Great and chatty staff — responsive to requests. Clean and well maintained. Excellent location (close to the tube). However, close to the main road — expect some noise.

The perfect surprise. A Brazilian host and a really English place were enough to make us feel great there.

Good value for money. Can be a noisy location so earplugs are provided! Many thanks!

Really a pretty good place to stay a while! We just stayed 1 night… But when we'll get back, we will come again for sure. Lot of amiability, we fell really welcome in that nice and clean hotel.

Room size is OK for two people; bed is very comfortable; bed sheets are new; shower is good. The toilet has little water. Overall, it's okay. Go out from the subway station very well, around a lot of supermarkets.

Friendly staff, good experience, clear instructions and equipment corresponding to a 3star hotel. Only quite big inconvenience is that the underground passes under the hotel every 3 minutes and makes quite some noise.

Close to transportation. Nice sweet rooms and nice people. Clean and tidy rooms. Cleaning rooms once a day (thats enough). Smiling and happy staff. Highly recommended.

We were visiting my son who lives nearby and been out seeing the lights on Oxford Street. We hadn't checked in so go a phone call to remind me. The reception closed at 8 pm so self check in instructions were explained and texted. All was fine. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Only stayed one night. All was fine. Good location.

Stayed here for one night with my teenager last week (Nov 2017. ) Staff were lovely but not in your face at all. Room was not too hot which was a welcome relief at this time of year, spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and lots of extra touches — a whole bottle of Radox shower gel in the shower! Easy key and way out of the hotel very straightforward. Garden was really pretty and well maintained — on a main road so with the window open a little traffic noise but that just adds to the experience. I can highly recommend this hotel and the value for money in particular, the location near the tube and plenty of local shops open nearby (a costa or cafes for breakfast, Marks and Spencer or Sainsburys for a snack etc. One little moan — arriving in the dark the outside steps are uneven (some shallow some deep) and I nearly fell over, though they have highlighted the edges with paint (I think it needs to be luminous for clumsy's like me! Thanks for an easy, comfortable experience — we would stay again if we needed to.

Location: ★★★★★ 5 minutes walk from Clapham South tube station. 5 minutes walk from a nice large park. Buss station to different directions. Supermarkets & shops around. Nice pub/club very close. Gas station on the other side of the street. Few fast foods, as I have seen. What else do you need? … yes, it's a safe and quite around… Rooms: ★★★★★ Cleaning, changing towels every day. Rooms are small but very comfortable. Wall noise isolation is not good enough. Comfortable bed. Your own bathroom (! ) Fredge, TV… Daily coffee and cakes available in your room. There are some larger rooms for families with kid (s). So, you will have just a room, no restaurant no pool or gym — with a positive note. Staff: ★★★★★ Attentive, nice and supportive. You won't meet them much since hotel has another entrance for guests. So… if you guys read this, Greeting from Armenia! ;) Price/Value: ★★★★★ I strongly recommend this hotel for price/value. I definitely will book this hotel for my next visits to London. All five starts.

First time here. Fabulous greeting on arrival. Room is very comfortable and staff are more than accomodating. I'd truly recommend this hotel. Close to all sorts of transport and a great pub right next door. I would certainly return to this hotel.

Not worth the money, small cramped rooms & inconsiderate fellow guests waking us up at 6.00 on a Sunday morning with their TV blaring out & then banging of doors as they leave. Lots of traffic noise all night long.
Will not recommend to anyone else.

This hotel is great. The staff cannot do enough for you and they are friendly. The location is great albeit in some rooms it's a little noisey as it's right on the main road. The rooms are clean and a ok size. This was my second stay and I'll stay again.

Nice place, not too quiet, but it's cheap enough that it's negligible. As a man at 186cm tall (around 6"1.5'), I struggled a bit with height issues in the bathroom, everything else was fine height wise. Had a very good experience compared to the price payed for the room. Nice people and good service.

We had a wonderfull stay. The Hotel is well located, very close to Clapham South Underground Station and there are plenty of grocery stores near by.
