I love this place, with its funky Mexican decor, 24/7 access to the chillout lounge with free tea and coffee, pristine bathrooms with gorgeous L'Occitane products, comfortable beds in the beautifully decorated rooms containing books, water and chocolate, friendly staff and art-gallery stairwells. It's perfectly located and great value for money. It's my home from home in London.

Lovely little hotel great staff really clean. Great prices.

2 night stay. First night very little sleep due to a rowdy party in the 1st floor bar until after 5am (after I phoned reception at 4am). I mentioned it again on checkout but only received a verbal apology. I paid for two nights sleep, not one.

Quirky place, with a Latin theme to it. Friendly staff and fairly cheap. I'd consider staying here again.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service is outstanding. I only stayed one night and the staff there went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience in London.

3 generations of our family were all happily accommodated within the 2 rooms we booked.
We stayed during a heatwave and our rooms were very hot, despite mobile air conditioning units being available in the room. This was my only criticism, otherwise I couldn’t fault this charming hotel.

Good value for monny. About 20 minutes by bus from Waterloo station. Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Adorable Hotel! I had a wonderful time at the Hotel! The staff were amazing and helpful, quite kind. The rooms are small but very clean and well designed. The property is right next to a Leisure Center which is a fitness center that you can work out in for a daily fee. Simply lovely place that I will return to again and again!

Lovely little hotel with flair at an affordable price. The location is not necessarily central however the bus stops almost outside the door. There is also a room where you can borrow DVDs.

Nice rooms self serve continental breakfast recommend if you want to stay south of the river.

Friendly staff, they give good advice on restaurants, take aways and hairdressers. My room was small but clean and practical. The bed was made and room cleaned daily, lovely fluffy towels and even a fan. The bonus was the breakfast which was included in the price as I booked direct with the hotel. There was such a large choice, pastries, boiled eggs, toast, cereal, yoghurt, meat, cheese, fruit, tea, coffee and juice. … I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a small hotel in Camberwell, well placed for Kings College Hospital and reasonably priced.

We keep coming back, there is no cosmopolitan hotel in London.

What a nice and interesting hotel. The Mexican theme is great. The room was nice and the lounge was great. The DVD collection is one of the best I've ever seen.

Fabulous breakfast — quality organic /natural food. Beautiful ensuite — decorative tiles etc. Room very small and high with no natural light and bed very soft but I was only there one night so not so bad. Breakfast redeemed it!

Great room, fun design, good location right in Camberwell. Rather unfriendly staff at times, you have to wait to be let in which took about 10 mins once.

Beautiful building and room, with very friendly and welcoming staff. Dining area, and bar lounge were beautiful, comfortable rooms and they offer an extensive DVD collection for use! Breakfast was perfect, and far more affordable than expected. Thank you for a lovely weekend!

Very nice. Good price but, from the stated things and those really available C is of the difference. But all in all good.

Beautiful Mexican style designed small hotel. Lovely stuff and great continental breakfast.

Very clean room metro away but perfect the bus the 12 and the 176 24 h leaves you to the side. A little secluded but it is that London is so great that everything is far.

Pretty cool theme running through the hotel. Nice bar and breakfast area. Bed was very comfortable. Slightly odd style of management but can't complain on the price and location.

Quirky decor, pleasant room, free tea & coffee (but none in the room) honesty bar is a little overpriced but the continental breakfast is fresh & tasty.

We just celebrated our marriage at this amazing hotel. Our reception was held in the restaurant so our guests were treated to fantastic food and top notch service from the staff. Then we moved to the bar for cocktails and cake. Again, the staff made us feel so welcome and looked after. Lots of us stayed in the beautiful rooms as well. Thank you so much to all the staff who made us feel so welcome! Loved every minute of it.

I've had a wonderful stay here. Loved the styling and theme of the hotel. Accommodated my vegan diet, the staff were super friendly. I spent the whole day chilling (with a bit of working on the laptop) in the bar. Nice tunes playing. Highly recommend. You don't feel like you are in London! Would definitely come again. A great place to stay if you have loved ones at King's College Hospital.

Amazing place, staff friendly, room I stayed in was beautiful mexican green, loved the paintings on the wall. Very evocative, playful, yet warm and homely. Loved the honesty bar idea and fab restaurant attached.

Cosy, warm latin hotel, beautiful rooms with nice touches, free chocies and hot sauce, great free dvds, cool chill out lounge for drinks, and amazing Spanish restaurant. Oooh and if you have a bit of time you got check out the basement bar. Amazing.

Found the hotel to be lovely and very 'fun'. The decor is individual and exciting, without being tacky. As noted several times the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had room 12 which was small but perfect, cool nick nacks, lovely view of the London Eye out the window and a tiny but powerful shower. Whilst the hotel is not near a tube station it is very well served by buses (we caught one to London Bridge/Borough Market, took around 20 mins, to Kings Cross is about 30mins). I loved the freebie toiletries and chocolate. The little tub of hot sauce is out of this world delicious, eat with caution though. There are some very nice bars and pubs nearby too.
