Just spent the night in the hotel and it was great. So reasonably priced compared to other hotels in that location.
Westland hotel has its great advantage of being in good location and very friendly services (I will give these two a five-star). The staffs are always helpful and respond to customers in a timely manner. However, there are a few things I really do not miss- 1. The room was not clean. We found trash under the bed, fungi between the tiles and shower curtain, and heavy dust on the curtains and bed covers. We even found stain on the bed cover that makes us believe that the cover was never washed. 2. The staffs in breakfast room was very nice but occasionally sneezed on the utensils while setting up the table. Most of the above still existed even after we talked to the front desk. While it might be ok for the majority of people, I would less likely to recommend this place for families traveling with small children.
