Excellent hotel! Value for money excellent, near the Tube, quiet, clean, modern, etc. I would definitely go back!

Had a lovely afternoon — gorgeous food and plenty of it for the afternoon tea. Not rushed at all and brilliant attentive service. We will be back.

Stayed a night in the hotel. Very professional and courteous staff. Excellent accomodation, nice bathrooms and meticulously maintained. In all a very nice experience. Food including breakfast was available as was free Wi-Fi and a good entertainment system.

I stayed at the Westbridge during the hottest day of the July 2018 heatwave and it was the best money I have ever spent. The staff was amazing, helping me with an early check in and were always on hand to answer my questions — ever helpful. The rooms were of fantastic standards, very comfortable beds, great sheets, everything smelled and looked spotless clean — a wonderful stay. The breakfast was good and there was a lovely business lounge which guests could use beyond checkout for work and reading. Thank you Westbridge for being such great hosts. I would recommend above and beyond the bigger chain and brand names in the same area.

Everything (facility and people) was absolutely on point! Very good value for money.

One of the best hotel experiences I ever had. The rooms are luxurious, washroom is spotlessly clean, and the staffs provide excellent service. The food is also amazing. Moreover there is a handy mobile device for every room with free national and international calls* along with preloaded apps and data which you can carry along as a companion, during your stay. In short, its a 4 star hotel with a 5 star experience.

Great hotel room very clean and modern, Super bedding for 4 nights spent at the hotel! Very clean and modern bathroom. Cleaning women don't touch your business.
The breakfast is extra and at will if we have to return to London we will return to the Westbridge!

Excellent hotel and attention. Not very spacious room though OK for me (modern and full). Very friendly all your staff, always willing to help. Full breakfast. It has an internal patio with tables and chairs (we take advantage of it for dinner with food bought outside). Quiet and safe area to walk to the subway station (5 min).

Good hotel! Rooms a cosy and tidy. Easy to find, close to Subway and other transport. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast included. The very best option — they provide you a cell phone with 4G enabled — so you can use maps and so on, to navigate in the City. Very good experience, staying there.

We had No heating but they knew how to solve it. Good care.

Staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The room was very modern with good tech. However the TV was very low quality and the feel of the room didn't portray 4* quality.

Food was incredible, ordered the duck. The dessert was one of the best ever. Really high standard. We were pleasantly surprised when the dessert arrived and it was a trio. Halal and very friendly staff.

Amazing hotel, staff is very nice and helpful, room is great. Best feature would be a smartphone with free data and calls for your personal use. As a tourist with no data this came in very helpful with finding attractions around me when I don't have Wi-Fi to use. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Although the hotel is located on a busy main road, it was a peaceful haven inside. Our room was very tastefully decorated and relaxing, it was a small standard room but very clean in all respects and comfortable. This old building has been carefully modernised whilst maintaining its history & age. We had a delicious afternoon tea and relaxed in the stunningly beautiful lounge upstairs, choosing some books from the large selection in the lovely wooden bookcase. I felt the staff were extremely polite and very helpful. Its a few minutes walk from Stratford international and Westfield, but not too far. I will definitely be returning.

I really love this place. It's quiet, clean and comfortable with good, tasty food and pleasant service. The menu doesn't change very often, but it's good for what they have. There are a few vegetarian meals. Great desserts! No alcohol served by BYOB and they have a garden open at times. It's a bit of a gem! Ring in advance if you have a tastecard.

Had a lovely 1 night stay with my 18 yr old daughter to shop until we dropped at the nearby shopping centre Room fab, TV fab, staff fab and food fab Only niggle was we couldn't have a bottle of wine with our evening meal but my fault for not reading the small print Why no alcohol though?

The room is a tad small, but it is cute and clean for the most part. Really nice non-pork dinner and breakfast options. The location is great to Stratford and all of it's travel and eating options.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, I travel a lot for work so stay in a lot of different hotels and this is one of the best I have stayed in, this hotel is very close to Stratford station literally around the corner, The staff are very welcoming and are happy to help you with any questions you may have, I had a twin room which was lovely, the TV screen had my name on it to welcome me, we had a mobile phone in the room that you can take around London with you for free that also includes free international calls which is perfect for anyone who is travelling from abroad. The breakfast it's lovely, you have a choice of cooked or continental or both with a good range of cereal, meats, cheese, fruits and pastries. The evening meal was devine, I have to admit I'm quite fussy when it comes to steak but I wasn't disappointed at all it was cooked to perfection, The restaurant also caters for halal and vegetarian, the restaurant staff again were very friendly, the mocktails had a little to much syrup for me but that's the only thing I can fault on the whole hotel.

We stayed here for 1 night as we was going to see a show as it was our 10th wedding anniversary. Easy drive into centre of London as was worried about going on the tube. Lovely clean hotel. The room was great very clean and spacious everything you needed even robes and slippers. Bed was very comfy best night sleep in ages. Was nice to go out onto the balcony from bedroom. Very helpful friendly staff. Breakfast was really nice very surprised at how tasty the sausages were. Would defently stay here again. Everything was perfect thankyou.

Last minute booking at such a great rate. But most of all a gorgeous hotel, definitely will be coming back again. Lovely spacious room, great service from the staff, lovely facilities and the outdoor lounge area is just perfect for the day and for relaxing in the evening too. Enjoyed my stay so much so thanks Westbridge staff :D.

One of my favourite hotels in London. Very well equipped rooms. Easily ranks above your Hampton's, Doubletree's, Marriott's, etc. Excellent service. Unless you go 5* you can't really beat. Although beuffet breakfast is also best I've had, restaurant set menu is a little basic but only negative.

Excellent stay during our trip to London. Room was very cozy and the bed was comfortable. The staff was polite, prompt, and helpful, everything you could want in hotel staff. The breakfast was very good too! I'd definitely stay again.

Good place to stay if you are attending an event in the Olympic Stadium. Rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly.

Well connected to public transport. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful hotel staff. Good shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The standard double room is slightly small but very appealing eingerichtetl with kettle and a great selection of coffee, tea and cocoa. I can only recommend this hotel!

This is my regular hotel, because this place is great, and the staff is also very friendly. Hotel location good, traffic convenient. Look forward to the next stay.

We, in the bathroom, a lamp has been broken. Five nights, no one come to fix it. Gym, no people cleaning it. Once the towel was lying on the ground for several days. Breakfast was also good, but every day. There is nothing to change.

Stayed 2 nights at the Westbridge Hotel in Stratford. The rooms where nice and good quality, nice staff and was looking forward to the English Breakfast. But then I found out. Breakfast was based on Halal meat and the Hotel follows muslim principals and there are no drinks with alcohol served at this hotel. When staying in London I want English cultur, so I will never be going back to this hotel. Even if the staff was nice. Sorry.

We had 3 nights in the "the West Bridge Hotel" around were in Stratford and we satisfied. The rooms are very well furnished large TV, Internet, hair dryer, iron, kettle, tea, coffee, cocoa and mineral water with it and just as free as a whole battery of toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, etc. In the bathroom. I agree, the rooms are not huge and the shower door does not close properly, but thats not really a problem. The breakfast buffet is also good to very good, I personally would have liked a larger selection of cheese.
The hotel is modern, clean and well-maintained and what the best I liked was actually the super friendly and really helpful staff.
I recommend the the Westbridge hotel really like because I think it is a very good price/performance ratio, and especially because there very nice, friendly people work.

The room is nicely furnished, bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom very clean and beautiful.
Tea, chocolate, coffee and cookies await your arrival.
The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes walk from a large station of underground and overground, a large shopping center (with Burger King for the nostalgic french).
The only downside, the hotel is in an old building, it is noisy and the slamming doors of the other rooms resonate.

We stayed at the Westbridge Hotel for one night last weekend as a base for a spot of sight seeing. The hotel is a dream, very stylish and spotlessly clean and the standard of service unbeatable, The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were bowled over by the wow factor that we felt, from the modern contemporary style of the whole hotel, to the small finishing touches that absolutely make your stay; complimentary newspapers, hairdryer and electronic scales in the bathroom, and even the offer of an umbrella to use in the rain! We had a very comfortable night's sleep followed by a very tasty breakfast where you could help yourself to either continental or full English. We will definitely go back for another visit and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Absolutely to recommend. Very helpful and friendly staff. The rooms are quite small but comfortable and clean. Mirrors are on hand to ensure that you are not cramped occurs.
The public links and the shopping centre nearby is also very good.
Not so good the area liked us at night. Not really dangerous, but is sometimes a queasy feeling at the corner of one or the other.
Nevertheless, the hotel is an absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to find a comfortable but cheap.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge, by the way. There is still an LCD TV allows you to surf the Internet in the room.
Bay's, you will not regret it.

Close to Westfield shopping centre and Stratford undergropund, this has a great location. It's easy to get into town and this hotel often isn't too expensive, although it depends when you book. The rooms are comfortable, with Rituals toiletries a nice touch, and the superior rooms are worth paying the extra for. Last time I had a wonderful corner room with a balcony area — rather special for East London. Breakfasts are a bit odd though — the bacon seemed to be fried sliced packet ham.

Very comfortable stay. The standard rooms are very small but very well furnished with modern items. Plug sockets near the beds. Nice big TV. Room control (AC, Lights) via the TV and remote is a nice modern addition. Bathroom is very modern but very small. Very pleased that it actually has an extractor fan. Something of a rarity in a lot of hotels which can be a problem if you go in to the bathroom after someone has done a poo. There's a big shower head. The door to the shower was very irritating. Leaked so much water and occasionally got stuck and you had to really put some force in to pulling or pushing it open with fear of breaking the glass or door brackets. NIce selection of channels. I think it's freeview. Movies are available to order for £3 and they had some modern selections like Iron Man 3. I was very impressed with the food. The breakfast is standard stuff, but very nice. Their orange nectar juice is SOOOOO NICE. For lunch I had an omelette and it was honestly one of the best omelettes I've ever had. Note that no alcohol is served on the premises, neither is pork. I believe this is a fully halal hotel. You are allowed to bring in your own alcohol if you wish. The staff are very friendly and professional. Don't forget to check out the coffee lounge room. It is a beautiful room with one of the biggest TV screens I've ever seen. Perhaps 70 or 80 inches in size. They also serve some food and drinks here. Very close to the Stratford High Street DLR station.

During my stay from 19th. To 24th. May 2013, with my colleagues, I enjoyed all the way. The room (Room # 303) I stayed in was cozy and comfortable. It used to be cleaned on daily basis. Toilet supplies were replenished regularly. Tea/Coffee/Cookies in the room were on the house and replenished daily. Reception staff was courteous enough and massaging service "While you were away" was prompt. Buffet Breakfast was excellent with quality and quantity, good value for money. Stratford Tube Station was nearby and the London Bus was available just outside hotel main entrance.

Nice little hotel, small but very comfortable, dinner downstairs, no Location Services, for bringing us to the second floor reading room. Cozy ambience, very pleasant.
