My friend and I had a fab time in the hotel only one tiny problem (told being fixed) the air con. We where there from the 1st to the 4 June. So 2as a bit warm at times. Staff very professional and kind to me when I lost my card key desk most helpful. Also the gentleman in the bar how got to know our drink and helped feed us from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Rooms where clean tidy bathroom was clean towels soft and fluffy area nice keep c/c in your pocket gentleman. Many thanks for a lovely break to all the staff management.

Would definitely be back again. Just few steps away from Harrods and room is in great conditions.

Good location Its an OLD DIRTY ROOM. Therefore, the staffs are very nice.

A longish time ago now, but my wife and I had an afternoon tea on a Groupon deal. It was undeservdly quiet, as the food was excellent, and a little different to other tea offers.

The Hotel isn’t even worth a star, the management and staff were extremely rude, customer service is even worse. Will not stay there again. Beware.

It was bad experience with this hotel, the Wi-Fi is so bad and the fridge not cooling and on few day back the wither in london was hot like 28 c And they dont have AC on the rooms! I could not sleep for 4 days! The bed not confy and very small room And bad treatment. it is really a bad hotel I will not do it again never.

The standard room is tiny tiny tiny but clean. International sockets and a temp phone with internet are available. The location makes it easy to access Harrods & Harvey Nichols, the Knightsbridge tube station, tons of cafes, and Hyde Park if you’d like to go for a jog. The only 2 things I disliked is the overwhelming aroma sprayed in the lobby (similar to that of Zara Home) and the lack of gym facilities.

Good location, breakfast included, abundant and quality, the room has everything you need. It is a bit pricey but overall the quality is good.

The hotel only advantage is its good location when all the rest is poor. Poor management, poor guest relation, small rooms, cheap shower curtains and above all doubtful management. The night manager Mr. Ahmed Abdlehaleim refused at our arrival to recognize the payment through booking. Com arguing as it was an insecure payment but admits at the time that the hotel has cashed in our money but still we have to pay a second time, something we had to agree on following his promise to refund for the first payment. We needed a though discussion to get them execute the refund on the following day! … Guests. Better be careful! It seems that the hotel management keeps on tries to increase its income by all means. I DO NOT recommend this hotel.

Great location with excellent view of Sloane Street where the boutiques of many famous brands line the street. Few minutes walk to Knightsbridge Underground Station which gives one excellent connection to the rest of London. Not to mention Harrods is also just a few minutes walk away. However, one may find the hotel rooms and its shower rooms too small. Dated design which may appeal to some. But overall I feel it's time the hotel rooms and its shower rooms get a make over. Hence, convenient location vs a not too spacious room. It's your call.

Very good location, I like this hotel couse you have everything near and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Every time I travel to london I use to stay in this hotel. The rooms are very clean and you are next to the gucci store so you can go for shopping :) ) ) also harrods is very near, only 2 min away. I suggest this hotel to everyone.

Small ish double room but comfortable. They provided smartphones to be used (freely) by guests around the city. Good dinner and normal selection at breakfast (with a few Chinese options thrown in).

Nice location, friendly and helpful staff, old interior, rooms, baths, tabs need to be rechange, carpets seems not healty, rooms are very small.

REALLY small beds för two people, slept really bad because of that. Old tiny bathroom with a dirty door, in need to be renewed. I was sleeping with earplugs but I still heard the traffic from outside and people in other rooms. Deposite is taken when checking in, but still you have to put deposit to EVERYTHING. If you need a umbrella you need another deposit, if you need adapter you need another deposit. That was very inconvenient and stupied from a hotel and I think it is normal standard that a hotel gives you that kind of services. Concierge and reception was nice and helpful. If you need a hotel close to Harrods or hyde park and a good location in general, with subway conection to piccadilly line close and doesnt care how you sleep I would recomend this hotel. Otherwise no.

Noisy hotel, woken up in the middle of the night by Arabic speaking guests. The hotel did not return the £40 immediately. It took more than 30 days before they have returned it. Try an alternative hotel. Booking Reference Number :4V7ZEEEMV.

Beautiful hotel lounge with a nice bar where you can have formal or informal meetings while enjoying a coffee. Great service.

Service we received was fantastic and felt welcome. Lunch provided was a great and left very stuffed. We are likely to host another event here again.

Worked here as a Restaurant Supervisor, many years back. The hotel sits in a great location for high-end shopping, and is frequented often by affluent Middle-Eastern families / individuals (it IS Knightsbridge, after all! ). I found the rooms to be a bit on the small side, and the general decor felt a bit drab and dated. The Reception staff was quite friendly and helpful. The restaurant served up a fine selection of breakfast — arguably the best thing in the hotel, along with the downstairs bar by reception. From a Conference standpoint, the hotel was not adequately prepared in resources to make conferences a selling point, though I must say it tried hard. I would recommend giving it a try, as overall it's definitely not a bad hotel (though not great… especially considering the competition around it, e. G. The Mandarin, Bulgari Hotel, etc. ). The main issue this hotel had at the time was that, despite a very strong mid-level Management, it was plagued by incompetence and leadership at a senior Management level; this was greatly compensated by the staff's level of efficiency despite it all. I would like to think things have improved here, since my days.

Rooms and hallways may be a bit small but my room seemed maximally equipped with what a visitor could need. Good easy Wi-Fi. Room service was perfect. Professional and friendly personal. Relaxing music. Restaurant morning buffet was superb (even had a vegetarian corner). Hotel is close to metro station. For a run there is Hyde park just a few minutes walking away.

We had a lovely time here in the heart of Knightsbridge! The hotel is located near Knightsbridge tube station which is very handy. We also went for their delightful "Winter Afternoon Tea". Staff was really friendly and helpful. The view from our room was spectacular and it was spacious and comfortable.

Attended the hotel for a conference… Facilities were good with good size rooms… Fairly modern too.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in London. Best rotated duck ever!

The rooms are fairly small but sufficient. The windows would benefit from better sound insulation as a nearby street is used as a quarter mile strip.

The concierge service was very friendly and helpful. All in all a 4.5 star hotel.

My experience was very positive. The location is extremely central, the staff very nice and kind, and the place itself very nice as well.

Dim sum afternoon tea at Le Chinois restaurant — excellent service, staff were attentive. A different experience with dim sum instead of the traditional fare. The food was excellent, the siu mai was one of the best that I've eaten in London; delicate flavours yet meaty enough.

The Hotel is in a perfect position in the heart of London. Great shops nearby for those that like to buy brands. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with modern amenities. The service was excellent with friendly and competent staff on all stations that I came in contact with. Internet was free and quick enough to stream a movie so also no complaints there. Harrods is around the corner and the tube down the street. All in all a great but not cheap hotel.

Le Chinoise is fantastic: delicious food and great service, it's simply a pity that it was so quiet on a Tuesday (but that's other people's loss if they don't take up the chance to visit this gem)

Worst internet/Wi-Fi connection ever, very dated old hotel and don't bother trying to use this place as a venue for meetings unless you want to time travel back to the 90's!

We came here for the champagne dim-sum afternoon tea. Very creative ideas to present part of the dim-sum in the traditional British afternoon tea state, and partly in the more authentic bamboo steam baskets. Light-as-a-feather battered prawn and pineapple stood out as the star for me, while my date loved the crispy shredded chicken shot. Such a treat to wash this down with a glass of champagne each as well, we left as very happy customers, eager to return soon.

Excellent hotel and location in a good area in London.

One night I had verybad experience in millennium hotel at nights bridge. I visited the bar to have drink but since the bar closed 1 am I couldn't get the service, after I went to use the restroom to the first floor but I couldn't even stand for a minute too smelly, unclean, water every where, no tissue extra. After I decided to go to the reception to complaint but night staffs are night mere! They said" they don't have night house keeping" they can't provided tissue, I asked to have a complaint form or email they not gonna give me because I didn't have room in the hotel, never heard before, never expected from such a big standard hotel.

Average. Small but clean room. Friendly staff. Room service had no fries to go with the angus burger despite the menu offering it. No dressing gown which I expect in £180 room. Just average.

I stayed in this hotel in September 2013 and I'm quite satisfied with it. My room was nice and tidy. The breakfast is not very diverse but quite sufficient. The price seems quite attractive for this area of London.

I just want to review Le Chinois Restaurant and Bar, food was good, we had dim sum (but we had to ASK dim sum menue, it's lunch so better bring this sort of menue, right? ). We did not have good impression of staffs due to lost in translation.

Good place for lunch, food is always fresh, service is efficient, and the prices are moderate. Great staff, drinks and food. Nice ambiance. Nice hotel. :).

The hotel is small, service attitude is very good, clean health, the network fee (15gbp/24hr), and a built-in Chinese restaurant, there is a morning tea!
