Rubbish guest service of the night manager!

Brilliant staff, excellent breakfast choice, great location. Superb hospitality.

Great location for the ExCel centre.

Absolutely disappointed with the Hilton docklands. We had stained sheets which looks like poo. I complained and was offered a soft drink. I’ve emailed and was told nothing else they can do.

What a joke the soap dispenser fell in my foot I booked via booking. Com and ended up seeking medical advice I didn’t stay that night and they ‘the Hamptons’ told booking that they do not want to issue me a refund! What a joke. Disgusting customer service! The staff are good the hotel manager is an absolute disgrace.

Nice hotel, good breakfast.

Spent 5 nights here end of August and it was absolutely perfect. Breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from! The rooms are so comfy & quiet and the staff are simply amazing! Special mention to Marta, she’s always on hand when needed!
If you want a nice, friendly, extraordinarily clean & warm hotel, then look no further!
I’ll not stay anywhere else now when visiting London!

I was here for 12 Days (due to my flat being renovated). Service was Exceptional. Staff were very Polite and Helpful. A 3* Hotel with a 5* Customer Service… you couldn't ask for anything more ❤️ The only negative I can think of at current is the lack of Vegetarian Breakfast options, but that could be because of Covid. But nevertheless, I'm not gonna let that dampen my mood for the rest of my accommodation here. Loved my stay here.

Helpful staff and nice rooms.

Very nice rooms and bathrooms. Good food. IPA beer was disappointing however and the Wi-Fi thought I was in the US which made watching iPlayer a slight challenge.

Initial impression is that it’s a very pleasing hotel with great staff.

All staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean.
Had a pizza for a quick snack, very tasty hot and served within 10mins. Breakfast was a delight, everything hot, fresh and tasty.
Definitely stay again.

Stayed Saturday night. £15 to park the car. Reception staff were lovely, explained everything. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Tea coffee, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body moisturiser towels all provided.
Had dinner in the bar, simple basic menu. Food was well presented and hot. Breakfast wow what a choice and excellent. Only down side was the 1 coffee machine. Other than that for £98 it was fantastic value for money.

Perfect hotel for the price. All staff were lovely and accommodating. Can’t wait to stay here again, especially for the breakfast which was so nice! Had a pizza the night before as well because felt a bit peckish and it tasted lovely! Can’t wait to come back.

Good location, decent size room modern and clean. Negatives shower drain blocked nearly flooded the room. Got hit with a big parking bill on check out (thought you would've got parking included in with the price of the room. Apparently not). And the biggest let down was the food, awful. Had to wait every time I ordered nearly 1 hour, every time they said it Would be about 20 minutes. When it arrived it looked like it had come out of the microwave like a ready meal, for the price of the food its truly shocking and so is the buffet breakfast.
