Clean but basic and old man.

Very small room, no air conditioning so we ended up sleeping on top of the covers of the very hard bed as is was so hot, the plastic shower/toilet unit was broken and the ventilation fan was noisy as the bearings were shot. Got an email the day before asking to bring cash as the card machine was broken. Looks like it may have been broken months so I wouldn't be surprised if a scam was on the go there and I will be keeping an eye on my card statements! You have to pay £5 extra to leave the car out the front and there was no breakfast. Not a very well spent £65 and it's not surprising I got a room booked 1 week before a major sold out event at the Olympic stadium. It's location is the only thing it's got going for it… serious update needed!

What can I say about this place it's a dive we booked for 2 people only to get a small ass room with a double and 2 singles in a window that wouldn't stay open when I questioned them on it they gave me a can off ouch spray to wedge it open the shower was freezing water was running out off the base making the bathroom a hazard, looked like there was shit marks over the walls in there the fridge was broke more like a cooker for the beer The seeing a sign saying they have lots off microwave meals for sale like wtf this cost us £80 for the night we went for guns n roses what a gig but the hotel/brothel was a waste off money won't be bk.

Nice comfortable and good price.

It wasn't a nice sleep the mattress was hard the chair and was all ripped and the Cubard was falling to peices the shower was dirty and the noice levels was high if I had sleep the past 3 nights at home I wouldn't of stayed there at all.

Noisy at night and quite grotty. Room smelled of drains if I forgot to close the bathroom door before going out all day.

Without any shadow of a doubt, this is the single worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in anywhere in the world. The extension, in which my room was located, creeks so badly that it gave me cause to question the soundness of the structure and whether the extension was actually built legally at all. There was noise all through the night, a lot of damage to parts of the room that had either been very poorly fixed or not fixed at all and walls thinner than paper. I can sincerely say that I have stayed in hostels in developing countries that have been of a higher standard than this hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Good clean place to stay if you need somewhere to lay your head for a night or two.

Where to start about this place! I suppose to start I would like to advice anybody who is considering staying here not to, I don't usually make complaints but I feel like I must warn anybody who is thinking about or has already booked to stay here NOT TO! This so called "hotel" is a rip off and a complete DUMP. I can only assume it use to be either a very horrible Hostel shelter or an ex brothel, theres crooked stairs and bendy shady looking corridors that seem to never end. Me, my girlfriend, my dad and brother booked up June 4th for the weekend both with "double" rooms. The room me an my girlfriend stayed it was disgusting, the carpet was like a jigsaw puzzle that had been glued together with horrible stains all over the floor, the bottom of the bed had stains all over it and there was crumbs all over the bed and sheets. There was a horrible plastic chair in the corner which look like it had been thrown out of Durham prison because it was broken! The "bathroom" was like a tiny cupboard you could go to the toilet and have a shower at the same time! The shower head was broken and so was the shower curtain rail, cold water came from the hot tap and vice versa! There was no soap or any hygiene product what so ever. As for my brother and dads room, they had the privilege of what was suppose to be a fridge which was black and moldy on the inside an you don't wanna know what was in the ice cube tray!

Value for money compared to other hotels close to good, basic requirements, staff.

There are some Eastern Europeans living in the ground floor that keep being abusive and make a lot of noise throughout the night, such as banging doors, screaming, having guests coming in and out, and other nasty things I can't say publicly. We asked information about this, but the topic suddenly changed. Please avoid this place, and if you have no choice ask to be as far as possible from the ground floor.

Terrible place. I have no words tell how awfull two weeks we have. After some day I notice that it was so many "girls" IN hotel. They speek very very loud in phones at back yards. And we have to put windows open becouse it was about 30 decrees warm in london thattime. Week ago. And these spaking wasn't guite apnormal spaking… they selling … hmmm. Something… at the nigts rally starting really… doors open and closing very loud and all times… lonely mens running in and out all the times… it was awfull! I couln't sleep well and normal any night! And one nigt one customer gnoced our door. Time was halfpast two at night! In other way I liked this hotels situation and there was quite clean and workers about hotel was nice. Girls I don't knnow… I think that was wrong to place ordinary travellers I same hotel with that kind bisnes!

After my recent visit to London I had the joy of checking into the Travel Inn on the Romford road. I have stayed in some right places but the Travel Inn was so bad the rats had moved on. The beds were in bits pieces of wood used to stop you falling through. Mattress smelled of urine. Open sockets above the bed. Wooden floors had gaps in the middle of the room. Bathroom was closure to an out house found in the Australian outback at the turn of the century actually the were nicer outouthouses. If you want to have a short stay in London stay here because we found the staff customers and place so welcoming we walked out after ten minutes and slept in the van. Had a wonderful nights sleep.

The Hotel very nice, comfortable, staffs very polite, gentle and friendly, The cleaners are excellent in cleaning, the rooms are very clean. Everything is perfect. Travel inn my favourite.

Horrible do not stay here! Bitten by bedbugs on my second night. Moved the bed and found dead ones underneath mattress yuk
When I arrived staff where very dude and asked me to pay for the room which had already been paid for online and refused to let me in.
Finally got in room and radiator was turned up full blast and couldn't turn it off as the control had been removed, loud banging noises all night got very little sleep amused myself by watching the prostitutes (who stay at the hotel) try to pick up passing guys in the car park from the window that doesn't shut, which was a bonus as it cooled the room down.
Power went of and no telly for half an hour with no explanation but wouldn't want to use them to make a coffee as it was too dangerous
Consoled my self by trying to have a shower in the dirty bathroom with the trickle of water that came out of the shower head then scratched the bites on my toes and ankles whilst trying to figure out what the stains where on the walls room cost £45

This place is for noisy people. Seems to have some permanent residents. They make noise throughout the night, running about and stomping. If you sleep directly in rooms below theirs, you cannot sleep as they appear to sleep during the day and make noise for other visitors at night. When I requested the night attendant to switch me to another room, he reluctantly did so after 1:00 am after I protested bitterly. He said he could not tell the residents to be silent. I still complained in the morning and the night reception together with the incoming day reception, in unison told me to look for another hotel if I did not want noise. One said he had spent nights at Ibis and Hilton and were as noisy as their Hotel — (I guess it is 2 — star or 1 — star hotel).
