Need to bee renovated. Location is very good almost in center nearby underground.

Convenient for Olympia and friendly staff. Small shower, but. Overall Very Very Happy. I would stay here again.

No matter how bad you think a hotel can get, this one is much worse. It may say this is a one star hotel, but it is so incredibly disgusting and poorly run that it ranks in double negative digits of stars.

Super old Hotel, smells bad. I would Not stay here again… And to top I got a room on the last level, no elevator… Super narrow staircases. Very Unpleasant!

After booking the room 2 months before, I find myself with a dirty dump and no bathroom, smoke smell in the room. Breakfast by scary and rude staff, the answer was! (x me you can sleep on the ground)

An old-moving hotel ideally placed in the city centre and a 3-minute walk from the metro. I'm not sure the rooms are full between each guest as we found two cans on the window and a pair of socks in the closet. The staff are very discreet and unfriendly but helpful and friendly. Breakfast is basic: bread crumbs, jam butter and cereals. At the beginning of the week there was cocoa for the children but once the box was finished it was not replaced. Kitchen available in the evening with a microwave. Hotel well placed but frankly for the price do not expect a palace.

An excellent value for money place, for only 32 pounds counts with a private room for two people. It includes pretty good breakfast for the price. They give you a key to enter and you can check in until midnight. A fairly central hotel, just a few metres from underground public transport station.

Is centrally located but dusty and polluted… Staff is friendly… Rooms very old and functional.

Worst place I've ever been. Cold, dirty, kitchen unavailable, bathroom cadded. The only convenience is the location but it's not really worth the discomfort you feel.

Absolutely horrible. Beds are like rocks. Rooms Tiny. Breakfast disgustingly stingy. Location is good. But that is it. Overpriced for what it is!

42£ each night, my expetation was to find something like the photos on the website… It wasn't: when you enter in the room the first thing you see is all the wall covered of dust, the moquette with a lot of spots, all of the structure of the beds look a like hospital and have different shepes, all of the furniture are ruined and scratched, one ac plug doesn't work, the bathroom was like a boat cabin, all plastic made, the wc under the shower, both shower holder was broken and hot water coming occasionally. The only good thing was the distance from the tube station, about 100meter from the hotel. 42 £ a notte, la mia speranza era di trovare qualcosa come le foto sul sito web … Non lo era: quando entri nella stanza la prima cosa che vedi è tutto il muro coperto di polvere, la moquette con un sacco di macchie, tutte le strutture dei letti sembrano quelle di un ospedale e hanno diverse forme, tutti I mobili sono rovinati e graffiati, una presa della 220v non funziona, il bagno era come quella di una cabina della nave, tutto in plastica, il wc subito sotto la doccia, entrambi I supporti per la doccia erano rotti e l'acqua calda veniva ogni tanto. L'unica cosa positiva era la distanza dalla stazione della metropolitana, a circa 100 metri dall'hotel.

The place was dirty… the room was very dirty, the mattress shabby and stained. Breakfast… nothing appetizing. The concierge went to the night and didn't come back until 9… if you had qie to go before 9 there was no one in the place. Very messy.

There are uninhabitable rooms. Very good location.

Absolutely shocking! This isn't a hotel more of a hostel. Dirty rooms, plastic mattresses, one socket in the room which two of had to share to charge our phones. No T. V. No kettle, tea etc. Little bars of soap and a towel. Even the shower is dirty and smelly. Stay away.! The picture posted should tell enough.

Hotel only good for location. The rest a total crap. Dirty and we were given a room without bathroom.

Horrible place. Do not go there. Moldy walls and dirty place. No private bathrooms, you have to share it with 30 people. Very small rooms.

Location is good but the whole house has come down completely the beds are self-built and unstable the doors cannot be closed in part and are broken up with a slight jolt. The pictures are still all edited and the staff is not around the clock as it is in the Description. And not to forget you have to share the toilet and the bathroom with others!
Take a good advice from me and find another hotel.

It was a very nice hotel.

Very noisy, can hear trains, people in next room and people on stairs. Very hot. Mattress old and uncomfortable, with rigid plastic cover. Shower dirty. Only one mains socket for TV and chargers, byo extension lead. No Wi-Fi, only close to reception. Literally broken light fixture without bulb on the wall, shock hazard? Bed too short for a 180 cm person.

It is good enough for the price and the location, but it is very old and needs to be maintained more often. It does offer the basic needs, but it could definitely be better. We've stayed there for 3 nights and have had a room for 5 people, so maybe the smaller rooms are better. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach any room, just the kitchen. The rooms don't have TVs or bathrooms inside, but they're somehow cozy. The pictures attached are the views from our room, they're quite nice.

We booked this Hotel for the location, but to call it the Hotel is really too much. We stayed for 5 days and the room was only cleaned once. The kitchen was dirty and smelly. The Wi-Fi was only on the stairs between the ground floor and the first floor.

Room not clean, shower in the same state. Breakfast horrible. Hotel is well located and plays it because the quality is deplorable.

Their rooms are so small yet they place 2 beds there. The building is very old and not regularly renovated. Kitchen staffs are not friendly. The breakfast provided was fanimorous.

The worst hostel (the call not the Hotel), in the I ever descended am. The Windows were leaking, electrical wires was missing in some places, the insulation, instead of the bathroom was just a plastic-shower-toilet-combination (a sign that there should be room for 5 minutes, the water run, to be able to showers). The shower station wagon had apparently never brushed someone … very unappetizing. The bedding was borderline, and contrary to Homepage neither phone nor TV in the family room. Breakfast — jam on bread on beer benches. Never more! Prefer to stay in a youth hostel. Meet at least minimum quality standards. The good location, it is spoil, in any case value the holiday.

By not recommending absolutely the photos do not correspond to the reality… zero hygiene bathroom taken from the tiny room covered over the beds torn curtains broken… to avoid.

Very dirty environment sheets in 8 days never changed, dirty blankets and bad smell, carpet did not even understand the color is the bathroom 1mx1m.

Nice hotel near Earls Court station. Good price clean rooms and shower.

Very good location near the Tube, bus, and train the staff. Normal rooms and breakfast. The price is economic for what is London. Not have elevator.

Horrible four nights! Where should I start. Lots of hair from former guest's in the beds, showers as little cabins in the rooms where you have to wait about 15 mins for hot water which comes more tripping out of the pipe than flushing. The house staff is very unfriendly, especially those of the kitchen. They seemed annoyed at any requests we made. The breakfast what very little. So if you're only looking for accommodation near the city centre and the tube, without any high hygiene levels and comforts is ok.

The staff was unfriendly, especially that in the kitchen. Worked at all rather annoyed by the guests. Breakfast was sparse and poor. If you looking for a hotel close to the Centre and the subway and has no hygienic claim and otherwise no comfort needs is it ok.

Absolutely terrible value. The room was disgusting and contained a portable shower. The mattress was old and worn and the bedsprings would dig into your sides. The Wi-Fi does not work on any floor besides the first, so don't count on that. The one upside to this hotel is that it is located very close to a major train station so transit was easy. Still, this was infinitely worse than any hostel I've stayed in, and as a young backpacker that list is numerous. Please, consider staying at any hostel in the city before staying here.

Worst hotel in my life. If you go there go get some alkohol. Otherwise you eill not sleep.

Toilets on the floor, worn out mattresses and walls like made of paper — adjust your expectations accordingly.

The hotel is reasonably clean and the people are friendly. However, the rooms are small, crammed with old furniture. Sanitary facilities are poor. Breakfast is included but it's merely toast so perfect to grab a first bite and eat out for breakfast. Just don't expect too much. Conveniently located next to Earl's Court tube station.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in London! Me and my friend stayed there July 2014 for 3 nights. The room was not as their pictures on their website! The room had portable shower but smelled really bad and no toilet. When we went to sleep there was no duvet! Worse of all, there were so many men speaking really loud outside my door all night long! The bed cover had hair, and dust everywhere. The washrooms were not clean either. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's too bad.

We stayed there October 2012 for 2 nights. They promised a clean, comfortable, simple place to sleep, and I trusted what they said and their pictures on their website. But, when we got there, we were very disappointed. The room had 4 beds and barely any room to walk through (very dangerous! ), no room to put luggage. The bed cover had hair, and under the bed we found an empty bottle of water. Dust everywhere. And the portable shower in the room, smelled really bad. The washrooms were not clean either. I have pictures if anybody wants more proof. I would definitely stay somewhere else next time and would not recommend this place to anyone. It's too bad, since the location is perfect. Our visit to London outside the hotel however, was wonderful! Can't wait to go back.

"Hotel" is not the right term for this property. It is just an expensive hostel. Don't listen to the reviews, the rooms were absolutely horrible. We were afraid to lift up the sheets to see what was under them because we could see that the side of the mattress had so many stains it was no longer white. If I hadn't had a few drinks before going to bed each night, I probably wouldn't have been able to sleep. We actually woke up with bruises because of how each individual spring in the mattress was nearly exposed. There was a 'mystery' spot in the corner. The shower was actually sitting on top of carpet, and reminded me of a port-o-potty. There was no ventilation in the room, so by the end of the week, our clothes were musty. "Breakfast" consisted of a boiled egg and wonderbread toast. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was it's location. Please don't make the same mistake we did and spend a bit more to enjoy your accommodations somewhere else.

Lumpy matress, absolutely tiny shower/toilet "closet. " Clean, but not particularly enjoyable. Can't complain for the price. Quiet, good location. Breakfast was luke warm eggs, toast and instant coffee.
