Beds are great! Large renovated rooms, breakfast is OK and good public connection!

Good value for money very comfortable helpful staff nice breakfast.

Home zero upon arrival the staff was very rude plus the hotel consists of two buildings our room was at the end of the corridor. The next day we came across Rizwan a special thank you for this young man the first employee to say hello in 2 days! Plus, he made sure we had a better room. It is thanks to him that I put 3 stars, the hotel itself is ok but the staff should learn the friendliness.

Zimmer has stumbled upon something that I can't classify directly. Anyway, I thought it smells like a drunkman. The stench also went over the three days we were there not really out. Otherwise the shower was okay. However, the TV did not work, or had only one channel that did not work properly.
I think if the room didn't smell so bad it would have been a nice hotel. I'm sorry. For my part, only one star.

It's ok, rooms are clean, breakfast ain't anything to shout about, location isn't good for public transit, but as I said rooms are great and affordable.

Excellent location as we were in the area for a family wedding, however that was the only excellent thing.
The Hotel is split in two The main hotel then the annex across the road.
We have 5 rooms from Wednesday until this Sunday, 3 of us had to be moved as the refurbishment noise was so bad, we had a late night and were woken by hammering and drill at 6:45am.
On reporting I was shown a small A4 sign printed in the smallest font explaining the excess noise but the noise is ridiculous.
The manager agreed to move us while we were at our wedding so we came back late and then had to sort out new keys and then when we got into our room no plugs worked and also no TV or air con.
I asked to be changed again but as a lot of there room had faults, double room no tv, double room no a/c or a twin room so two single beds I declined, however after going out for the day, the a/c and plugs were fixed.
No ice machines and the bar had none so warm drinks.
Avoid this place at all costs which I am surprised at me saying that as I use Accorrs Hotels regularly in France and whatever grade I have never had cause to complain.

Small parking of 15 places paying, complete, I had to park in the street. Not practical at all.

The rooms are very clean The breakfast is very nice and the staff is very helpful. Central London is easily reachable by metro and bus.

Hotel too far from downtown. The neighborhood is not the quietest. Avoid returning in the evening from 20:00.
The rooms are tastefully renovated but the soundproofing is poor.
You have to cross a road to go for breakfast and avoid the peak schedules, everyone ends up in a small room.

This Hotel sucks, no one speaks English and the service is very poor. The breakfast that is included is not an English as you would expect, it is continental. The breakfast has no hot food except toast. There is also the fact that the rooms with three beds are across a very busy man road, meaning you have to walk across the road to get breakfast or even get a key card. You also have to take all of your stuff across the road yourself. The key card never works and the housekeepers take out the card used for light and electricity. The beds don’t have a proper sheets though the dooner is quite nice. The majority of people here don’t speak English and speak other languages to each other when costumers are around. The water in the showers is lukewarm and the pressure is nonexistent. The walls are literally paper thin, with works going on that no one was notified about before coming. If we were told about the works we could definitely not have come here.

Ibis Styles London Leyton, a small 3-star hotel in north east London: Clean, with staff very friendly and helpful in giving information and solving any problems. Breakfast is plentiful and for all tastes, with wholemeal and non-baked bread, honey and jams, croissants and other sweets, espresso coffee that resembles Italian, milk, yogurt, fruit juices, fresh fruit and syrup, cheeses and cooked ham, all "ad libitum ". The only defect too peripheral and distant from the underground, the nearest stop is Walthamstow Central, terminus of the ' Victoria line ', a 20 minute walk from the hotel. Right next to the hotel there are two bus lines "Doubledeck" that lead to the center, or in five minutes to Walthamstow Central.

Very good, one hour from the center by bus or 45 min by Metro.

The only problem is that you can play in the front building and for breakfast you have to cross. The rest, nothing to criticize. Excellent cleanliness, atmosphere, quality of the facilities and very rich and varied breakfast.

Located far from the centre. With bus line 48 (50 mtr. ) in about 30 min. Direct to London Bridge. Room was clean. Bathroom also. Breakfast not plentiful. Almost no restaurants nearby.

It's okay. It's great they have parking for guests. It costs 8 pounds per 24 hours. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The room room cleaning is great. What I don't like is that the breakfast doesn't offer any eggs or meats. And the door to enter the building doesn't open of u put in the key card. You have to swipe the card 10-15 times before the door opens. It's great if you're on an budget. It's pretty affordable.

Nice hotel. Clean. Breakfast was awesome. They have an espresso machine which is great. Friendly staff.

Absolutely brilliant hotel to stay at! Couldn't have more helpful or friendly staff, the rooms are comfy and the decor is nice too, all you can eat breakfast is very good value for money and tasty too! Will definitely be staying here again!

The beds are too small. Unpleasant smell in the rooms. Breakfast was very basic and was all canned food.

Basic but clean. Noisy air-conditioning and the windows allowed all the street sounds in. Breakfast is summed up by the large bowl of tinned fruit cocktail and cling peaches — very 1960s. The price is the attractive part of the package. My room was bizarrely themed Harry Potter which neither added nor detracted. The bathroom was a wet room with a toilet suitable for a disabled person. Tea and coffee in the room was a definite plus. The hotel is on two sites which requires crossing a very busy road between the reception and the other building. It is still being worked on by contractors so a smell of solvent from paint or other materials. The building is very new. Reception is efficient.

Wouldn't even give it 1 star, staff are extremely rude and un helpful. The breakfast is poor and If you want a nice sleep I wouldn't stay here. Woke up by builders loud banging from 8am every time. House keepers will knock on your door from 9am and even if you answer they will let themselves into your room. If you leave anything here don't expect house keepers to hand it in. Do not recommend!

As always great bed good breakfast super staff.

Very small room just step from bed to behind the door. Blocked drain in shower and doesn't work fan in the bathroom. We had room without opening window. Room after shower was super wet. For one night only, absolutely don't recommended for long stay.

So far everything was good. Only it disturbed that the smoke detector was reported in the morning and the card, for the room, was disabled.

We got what we pay for. Booked in advance from Singapore and got a cheap deal. Some friendly staffs, breakfast would be better with more choices and good location.

Very pleased with the service. Reception staff are amazing, breakfast and housekeeping spot on and very attentive. All over very happy with our stay. Very good value for money not far from central London. Bus ride 55 minutes and underground 15-20 minutes. Lots of options for dinner and lunch in the area. Reception, breakfast, housekeeping staff are very helpful and amazing. Credit to the management for a wonderful and memorable stay. See you next time.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, our room was nice, but our friends' room was on the first floor and smelt of mold. When they asked to change it, the staff agreed. One star down for the worst Wi-Fi connection I had ever had in a hotel — always disonnecting and slowering the speed. Would I visit again? — Yes, I would.

Expensive parking, rooms are hermetically sealed and can be hot… ground floor lobby/dining area is the most bizarre rainbow colour scheme, average breakfast… but… in between the sheets have always had a great time can't complain, so it's a 5 stars with fond memories from me.

I think some of staffs are kind. But noisy and dirty (Especially bed) and room is very small. And I told them I wanna bath but No bath. Even I stayed for 16days. "Always babies cry" : (That's the worst thing. Very terrible. Breakfast is fine though.

Perfect for White hart Lane and very good transport Links to city centre by bus to London Bridge or tube via victoria Line or overground services. New decor in room we stayed in this time has improved the "tired" look from last time we stayed. Overall staff were very helpful and friendly and cheerful. Can not give five stars as surcharge for cooked breakfast! Only a £5 but when doing London on a Budget, every little helps. £64 for the night for 2 of us and a 4-1 Spurs win! Couldn't ask for more really! Will use again… regularly!

Really enjoyed stay there. Nice and clean I would only say that it would have been better if we had a mini fridge in the room.

I stay at this hotel 4 days. Is a very dirty to stay. Bad servicies. The supervisor Florica of housekeeping it not a friendly. She's not respect us and is stolen an iphone 5 than my room. Very bad persons.

The room was clean and tidy but the fact you have to pay to park £5 per day was not expected, and the communal areas like the landing and stairwells smelt horrific, like burnt oil of some kind, the gate to let you in the car park is so small that if you have a van you're better off not bothering, and the card entry system was temperamental.

Very good value for money. Very clean room a comfortable bed and a Good breakfast. Helpful caring staff. Would be happy to stay there again. Only negative comment I could make would be that the lift was out of order and we had to use the staircase (which I think they should renew the carpet as it was very dirty! )

You get what you pay for. Some repairs needed here and there but very nice service, suprisingly good breakfast. Wi-Fi is not as good as they advertise.

Not book! By far the worst Hotel I had to ever stay. Dirty, damaged, old and extremely poorly equipped. No. Go area.

We had travelled from North Yorkshire my mother in laws funeral and had booked a 2 night stay. I am a 71 year old disabled driver but you still have to pay £5.00 per day to park in the hotel. The room needed decorating and there was a strong musty damp smell from the bathroom. The curtains didn't cover the windows in the bedroom and let the light in from the main road outside. Of the 3 reading spot lights over the bed only one was working and there was scuff marks on all the walls. Don't be mislead by the breakfast included tag. A cooked breakfast was £5.00 extra. I was the only resident to order a cooked breakfast at that time. It took 28 minutes to cook and it was absolute crap. The other diners must have known something I didn't know. The bar was an absolute joke. For a price of almost £200.00 for our 2 night stay I expected much more than this. This was our first and last visit to an Ibis Styles hotel.

Very nice and colorful room with air-condition, every morning new tea bags and sugar on the table. We got breakfasts and they were pretty good, I only missed some sausages or eggs or something like this. I recomend.

This particular hotel fell below the usual standard of an IBIS hotel. Three electric sockets were faulty; either failing to hold the plug in place, unable to get the plug into the socket or varied in power supply given to the plug. I received an electric shock when plugging my phone charger in one socket. The glass panel on the edge of the bath leaked when in the shower so that a large puddle of water was on the floor when I stepped out. Had to use 2 towels to soak it up! There was actually no seal at all between the bath and the panel. On bathroom tap was loose and turned with the head when you rotated it. I reported all problems in the morning as I was concerned that the next customer would have the same issues and especially didn't want anyone to get hurt by the faulty sockets. Staff informed me that I should have reported the problem earlier so the could have moved me to another room. There was no mention of trying to fix the issues and no notes of the problems were made. So I would assume that they had no attention of fixing them as they didn't even take down my room number. I've stayed in a few low budget hotels before but this hotel was just not up to it. The reception and restaurant areas were nicely decorated (as long as you don't look up) but the rooms fell well below standard.

This place deserves not even one star. The furniture is damaged, the only light in the room is the ceiling light, and the only light switch is at the front door, the bathroom light flashes like a camera flash even when it is supposed to be switched off, and the bathroom smells like a dentist office. The hallway on the first floor smells as if something is rotting in a corner, and the hallway on ground level smells of mold.

Terrible stay. The room was freezing and didn't heat up all night as they had left the heating off until I walked in the room (mid November). Neither the telly or the bath worked. Worst of all it was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY I had booked the room as I had a very important meeting and wanted a silent nights sleep. Alas I was woken at 9am by very rude woman asking when I was leaving so she could clean the room. (The check out time is 12pm).
