I (had to) stay there for three nights during the week. The only positiv thing I can say about this so called hotel is the view from some appartments. But this only comes with a lot of disadvantages. For example the trains just next to the building are quite loud and woke me up early in the morning. There are no dimming curtains. So even if there would be no railway you get woken up by the sunlight early in the morning anyways. On top of that I got woken up twice during the night very unpleasantly by the fire alarm (false alarm) alledgedly because of low battery. No information or appologies from the staff. The bed has a poor quality (spring core mattress) and doesn't support a relaxing sleep. The bathroom is tiny. The appartment offers not at all a four star comfort. In my opinion it could be rated as a three star max. You would have to pay at least 30 pounds if you wish to get the room cleaned or new blankets for your bed during your stay and you have to pay for the storage of your luggage. I would definitely not go back there again.

Excellent Apartment. Very comfortable. Very clean. Excellent staffs. I arrive very late for my check in. Paula the receptionist, wait patiently and she was very polite. Easy acess to the car park. I felt safe there. There is a security guy walking up and down on the building. As I arrive very late, I saw him many times while I was looking for parking and taking my stuffs upstairs. I highly recommend it.

Convenient inexpensive apartment with parking. Very basic level of finish and furniture.

Stayed here 2 nights. Staff wonderful and so helpful. Only one downside, no air conditioning so had to have the windows open and the trains were right under our window. Not complaining though as we knew train tracks were near the apartments. Would we stay here again? Certainly would!

What terrible reviews… don't know what to do… the location for me would be great but…

Maltings Residence is a lovely place to stay, the staff are welcoming and the Apartments are spacious, well equipped and ideally located in London for the City and the Southbank.

Very good deal, the site is excellent to spend a few days and especially central. Don't miss the English breakfasts from the cafeteria next to the offices.

The two bedroom apartment is spacious. The equipment is fine but something is missing to be able to scrub the floor. That if you have all the basic appliances including dishwasher. Located in a neighborhood not very central but close to the subway and train. The displacement is about half an hour approx.

Mine was an apartment with single beds asked by me. It had television with built-in DVD player. The kitchen with convection gas. Washing. Combined oven. Fon. Bathroom with large niche shower with mini blue tiles. Nice. Clean. Sofa. Table. Chairs. All new inside.

You pay a 4 star hotel price when you really offer an apartment, without the services of a hotel. As a positive, you are delivered clean, modern, all new, comfortable, bright, well equipped (no broom but with iron, ironing board, hairdryer, dishwasher) and above all well located in a charming neighborhood.
