This hotel is really poor, dust everywhere on the table and tv, no air condition the room was hot all through the night. The room really small even tho it was double bed, the bed in the room was damaged I had to check out before the time of my stay.

A very basic hotel but the rooms are very clean, have a simple but clean bathroom and there is a 24 hour reception. And for London it is very reasonably priced.

Ok place to stay… Could do with a really good clean.

Perfect value for money. To remember by Raopport to London hotels more central but very I comfortable and expensive.

Decent Hotel but with a great price for London, the price does earn stars in the quality price ratio.

Clean comfortable budget hotel.

Feels overpriced for the quality. Some building down the road had live music and you can hear every word. Guests in the room next door having a conversation and you can hear every word. Bizarre use of the word "platform" rather than just using floors and normal signs. When I checked in I felt like I massively put the receptionist out by doing so. Not really a warm welcome. It's like showering in a caravan and you'd think the cleaners would notice the holes in the shower head are mostly blocked. Oh and the toilet roll smells like baby wipes. I thought the eurotraveller Premier was rubbish, but yeah it really is Premier in comparison to the express.

Not the best hotel but it was very quiet and there is everything so you would expect in the rooms.

The hotel is infested with mice. The staff is very nice but for nothing in the world I will be back in this hotel. I changed rooms 2 times and each time a mouse is brought in the horror.

You have to settle for what it offers, clean room and tidy.

Awful stay. Very basic hotel near Elephant & Castle and therefore without much around. Heavy smell of food at all times within the hotel and worst of all, found a mouse coming in and out of the room! The only thing the hotel offered was to change room, they said they would call pest control but when I checked the next day, they hadn't and it is most likely they never did. This hotel makes Premier Inn seem like luxury… Best to avoid.

Fans available in the room to compensate for the minimum heat (the room under the roof), which is appreciable. Which is much less than that : the staff of the hotel did not take into account our request for the intervention of a company of rodent : a mouse has made the go back in our room and we wanted to be sure that she would not return.

It is understood that a budget hotel will not have air-conditioned rooms. But with 31degC today (18 June 2017) it was absurd that they won't provide a working table fan in the room! I quit the room within 2 hours, & hope they buy some decent fans with my GBP185.

Can't fault a thing. Cheap and cheerful with everything you could need for a night or two stay. Beds were a little on the hard/small side but not enough to put me off staying again.

Hotel to flee! Very very disappointed with our stay there. An unbearable heat in the rooms and the air conditioning was not working. Very Bad soundproof! A lot of noise at night. Impossible for us to sleep (we were on the ground floor). My friend got hurt and the staff had no emergency kit, no booze or bandages! A pub just beside (so noisy) and vomit in front of the hotel door in the mornings…
Only positive side: Well connected by the buses and the Metro! But never again for us!

A good price for London, and we'll connected by transports (a bus stop at 20m from the hotel and the tube is at 10 min foot). The personal is very welcoming and the room comfortable. The negative point : the room is not always well done (empty pillowcase was on the desk when I came back to my room at the end of the day, the bin not always change even if it was full…), the bar was closed during the week… And the location of this hotel wich isn't so beautiful, and there is not so many bar or good restaurants in the area… But I think it will change in a few months (I saw a lot of buildings projects)

The hotel is located in Elephant & Castle. The area doesn't have a brilliant reputation, but it has improved a lot in recent years, and the Underground is only a 5min walk away from the hotel, making it quite convenient. That being said, it is a busy area. Our room was on the ground floor facing the street which meant quite a bit of noise, and the lack of blinds meant the curtains were closed the entire time we were there. The room was very small, but in reality that didn't matter much. It did get very hot at times with no air conditioning. It was clean and tidy, and the en-suite was fine. The loud karaoke until 1am in the hotel basement is what tipped this from "ok" to "disliked" for me. If you're staying one night this will do. For a longer trip look elsewhere.

Clean and cheap — decent value for London, booked via late rooms.

Nice room, easy to get to. Enjoyed it.

Small, basic but good value and great central location.

Never ever in my life I will go to this Hotel again. Even if is the last on the Earth.! Its very dirty and they arent respectful.

I stayed here four nights and returned each day to a spotless room. I found all the staff friendly and knowledgeable. My room was at the back and was quiet. Staying in a city will always have an element of noise. I left happy.

Only stay here if you plan to be out of the hotel a lot. Facilities were basic but adequate. TV was a good size. Bathroom was also a good size, but the shower was difficult to work and temperature varied a little. Couldn't seem to get it hot either. There was an empty mini fridge in the room which was really handy for keeping snacks in. Room was fine but I would have hated to stay any longer than a few days. Staff tended not to be friendly but weren't rude either. I would only stay there again if I had no other option. Currently I'm a student and can't afford a nicer hotel. Given the option, no I would not return.

The hotel is located opposite a police station with cars constantly going past with sirens. There is also a drummer who practices every day 8pm up until around 9:30pm. Also breakfast they charge £10 per day. The restaurant adjoined to the hotel does not open till 7 so for those people who have to be in work by then it really is a waste of money. More to the point what breakfast in the world costs £10. You would expect gourmet sausages and the finest free range chicken eggs. The rooms are spacious and have a fridge which isn't ever that cold. The beds are very comfy and bathrooms always clean. There is coat hangers provided for clothes and refreshments are replenished every day. The Wi-Fi is NOT FREE if you book through email. But if you book through the website you apparently get a free hour each day. The staff at reception are always present and are willing to help. If you can afford to travel a bit of a distance I would recommend Balham Travelodge. A bit further out but a better all round experience.

Super Cheap, Super Central and Super Friendly. I could mention the things that are wrong with this place. I could tell you how it could be improved. But, at £69 per night on a weekend, I really couldn't fault the place.
