They stole 50 euros from my bag at the hotel and they didn't offer me any solution. They have also ignored me.
I would not recommend going because if you have any problem they will forget you.

Have just arrived, and was initially told that my card was not the one used to book the room (they had someone elses number on the booking confirmation). The man covered in tattoos at the reception was very abrupt and didn't apologise for making the mistake. We then informed him that we asked for a ground floor as all 4 (2 of which are children) of us have disabilities. He assigned us to the very top floor and we obviously struggled to climb steep stairs. He refused to assist us and said that the hotel did not offer that service. We did not feel at all welcome (the man didn't crack a smile or ask us to enjoy our stay), and were made to feel like an inconvenience. This has been an unpleasant and appalling experience.

We have returned from a 5 night stay. The staff on arrival were lovely for it being 7am in the morning. They allowed us to leave our luggage for free to enjoy our day. The rooms were tidy and clean. They were getting some refurbishment done but you would not of noticed it was signs that made us notice lol. Perfect location to victoria station with a tesco near by. The desk was always manned which is great. They have a huge variety of leaflets for planning and places you have visited if you forget to pick one up like we dif lol. For the price you pay you could not get any better a location. Cant wait to return. Book direct if possible.

Last week my daughter stayed at this hotel. She checked in without any difficulty even though I made the reservation online with my credit card. She was not asked for a copy of the card. This week, she attempted to stay again but could not check in because she didn't have a copy of the credit card I used. The hotel already had full payment for the room. The charge was already on my credit card statement but the lady at the desk refused to let her check in because she did not have a copy of the credit card. Last week my daughter did not need a copy of the card when she checked in. No where on my confirmation letter did it state to have a copy of the credit card. So now, My daughter has to pay for the room AGAIN with her credit card and then the lady at the front desk will refund my card? If she has information to refund the card then she knows the room was paid for in full. This is so very frustrating! I had recommended this hotel to friends due to the great experience last week, but now I will be sure to tell everyone to stay away. No exception could be made? We didn't need the card last week but we need it now? Nothing is on the confirmation about bringing a card. Very unhappy and frustrated. And confused about why giving a refund and charging another card is the solution. One more stress
that I didn't need right now!

My husband and I have always stayed in Belgrave house hotel when we visit London. Ewa and the rest of the staff are so friendly and courteous. The rooms have always been spotlessly clean and very reasonable.

Very good hotel with a competitive price. Its location near Victoria is really a plus. Quiet area, welcoming staff, room, toilet and shower (in the room) are clean without being the great luxury but the interest is to sleep there very well and be able to take a shower there. To discover London it was really great. I recommend with my eyes closed :)

Got a room which was located between stairs! If that was not enough the Wi-Fi was barely connecting on the bed. The wash basin wasn’t cleaned properly. You’re better off paying a little bit extra and finding a better place.

Lovely place to stay for a trip to London. Short walk from Victoria. Nice comfy beds. Clean, tidy and quiet. Will keep your cases and bags safe after check out if you're leaving later in the day and want to go out and about more without your cases and bags.

At the hotel currently, had to get up 5 flights of stairs to a room that was extremely bare and the 'bathroom' pretty much a cupboard with a toilet in — the sink is in the shower and you have to leave the door open for your knees to fit! No tea or coffee, or even plastic cups, at the least you'd expect just for a drink of water. The window could easily be broken into, luckily where on the top floor (not lucky for my asthmatic partner). The TV only works if you pay a returnable £5 deposit for a remote. To top it off, our door handle was temperamental and locked us out of our room when we first arrived, in which the receptionist opened it with her key and said give it 15 minutes, and at 11:45pm in which the next receptionist said ''' new, what do you want me to do about it? ' — have good customer service and know how we are at least going to get our belongings out is the answer. Luckily I managed to get in myself before my partner had to actually break the door. I really hope our stay gets better but I can say I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

We are pretty tough, but this place was awful. Great location, but the room was dirty, bed was horrible and had springs in my back all night. To top it off, there was a strong smell of raw sewage coming from the shower drain in the bathroom. We thought it was the toilet at first, but it was operating perfectly. We told the manager and they tried to fix it each day, but never could. We had to stay gone from 6am to 9pm every day just to escape the smell. We should have left the hotel permanently, but tried to be polite and let them keep trying to fix it. Then, as we were leaving we suggested a discount or something for the inconvenience and they had the nerve to suggest it was our fault. It was not like a clogged toilet or anything, just a smell coming from the shower drain and it was definitely a sewage smell. I can take an old room and even poor facilities, but terrible customer service is hard to overlook.

Functional, decently clean, relatively cheap, good location within a 5-10min walk from Victoria station. The only two issues were the coffin sized rooms that don't allow for much movement or luggage, and the shower sprays about as much water as a perfume spray. If you need a place to lay down and store your stuff for a day or two while in London, this is a decent option. Also, the room I was in didn't seem to have an AC. I can see this being a problem in the summer.

Budget accommodation conveniently close to Victoria Station and Underground. Staff friendly. Clean and neat but very basic and cramped accommodation. No lift so you have to carry your own luggage up to your room.

Fantastic location, easy access to all popular tourist attractions. The hotel itself could do with a freshen up. Stayed in 104, a twin bedroom with semi private bathroom. OK for mother and daughter or a couple sharing. However if travelling with friends etc, the shower is not private. It has clear glass and when using shower you are visable to the rest of the room. The prices to stay at the hotel are fantastic and it seems very clean.

In the middle of the hotel I used the luggage service via app and I had a great time. Only difficulty with maps to find the place, but I recommended a change so that other people can find it more easily.

The place is good if you are on budget and only want to spend the night. I had a room which was tiny but clean. The place is near Victoria station so the location is great of you are traveling Staff were welcoming and kind.

The room was not huge but it was clean and well ordered. Very nice in reception.

The hotel is only for literal sleep is very small and uneasy, the heating is automatic so the room gets very hot. The attention of the staff is excellent is the only thing worth it. But eye! Dangerous area We were mugged just a block from the hotel and no police nearby. Extreme precautions.

The location is good, walkable from Victoria Station, some restaurants and supermarket nearby the hotel. The room was very small (smallest room I've ever seen). It was clean though. The bed was not so nice as it is placed from one wall to the other and it was too short for me (I'm 1.89m tall). If I slept on my back, my feet were touching the wall, which was not comfortable. The matras was not so nice, as it was too soft and I felt some spring wires. The bathroom is very small but clean and the shower was ok. Hot water with a good flow. Good for one night sleeping. I would not recommend spending more than two nights because of the bed.

Great location and quiet. The rooms are a bit dated but for the price and location you can't complain really. Great hotel of you plan on seeing Hamilton or Wicked which are both short away.

Wi-Fi was horrible must rent a television remote for the TV and be prepared to carry your bags up and down stairs to get to your room. Wasn't terrible but should be cheaper stay.

Manage your expectations and this is a value for money place to stay in central London. Clean, with hot water.

Great service. The hotel has 24 hour attention at the reception and the staff is really helpful! Rooms are clean and the bathrooms en-suite are small (or at least they were in the three bedrooms we stayed at) but have all you need.

I loved it! The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are many shops where you get food.

Very convenient location. Straightforward check-in. Room located in lower ground area, down some rather narrow stairs. The room itself was basic but warm, dry, and comfortable. The en-suite bathroom facilities were compact but met the need. Staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, it was a perfectly comfortable place to stay, and certainly very good value for money. Not luxurious, but ideal for a low cost overnight stay. I would certainly be happy to stay there again.

The rooms that are not side street are Quiet. There is a small shower and toilet in the room, which is is a big plus compared to other accommodations. The place is very convenient for sightseeing, but you have to keep in mind that this is not a place to Stay. For the price of the rooms, the hotel is very good for sleeping. I was able to go to the most famous tourist places on foot (30-40 minutes walk)

Stayed here at weekend past with my daughter. Excellent location just a short walk to Westminster or very handy to Victoria station. Accommodation was as advertised ie no frills but very clean. It provided everything we needed with clean towels every day, soap dispensers, tea coffee making facilities, access to hairdryer and free Wi-Fi. I sent a wats app to the Belgrave reservation team a few days prior to arrival and they were able to accommodate my request for minimum stairs. In fact we appeared to be upgraded from a double room to a 2 bedroom apartment. This really made our stay. The apartment had full kitchen appliances and access to 2 shower rooms. The rooms were lovely and warm as was the showers. Staff were all very friendly. I can highly recommend apartment 28A.

We’re staying here right now. Room and bathroom is clean, room small but enough for what you need, room was very warm so had to sleep with the window open in winter as no fan. No bedside table lamp and only 1 plug for charging phone. Be ready to walk up a very narrow staircase with luggage to your room. Very close to Victoria station (food, train and bus) overall happy.

Small but comfortable, good value for money and convenient.

A fantastic location near the public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No one speaks Spanish and they did not strive to understand that you ususally.

Very basic Hotel. Modern and basic style, comfortable and clean beds and bathrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended if you want to spend little.

If you're passing through for a few nights and just need somewhere to be horizontal, this place is perfect, go ahead and book as long as you get a good deal! Read on for my issues: — — Bed is ~4 inches thick and all springs, no cushioning or anything, it's horribly uncomfortable and the pillows are just totally flat and squishy, I needed three. — — Housekeeping is at best just replacing your towel and throwing the comforter over your bed, and at worst nonexistent. Sheets are not changed and towels are only changed if you put them on the shower floor. — — Staff is nice enough unless you ask for help with anything. Deposits needed for everything, guests are NOT allowed to use any hotel phones even for local calls. — — Breakfast (4.50GBP) was a bit depressing, just some toast, boiled eggs (no option to cook them another way), thin milk, boxed corn cereal, watery yogurts, and mediocre English breakfast tea. Adding a star for clean renovated bathrooms and a star for great location. Wi-Fi was fine depending on your location in the building.

It was perfectly functional, though very spartan. Wi-Fi was terrible, and unusable at times, in our room. Ceiling lights were harsh and overly bright. I don't regret staying there, though I'd be likely to look elsewhere for my next trip.

Very good location within walking distance of the famous Victoria station.

Great location, good basic quiet hotel, helpful and kind staff, basic rooms with basic furniture, small bathroom and small sink, but there is the shower. Comfy bed, lcd TV and a small balcony. No fridge, so you have to use the balcony to keep sodas cool.

The Wi-Fi seemed to be powered by a hamster wheel and the rooms were quite cramped, but the location was central and convenient.

The smallest room I've ever lived in, but the location is comfortable — couple of minutes from Victoria station. No lift inside, terribly narrow stairs.

Extremely small room, with an even smaller bathroom. Without exaggerating an airplane restroom is larger than the bathroom in this hotel. Our room was on the 5th floor (which they call 3rd) and was overpriced for what you receive. There is no AC, so if you go during the summer, expect your room to be uncomfortably hot. The TV didn't even work, yes even after we paid a deposit for the remote control to the TV. Would not recommend.

The apartment is small but complete, in our case there were two double beds (from a square and a half, very uncomfortable mattresses with springs). On the ground there is a carpet. Great location, convenient to visit London, a stone's throw from Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace, quiet area. Free Wi-Fi.

The rooms that are not on the street side are quiet. Small shower and WC in the room. Very convenient place for tourism, this is not a place to stay. Very good location for the price.

Not the luxury but clean, friendly staff. We got room 32, street side (so traffic noise) and big spot in front of the window. Convenient location close to amenities (Warwick way) and Victoria metro station.

Do not expect a lot from this place in terms of comfort and beauty. The place has the bare minimum. The "unluxurious" bathroom was small but functional (a toilet, a tiny sink and mirror, and a small/ plain shower), but did the job. The bedroom was outdated, and the beds awful, but it was cheap and ideally located (5 minutes walking distance to the Victoria Station). This place is great if you don't mind it's simplicity because once again it was cheap and close to public transports. The service was really good too.

Very good location for Victoria, Slough Square, etc. Their walk-in "tiny room" rate is currently £49, excellent for central London. The hotel is pretty basic but I seemed to get a free upgrade to a bigger room because it was not busy. TV but no kettle in room. Bed okay. Controllable heater and opening window. The bathroom light could be used for soft lighting but a bedside lamp would be better.

The room was clean and the breakfast was good. 5 Fantastic days in London… London is Beautiful.

We stayed at this Hotel in the far 2010. We were very fortunate, because the price per day for the 28th apartment was very convenient. 4 beds divided into two rooms, a living room, a kitchenette with microwave oven, a nice bathroom with shower and washbasin and apart, toilet and small washbasin.

I enjoyed my experience! very helpful Service Team. The room is clean and the service staff is very attentive and helpful. I suggest to people staying in the windowless room ask for a fan at the reception, because this room is a bit stuffy! For those people who have activity all day and just need a place to sleep, it's great for the price.

A very cheap Hotel. I payed 30 Pound per Night for a Single Room. The Room was quite warm, but bearable. The breakfast was for english conditions alright. On Balance: for one or two nights the cheapest possibility to stay in the town centre of London.

I had the experience to stay at Belgrave House Hotel and I would say that the room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Excellent location, friendly staff, free Wi-Fi and 24 hours reception. Belgrave house hotel made my trip with friends, was within my budget as well. Would definitely recommend to all.
