Best bed I've slept in at a hotel! For the price I would've liked a better tea tray, and cooked option for breakfast, but didn't spoil our stay at all. Lovely place, ideal for Albert hall. Oh, and the lift is a bonus for people with mobility issues.

Upgraded room excellent. I have stayed here before. Welcoming 'A' team in reception. Ideal location for Kensington. I like it!

I stayed here for a weekend and found it to be a very pleasant hotel. The room was a good size, everything was clean and in order. The food was ok, just nothing special but it's about 10 minutes walk to the Albert Hall and a stone's throw from Kensington gardens which is perfect if you plan to get out and about to see the tourist sites of London on foot.

Astonishing position and super friendly welcome. Room is small, but has all you need. Feels very safe. Quiet atmosphere and adequate breakfast.

Nice hotel near Kensington Palace, with short way to public transport. Clean rooms with comfortable bed. Plain breakfast, if you want serious breakfast like English breakfast you have to order it earlier. No bars around, so you have to go by bus or walk ~20min, most of them are open til 11pm.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice place to stay and very clean. Good information point in the hotel if needed. Very good start to the morning with continental breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Great destination in Kensington for shops, trains and bus routes. Will definitely love to return again.

This is a great place to stay. Excellent location, service and comfort. This was my third time staying and I will be back.

Clean rooms. Not bad for price in London. Our TV didn't work and we only had a shower after requesting a bath. Everyone has a bad day now and then.

Great location, ok sized rooms for London, decorated well. Breakfast could be better (only continental) and no bar for any drinks in the evening.

The house is already in the years, which is precisely why I find it very charming.

The hotel is in an excellent location in front of Hyde Park in the Kensington district. The cleanliness of the rooms is great for the English standard. The value for money is very good. Unfortunately the single room I stayed in had the size of a tomb 2 * 3 meters, bathroom included! Nevertheless they are more points in favor than those against. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in a central, clean and not overly expensive place.

Warm and welcoming. Comfortable rooms with up to date plumbing and unlimited hot water. Staff and management went out of their way to make sure we were well cared for. Very convenient to transport links.

Very helpful staff and really nice atmosphere. Old fashioned in design with not the biggest room but still with more than enough space, especially in London. Great location for natural history museum and Olympia, only a shirt walk to a tube station. Woukd definitely recommend to other people.

Comfortable hotel in nice location. Adequate Continental breakfast. Room was okay, but lighting was quite subdued, and in ours there was a rickety single glazed balcony window that shook in any wind.

We stayed here on a visit to the royal Albert Hall, this hotel is well placed for our needs and we had a warm and friendly welcome. The room was of a medium size warm and had the usual Amenities.

A little gem of a hotel, it's clean and comfortable, super, snuggle pillows! the staff are friendly and helpful, even allowed us to
leave our luggage with them after checkout so we could spend the day sightseeing. Just of Kensington high street, close to the tube, it made our weekend in London.

Its wonderful staff are what make this a great hotel! It also has first-rate furnishings. Highest recommendation for everything … can't wait to return. Also, it has one of the best locations in London.

Had a wonderful time staying at this lovely hotel, the Staff welcomed us so warmly. A large clean warm room and the location of the hotel just off the main road. Great stay would go back again.

We stayed for one night while visiting the Royal Albert Hall. Hotel itself is very nice in a great location. Staff on reception could be a little bit more enthusiastic, not a great reception when we arrived. Room was comfortable and fine for one night. Tiger Bar was ok for breakfast, little disappointed we couldn't get a cocktail in the evening even though we received a voucher saying we could have a welcome drink for free (which included a cocktail). All in all a good hotel for a short stay.
