The staff were very rude the man who took us to our room was not very dressed smart just in everyday casual clothes and don't fit in with all the other workers. We asked for a twin bed room and they fail to provide us with so. One pillow that squeaked all night was very uncomfortable. Toilet was like a box, a small box the only good thing would be that there is a McDonalds across the road.

The hotel is the worst I have ever been. The door didn't worked. The people from the reception have a really bad behavior. In one of our rooms we had a visitor called mouse which eat food we had. The only good thing I could say is that the girls from the breakfast were nice. I didn't recommend it at all.

The guy at the reception desk is so rude, I think it is an ethnic problem! You would get better service from a nursery full of babies! I am really upset that I booked this place, sleeping in a dustbin would off been better!

Nice hotel room for the price but the lady at the breakfast/kitchen is the most ugly and horrible person ever. I'm guessing she's underpaid. I also think she has little knowledge of English because the question I asked her did not require her to shout at me. The staff needs to be trained to provide excellent service.

The building needs to be brought up to code, on my first night my bedroom sprang three leaks in the ceiling one coming through the light which can't be doing the electrics any good. Our bathroom and bedroom had a mouldy smell about it and mould could be seen around the ceiling and and parts of the shower. The beds could of been comfier but I've slept in worse. But on the plus side the staff were helpful and the food wasn't bad, although I thought that the barman working in their when I went down for a drink let the team down a bit due to his no so welcoming attitude.

Very Bad service from the receptionist! Unbelievable the room was good food was good but service is bad. Will not recommend others. Night shift manager / receptionist was very very bad, as we have are uneducated. The words from his mouth "Don't you understand english", "your family is an idiot" when I asked his name he refused and walked off. This is what we got.

Ridiculous service not even star worthy. Receptionist's behaviour disgusting! We were not aware of the £10 key deposit and he spoke like we commited a crime. We were given a room the was outside the main hotel building which was a nic with a bed. A Double room with tea facilities yet Only one cup and no spoon. They get a grand 10/10 for disguting cherokee service and rysie Łąck in taking care of their customers. Will not be visiting here again. The assisstant on the other hand was quite understanding.

After a long car journey, I needed a place to stay unexpectedly at 2am. After driving around all the usual hotel's and travel lodges (and getting nowhere unless you want to spend £150 for a night). I found this place. The only charged me £55 even though the advertised rate was £70. Our room was right at the back of the hotel. It was fresh and clean (photos uploaded). I got a good nights sleep and had a nice breakfast in the morning. There was also Free Parking which is a brilliant for that part of the road. They helped me out when I needed somewhere to seep. The man on the front desk was very helpful. Would stay again.
