hotel again someday and spend more days there.

Quite possibly the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in, but also the most friendly staff I've met in London.

One of the worst hotels ever, staff were rude and obnoxious, room is dirty and disgusting, loud and a terrible nights sleep you can easily find somewhere better, PLEASE DONT MAKE SAME MISTAKE MAN CALLED RAVI WAS WORST EMPLOYEE IV EVER MET, TERRIBLE.

The most: correct breakfast. Very good bedding. Satisfactory showers. Clean. Nearby transport.
Cons: small rooms, Insulation imperfect windows. No socket 220V except in SdB. Wifi paying.
