Not very clean, bed was extremely soft. Room had bare essentials only. Breakfast felt like an intrusion into someone's family life. Not a hotel, it's a guest house at best.

Small friendly guesthouse within walking distance to Beckenham town centre. Comfortable room, although bed a little too soft for my personal liking. Would return again.

Grubby, overpriced. Won't stay there again. Asked check-in person for breakfast time and he grumbled rudely "it's written in the wall! " No remote for the tiny tv, dirty carpets. Bedding so bad I went to Tesco a purchased a pillow. Paid £79 and it was worth half that. Stay else where.

A bit grubby. Lovely garden though and in a nice area. Bedding all creased. Breakfast not included. Room a bit dingy.

Reasonable but not outstanding. Good breakfast — some confusion over rooms but sorted out in the end.

Large comfortable room, lovely garden, easy parking, quit road. Would come again.

Quick sign in and convenient location. The room was clean but far too hot (a desk fan would have been a god send! ). Worst of all though, the room had a green lit fire exit sign which stayed on all night. Hardly conducive to good sleep!

The Goodwood Hotel was located very close to Beckenham Junction station but in a quiet residential street. The hotel was of a basic standard, but was clean and tidy. Breakfast is included and is either a cooked breakfast or cereal and toast. There was a damp smell in one of the rooms due to dirty drains or water leak which needs fixing as the smell was very strong. The other room was fine though. Both en-suites had a step up into them, so if disabled I would call ahead to check if there are too. S with level flooring to all areas. The entrance to the front door also had steps.

Clean family style BB. Staff are friendly E. European young females. One is part owner. Mixed types of guests. We saw working away builders waiting for their breakfast at 07:00. (correct time 07:30). The room is bright and clean, self service tea coffee adequately set in small tray. Hot and cold water adequate. Bed comfortable clean towels daily. Traditional English breakfast good quality and ad lib tea and coffee. Worth the money. 5 minutes from Beckenham junction station.

Really bad place. Beds had fleas, so I was bit, and breakfast was restricted. Please look for another place.

He estado 5 noches en este hotel. PESIMO Y LAMENTABLE
La habitación tenía PULGAS (si fleas). La primera noche me picaron horror y luego de pedir explicaciones me cambiaron de habitación, que tenía menos pulgas en la cama, pero también había.
Muy amables me devolvieron dos noches del prepago efectuado pero aún sigo sufriendo la picazón de las picaduras, mas los gastos médicos y de farmacia.
Esto no es un cuatro estrellas se pongan como se pongan, mas bien una pésima posilga
Los que vayais, al entrar a la habitación, mi recomendación es que abran la cama y la rocies con alcohol or perfume y SOLO si no salen los terribles insectos negros, podeis quedaros sino HUID, porque gran parte de la culpa es la lamentable limpieza de las habitaciones.
I spent 5 nights at this hotel. AWFUL AND SHABBY
The room had FLEA (YES fleas). The first night I was horribly bitten. Then I was changed to another room, the new room which had fewer fleas in the bed, but there was.
Very friendly I had been returned two nights of the prepayment made, but I'm still suffering from the itchy bites, but the medical and pharmacy costs.

No too bad for the price (less than premier inns) but the coffee could be better and the hoovering skills of the staff need improving. The view was nice and the area quiet and good public transport. This hotel needs a bit of love though not necessarily extra cash.

Close to station, a good wholesome English breakfast, reasonably priced, comfortable rooms, excellent value.

Heating in our room was not working on a cold october day. Phoned the manager who was not on the premises, he promised to rectify by the timen we got back from our evening out. Room was still stone cold when we returned (about 5 hours later). Still the same in the morning. Manager didn't even mention, never mind apologise for the lack of suitable heating or explain what the problem was. We were just keen to get out asap. The hotel is clearly run on a very tight budget, all the landing lights are on sensors and switch off every few minutes. Take toiletries with you as the soap on offer is pretty nasty.
