Rooms are very tiny, but clean, Earl's Court underground station is within 5 minutes walk; a towel rack in te bathroom would be a good idea.

On a recorded line with American Express Travel, the owner Mohammad refused to refund money even though hotel is torn up and in severe disrepair. See other reviews. Yelled at me for five minutes, called me an ignorant woman, threatened me, refused a refund after American Expressed asked him twice on two separate calls. Because of recorded threats, hotel now under investigation by American Express. I am filing charges with the MET as well. The review comes down after owner apologizes and refunds money.

Great for both business travels and holidays, great location. Close to the tube station and cafes.

This Hotel is amazing! Have a elevator, have a excelent temperature and stay in amazing location!

Very disappointing. On booking It was relatively well rated.
Especially the cleanliness was praised!
With us the curtains on the working day were already full of mildew due to the condensation on the disc!
The bathroom was also very much left to be desired.
In the room it smelled extremely chlorine all the time and you could not open any windows.
The actual double bed is also kept very narrow!
At least the bed was clean and you got fresh towels!
WLAN worked well.
Earls Court Station is only about 4min walk away and easy to find.

This is my second time at this hotel. It is very close to the earls court station, which is one of the central hubs in London. Hotel is reasonably priced and the single room size is not bad. I think one of the best aspect of the hotel is the free coffee and croissant served in the morning. Managed by very nice people. Only negative side is that the rooms need immediate renewing. Would stay there again at these prices.

You get more than what they say. The rooms are small as was given, but they are clean and updated. The shower amenities are lovely and the bathroom is very modern. The staff was welcoming and let me into my room 6 hours early as soon as the room was vacated and cleaned. Better yet, it's just a minutes walk to Earl's Court station on the Picadilly Line.

Good location, ideal for one or two nights. Obviously undergoing refurbishment. Small rooms but well equipped. My bathroom had obviously just been refurbished.

Very nice hotel at a good price. They don't have breakfast but they offer free coffee and croissant. Excellent location. The walls are finite and you hear the neighbors walking in their rooms.

As always in London, questionable value for money. However quiet room and great location for the Metro.

Pleasant experience. I stay here when they are selling off rooms. I wouldnt pay full price at any time. Convenient location to numerous restaurants and bars in Earls Court.

Hôtel located in a beautiful street so I was a bit disappointed with the interior design of the place. The service was good and the room was decent. All in all not a bad place but with a lot more potential.

Perfect Hotel. In a neighborhood in London where everything is located. Very comfortable with the means (Earl's Court). The staff is of an exquisite kindness. And they offer the morning coffee and croissants (fresh and warm) for free. Fully equipped rooms, including mini kitchen corner.

Staff were professional and friendly but our room was down below ground level with no window but an external door which let street noise in.

Staff friendly and professional. Excellent location near earl's court underground station with lots of good food nearby. Decor modern but a bit tired, stains on ceilings and corners of floor. Put in basement room with no window but a frosted glass single pane door on to street that let a lot of noise in. Generally not great sound proofing from the rest of the hotel either. Good value for a weekend stay in London.

Very nice staff. Rooms are nice and new but very small. The rooms all have a small refrigerator, kettle and microwave oven. Breakfast is just a croissant but there is a coffee machine where you can get a free coffee, cappuccino or latte all day. About 500 meters walk to Earl's Court station with a easy connection to Heathrow Airport or downtown London.

Nice hotel in a great location. Good value. Some rooms in the basement level are ok, but avoid these by not booking too late. Very near the Piccadilly line allows easy access into the city centre in about 20 mins. Rooms contain a small fridge, kettle and microwave.

Very small rooms but renovated and modern. Friendly customer service. Reasonable prices. I would recommend it.

Easy walk to and from Earl's court station, Reception had been really helpful and friendly. Plenty of eateries at down the street. Room pricing is reasonable. ^^

Short walk from Earl's Court tube station. Walking distance to museums and parks. Clean room and friendly staff. Room is small but adequate. Good eat in the area. Maroush, a Lebanese restaurant is highly recommended!
