The big positive of this hotel is the location. A 2 minute walk from the "district" line that leads to central London. A 5-minute walk away is a street with small bars and bistros for a quiet evening
As for the hotel itself, our room was ok, but we had no light in the bathroom area so we were reported 2 times the absence of the bulb. The cupboard almost crashed me when I opened it. And the shower faucet was so special that it took 3 days to figure out how to get hot water.
Another regret: breakfast. Being in England, I was expecting lunch with scrambled eggs, bacon etc.
For the price paid, I expected better.

Small but perfect! Very friendly and competent personal. It was a great experience staying there for a week. The "earls court" underground station is just a few minutes away from the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfort. Would come again. 5/5

Check in was the only thing that went right with this hotel stay. The Italian girl was lovely. After that it all went well and truly down hill. So the shower was covered in scale. Couldn't turn around in bathroom as was so small. Bathroom door didn't close. No tea, coffee, shower gel. Then when we get into bed the noise from the next room was too loud. I went to ask the receptionist for assistance. Had to knock on a room door to get help (sign in receptionist door said room 5). Older woman came to door in dressing gown half asleep. Mumbled that she'd help and went to tell the room to quieten down. 5 minutes after loud again and aggressive voices. Again had to knock in receptionists bedroom door and ask for her help. I asked to move room. Not possible. I stated that if we were unable to sleep we would demand our money back. Awful situation. Run down room. Complete mess of hotel and I am left wondering if it's accommodation for unemployed?

For the price, the hotel was great. Unfortunately, the breakfast was not good and the Wi-Fi slow. The hotel is totally audible. With us in the room the bathroom was very small.

Easy and simple. Great value for price. Included breakfast is sub-standard if you dine anywhere else but it was enough for me and included in the price. Had to ask for a second towel and there was no toiletry items in the bathroom so I bought my own shampoo. My room was also very small but clean. If you know the limitations, the location is great.

Convenient for tube station. Small well appointed single room but next door to kitchen so woken at 5.15 am by staff preparing breakfast. Bathroom and toilet on floor above.

This little gem of a hotel was home base for my two week stay in London. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom even tinier but they were newly renovated, clean and cosy. It is only one block from the Warwick Road tube entrance which services the District and Piccadilly lines and two blocks from two great pubs and the M&S Food Hall. Any complaints I might have would be in regards to guests who were loud and not sensitive to the fact that others might be trying to sleep. I almost cancelled my reservation due to all the negative reviews but am so glad that I did not. I had a great stay. Thank you.

Basic room at a basic price.

The man was in a proper pissy mood but the guy who handed over in the morning was really nice but because of the man before him they only get 2 stars.

Had my family stayed here a couple of times. Very friendly stuff and clean rooms in a nice spot of London very close to tubes (undergrounds). Well worth the money.

Booked this hotel on a trip to the UK, and within 24 hours had to cancel as my son died in Australia so I had to fly home. I applied for a refund on compassionate grounds, and was refused. The people who run this hotel are NOT HUMAN.

Rooms are small but clean and nice staff. Adequate breakfast: two toasts, jam, fruit juice, yoghurt, cereals, coffee/tea and banana. Price not too high, and the low to be in London.

Poor service, no compassion, never recommend, highly disappointing. Zero stars!

As a Muscial Show Performer Travelling from The Beutiful Nation Of ABBA, LOREEN, ROBYN, PETER JÖBACK Etc etc… I am now once again back in Dear Old England and! Magnificent London Town… My heart is jumping of joy, and I have tears of happines in my eys. And Sara Hotel could not be a more absolutley place staying at… I really really like this hotel. The reception staff and more also the room I got No. 10 on 2nd floor… Wowow. Do stay here. I highly recommend it!

Cheap, well located hotel (close to subway Earls court) ;
had a 2-bed room in the basement for almost spacious ;-) London relationship. Very suspicious!
POSITIVE: Free Wi-Fi!, Nice staff
NEGATIVE: What is unfortunately not is the State of the breakfast room: dirty Chair and tables in a confined space, partially torn seats, sticky silverware… simple breakfast itself is o. K. (toast, butter, 2 jams & Nutella, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit).

Not bad for the price but I would definitely prefer a decent hostel over this if you're looking for something affordable.

Very friendly staff, rooms clean, great location, close to 2 tube stations, breakfasts not diverse, but definitely tasty, good Internet connection. All in all, great place to stay!

Very clean hotel, gentle and kind staff, comfortable single bed, easy to reach and very conveniently located in west London, litteraly 5 min from Earls Court Tube. Breakfast included and free Wi-Fi. Super fast check in and 24 hours concierge.

Following a concert at The Royal Albert Hall, three of us stayed one night at The Sara Hotel. We were met by Imed who was polite, efficient and extremely helpful. Our bedroom was downstairs, with a single and a double bed and a small but spotless separate shower and toilet. The bedding was clean and fresh and apart from the room being a bit hot, for which we opened the window, it was completely adequate. In the morning we had cereal, fresh fruit, toast, together with jam or marmalade and tea or coffee served in a friendly environment. As three older ladies we were really impressed with the standard of accommodation and considered it excellent value for money and in an ideal location. We would certainly stay there again.

Small and noisy room. The staff woke us up every morning at 6.30am by moving the breakfast tables with very noisy way. You hear easily to the neighbour room since the walls are so thin. Cannot recommend to anyone.

Good cleanliness, very helpful staff, very good Wi-Fi, all in all a lovely stay at this hotel :)

The hotel is in the works, but it is true that Hilton did not expect for the price paid. I went with an idea worse hotel but it was not to throw rockets. Importantly, it was clean and adequate sleep. Room small, we were two people and luggage had to close them because it was impossible to have both open at the same time. But this is what we paid.

Was not the best small triple room with no space, bathroom was to small and breakfast was horrid.

Paid well over the odds (£240 for one night) but booked at short notice so expected to pay more. The room was a basement room with a view of some concrete steps covered with cigarette ends. The room looked dirty with thick dust on the ends of the headboards and on top of the radiator and grubby bedspreads, the skirting boards were black with dirt in places. The shower smelled revolting and was dirty with black slime hanging from the soap dish. The door handle on the toilet had been replaced with one that was smaller than the hole it was fitted in and the gaps around it had been stuffed with toilet paper. The net curtains had a large tear in them and the window would not close securely. When we returned to the hotel after a night out the cover had fallen off the flourescent light and was laying across the bed, on inspection this appeared to have been attached with Sellotape. Over the years I have stayed in a number of buget hotels throughout europe and this is by far and away the worst room that I have ever stayed in.

I stayed in the tiny, single room with shared bathroom. The room was freezing cold, there was no kettle in the room. The staff utility room is beside the room so you hear them cleaning dishes and having a chat very early in the morning. The Shared bathroom is upstairs and the room faces reception so you have to make small talk with the receptionist every time you use the toilet. The toilet seems to be directly above the room so it makes a very loud noise each time some one uses it. There are cheaper and better hotels in London.

Ultra small rooms, old and junky. I would not of stayed there normally but it was a last minute thing and we were in a fix. And on top of that the blonde lady@ the front desk from South Africa was rude. I was counting out the proper change to give her because she said the bottled water was not free at breakfast (and yes we did ask first before taking) she said to me "I'm from South Africa thank you very much! " I looked at her like wtf are you talking about? Weird and rude she was, I just paid her and we both left the hotel saying where in the world did that comment come from.

I was looking for budget accommodation but this was something else. The only positive was the location, very handy to tube. Very small double room, stale air, filthy minute bathroom. One the first day we were offered an "English breakfast", on the second we were lucky to get tea and toast. Beds uncomfortable and lots of noise from the street.
