Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone after the food poisoning outbreak we experienced on our wedding day over 4 years ago, for which the legal proceedings have only just concluded.

The most beautiful little hotel, personal friendly amazing helpful staff. They could not of done more for us. The rooms are stunning & the grounds are beautiful The cutest little bar. Food was unreal 🥰 Thank you ❤️ Best wedding wkd ever 💍👰🏽‍♀️❤️💒

As a professional singer, I really appreciate the staff and service when I work at a venue. Every member of staff were amazing and they delivered first rate service and food to their guests. Lovely gardens beautiful place for a wedding.

We had our wedding back in December 2020. We only have just got our photos. So now I can review. I was so happy with the service we had at the manor. We had our wedding cancelled over and over by 2 different venues but luckily the amazing staff at the manor got us married! The food was amazing! The staff where amazing abiding by all the rules set out by the government in tier 2! I can’t thank you all enough for making mine and my husbands day amazing 15 people was enough you made the room amazing. Everyone if you want to get married get married here!

What an absolute find and real gem this hotel is! We were bowled over as soon as we walked in. The staff could not do enough for you! The food was amazing and the Deluxe Suite was a haven! We cannot recommend staying here highly enough! We can’t wait to go back!

You can always judge a hotel by their choice of tea, The Manor has topped it with Yorkshire tea. You can't get much better than that.

Valentine meal was amazing. The dining room was lovely and cosy and had a really good feel to it. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. A big shout out to Samantha who helped me book over the phone. This hotel is very special to me and my husband, our first proper date we had here, almost 24 years ago. Looking forward to our next visit.

I hosted my husbands 50th birthday lunch here, and was absolutely delighted. The staff were polite and attentive. The food was delicious, as was the wine. The lounge was laid out perfectly for our party of 12 and gave us the privacy we wanted.

Had an absolutely fabulous stay — (was for business) — hotel is charming, room was beautiful, food cooked to perfection & staff so warm, friendly & helpful — couldn’t have asked for anymore. The hotel had an electric problem whilst I was there (no fault of theirs) & they still managed to provide guests with a lovely breakfast. I will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful time celebrating good friends 25th wedding anniversary in the same room as it was 25years ago for their wedding reception. The food was lovely and plenty of it. Lovely evening had by all.

Outdoor TIKI Bar with barbecue, cocktail bar etc), the staff, the food, improved coffee, decor, House Keeping by Integrity Cleaning Ltd is fantastic!, wedding events, christening, balls, even the cutlery and plates…, Q. Should you visit? Yes Q. When? ASAP.

Travelled up from South Wales to attend a family funeral. We were given an early check in with no problems whatsoever, we were in our room by 10.40am so had plenty of time to freshen up for the 12.30am funeral. We had the dog friendly room N012. The room was basic and could do with touching up (which they are in the middle of doing) but was absolutely fine. The grounds surrounding the hotel are beautiful, plenty of room to walk our Border Collie. We had an evening meal which was delicious and also the Breakfast was amazing too. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We will definitely book The Manor again.

I cannot rate this establishment highly enough. Customer service beyond comparison. Beautiful decor and surroundings. Especial thanks to our host, Jermaine, for his ceaseless attentiveness and care. We will be sure to visit again.

One of the best afternoon teas experienced — great waiter and service. Food was delicious and atmosphere was great. Thank you to all at The Bickley Manor for making a Mother’s Day memorable and special.

Had the Sunday Lunch menu and the food was FANTASTIC! The venue was beautiful, and the service we received from Louie, was excellent. Generous portions, and loads of quality food. The White chocolate and Raspberry cheesecake was the best I have ever tasted! Compliments to the chef, and staff!

Nice old world hotel with relaxed environment. Has everything you need, set in glorious grounds. Keep an eye out for the Parakeets, a rare find in London. Great relaxed base for exploring. Don't go if your preference is new & shiny, but if steeped in history attracts you, you'll love it.

We had our Xmas party there. Food was very nice and staff are very helpful and polite. Can’t fault that side of things. The rooms (hotel rooms) are very basic. None of the bathrooms that we saw had heating in it. Room 12 had two outside walls and was as cold as the arctic. The TV on the wall was smaller than my iPad! We swapped to another room and this was warmer. There is so little water pressure that when we had a shower, it just dripped out and it took my wife an age to wash out the shampoo from her hair. There is no full length mirror in the room, so for the ladies it is an annoyance. I would say it’s a very nice venue for daytime and drinks in the evening, but the hotel rooms need a big revamp.

Went with friends for a Tiki barbecue… such good value for freshly cooked food with a great choice… the gardens are beautiful and we spent a relaxing afternoon enjoying the sunshine… the hosts and staff are friendly and helpful… am booking the afternoon tea for my next visit to this hidden gem!
