The room was small and had no place to put your luggage. We just left it on the floor in the middle of the room. Our window looked out to a wall about 20 ft. Away. The continental breakfast cost around 8 pounds and wasn't worth it by any stretch of the imagination. The room cost 60 pounds a night. Cheaper than most, but you get what you pay for. The worst thing was that when we left and unpacked, my son was missing several pair of underwear and several t-shirts. We are certain they were taken from our suitcase on the floor on our last day there. Of my decades of world travel, this is the only place that has stolen anything from me.

Great location, 10-minute walk to the beautiful tree-lined boulevard and you get to the 3 beautiful museums: Science, Natural History and the beautiful Albert and Victoria. Metro a few steps away. Room from 4 great and great breakfast.

It's a Premier Inn. Great value… great nights sleep… (thinking of buying one of the beds…) love the breakfast… (its the only time I'm allowed devil's food…) and great staff… we use this one for the Royal Albert Hall.

Shocking place. Never stayed in such a bad premier inn. Can hear every word and step of people above. Dirt and mould in bathroom.

Nice rooms But the breakfast is not the best. It's well located.

Great Hotel!
Only negative the shower which is on the ceiling and not a handshower, which is not super convenient for children.
Other than that nothing to say! The staff is extremely nice, the hotel is very quiet and the breakfast (offered for children) is really varied and quality.
We had a family room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, very clean spacious er.
A 5min walk to the station Earl S Court, D where you can borrow 3 metro lines. I would recommend this hotel value for money excellent!

I met some amazing people here, they had great service here! I liked the view here and the room size. It was good for groups of people and also being alone. I had a great time.

Stayed 2 nights — no noise, quiet — super bed, very nice restaurant. Very close to Earls Court/Kensington. As with other Premier Inns free Wifi does not work on laptop, OK on phone.

Very good location between Heathrow and city.

Clean and every thing works. Staff very helpful and polite. What more do you need for a couple of days especially considering the price. All round good value.

Location OK, but the rest is not going.

A beautiful looking premier inn from the front which makes a lovely change from the very modern outer look you normally see. We stayed for 2 nights and it was the best sleep I'd had in months (maybe because we left the kids at home with family). The breakfast was perfect and the price of the hotel when we stayed was very reasonable especially where its situated. As with a lot of places in London the only downfall was no parking, bit we did managed to pre book the Olympia car park which was a huge help. The staff were lovely and always offered help and the room itself was just what you'd expect of a premier inn. Locally not Much to see, apart from the old buildings but it does have a high street with a lot of food outlets and a tesco just down the road. Will definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel and great value for money. Ideal to go with the kids. The rooms are large and well-insulated. Breakfast is very basic.

Pleasant, spacious room. Lovely hot, powerful shower. Location is fairly convenient. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, restaurant food was good. Staff seem permanently confused, not sure why.

The reception staff and the restaurant where very good. Housekeeping was very poor and forgot to make our bed one day. The loo in our bathroom didn't flush properly and nothing was done when we reported it. On our return we filled in the survey and asked to be contacted, still waiting. We have stayed at many premier inns and they have been consistently good, not this one.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Our family room was large with lovely high ceilings. Room decor was typical Premier inn fare, clean, tidy and nicely presented. We booked this to visit winter wonderland but it was quite a walk with our 5yo (30-45 mins) but there's plenty to distract you on the way, Kensington high st, Kensington park with good children's playground. The underground is about 10 minutes walk away and you have to cross 2 busy roads but they do have pelican crossings and pass many restraunts.

Premier Inn is always good! I love the bed and the breakfast: you can choose an English or a continental one. Lovely! However don't miss anything; the father of my girlfriend lost his glasses in his room and they weren't able to find them.

This is the 3rd time that we stayed at a premier inn. The service is always excellent. The staff makes you feel at home. We really recommend it because we couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks a lot for helping us out to enjoy our holiday.

Family-friendly, cheap hotel with good connection to the underground and good breakfast.

Functional for the traveler. Good location, good value for money, friendly staff.

The stay was mediocre. The room we were given originally had a really poor heating system that didn't heat the room, noisy nearby plumbing that sounded like a bath being emptied every 20 minutes and a leaky gutter that constantly dripped outside the single glazed window. All credit to Premier Inn, the did change out room when we asked. We have stayed in multiple Premier Inns around the country and are usually very pleased, but this one was lacking in too many areas to give it a good review. I'd recommend spending a few extra pounds and finding somewhere nicer.

The Hotel is a good value for money. Ideal for families with Children. Very friendly staff. Clean and very comfortable beds. Quiet Area. Metro station, supermarket, restaurants… just a few meters away. London has delighted us!

Simple and family Hotel. Economical and clean in an acceptable area of London.

One night stay for family of three. I booked this simply because I had seen the TV adverts and they sold their brand to me. This hotel is an amalgamation of town houses to make one big hotel. The walk to the room from reception is a bit of a rat run, just felt a bit odd. The room was a bit rough round the edges and I have never been to a hotel that has a tissue dispenser where you get one sheet at a time like you get in public toilets. The room when we arrived was the temperature of the Sahara desert on a a sunny day! so I turned off the heating and opened the window. Hoping to get some fresh air in then went out for dinner. It was still red hot when we got back and just hoped the night air cooled it down. I woke up in the night dry as a bone and needed a drink and had to change my pillow as I was sweating so much. But by early morning it had cooled down thankfully. Breakfast was nice and freshly cooked, staff were friendly and pleasant. I was expecting something different in my mind from what I had seen on the marketing campaigns.

We went to the hotel with a 6 year old children. The Hotel is very good value for money. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the metro, walking 5 minutes and very well connected to make visits. In the vicinity you can find bars and supermarkets and even a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven. Advisable considering my experience.

Stayed there with my spouse and young daughter (1yrs old). Staff was great. The problem was that there was no hot water in the bath whatsoever. This was very uncomfortable for us especially when you have an infant and has to take a bath. This applies for us grownups as well but it is far more important for a baby. This ruined our all experience and we had a very unpleasant night…

Most of the staff are very friendly. Though the room is a bit old, the bed is comfortable. Earl's court underground is 10 mins walk. And there are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby the station. If you spent most of time for sightseeing and just need a comfy place to stay overnight, this is the right place.

Situated near central London and all the main attractions this premier inn is in a prime location in Kensington. It is a great place to sleep and wash so you can enjoy the city of London. The staff are really nice.

The hotel is great the staff are very helpful, they also speak Italian, the rooms are beautiful the bed is comfortable. They also have gluten free breakfast, I will return to you sicuramenteeeeee!

Very well placed for events around the Capital. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The breakfast we had was good quality and tasty… we will be back!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to two underground stations. It is also close to shops and restaurants. Although it is located on a very busy road the soundproofing is excellent we were in a room facing the road. The staff were very polite and helpful, the room had air con which was vital during our stay. The room was clean and spacious with a kettle and tea facilities. The shower was good and a bath was available. We had to vacate the premises too early for breakfast but it looked to have a great selection. The area surrounding the hotel is pleasant to walk around along leafy suburbs with parades of shops and eateries. Would recommend.

Not bad as a support to visit London… Metro a 5-minute walk.

Amazing staff, nice place to stay. Jeffrey showed us multiple rooms to let us decide which we prefered. All the hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to tube. The breakfast is really taste. Nicolas in the restautant and the manager Callie made our stay amazing, including offering us her personal umbrella. Unbelievable.

Lovely large room, good service and great location for London Olympia.

On the whole it's an ok hotel, only really 2 problems for us, there were 4 of us in a family room, the main double bed was fine as was the 1st single bed, the 2nd single however is a pop up camping style bed (only worse! ) and it is absolutely awful, the mattress is basically a piece of material with springs under it, no padding over the springs as on a regular mattress. We complained to reception after our son complained to us that he couldn't sleep due to the bits sticking into him. Their only available solution was to give us an extra quilt to act as some padding. That made it tolerable but not much better. They moved us to a different room, not much point though as the beds were exactly the same! We asked for a proper mattress, but were told that none were available, only extra quilts to cover the springs! The second issue is a bit of road noise, standard road noise is fine however a number of boy racers like to use the road outside to flex the exhausts on their bikes and cars, especially late at night.

I've used this hotel on two stays to London now. It has everything you would except from a Premier Inn, clean room, comfy beds etc. For the location the price of the room is great value. The rooms are also of a decent size which isn't the case for a lot if rooms it that area. We were really impressed by the staff at this hotel too. Both times we've stayed everyone has been so helpful and friendly and also goes above and beyond to provide great service. Location is ideal for exploring London. It's a 10 minute walk from Earls Court station which covers the majority of the main sites including Heathrow airport, Covent Garden, and Piccadilly Circus. It's also just a half an hour walk to the mussels on Exhibition Road. One little hiccup was that if you ask to leave your luggage they don't have a large enough storage area and so sometimes luggage is left right at the front door, which may be unstaffed. Once we realised this we asked if they could store it in their office which is locked at all times.

Staff are friendly, our room was smaller than a 'standard' purpose built one, all the normal facilities were there though. You can leave your suitcase with them whilst going into London before and after booking in/out, although they are stored in the reception seating area, so do not leave anything expensive, just in case. Very close to Earls Court underground, 5 minutes walk. Restaurant has a limited menu for people with Dairy or Gluten allergies, but there are plenty of Restaurants in Earls Court so no real issue. Breakfast is self service, plenty of choice from fruits to full english, there seemed to be more effort on giving choice on breakfast than evening meals, which is why we eat out. Hotel is quiet, and offers the sleep guarantee, although London rarely stops and noise from racing cars and bikes at 11pm is clearly heard, no major issues otherwise.

More than good Super, in Londtes stay is friendly, but this hotel has very good relationship quality price, also the bed is comidisima, it rests great after walking around the city.
