Gave this a try after the remodel, and was completely blown away. From the welcome, to the monogrammed room keys, dyson hairdryers in room, and above all the exceptional service.

Hotel has undergone major refurb to an even higher standard than ever before. Staff are highly professional and friendly with it. Stunning uniforms. Fantastic showers and Dyson hairdryers. Higy recommend.

Excellent hotel to stay at central location close to great shopping and Restaurants.

Lovely hotel. Swimming pool was lovely. Bigger in a London hotel. Definitely relaxing and calming. Gym has all techno equipment so no excuses. You can indulge and then work out at The peak. Great views of London, you can also use the private Garden opposite.
Rooms have been made larger. Really pleasant hotel. Great location.

The hotel hasn’t opened its doors yet. Waiting for the 1st July. But the food and cocktails are delicious!

As a ex jumeirah colleague I am proud to stay at jumeirah Carlton tower, it was a dream come true, awsome place, nice view from the room-228, staying till feb 10th.

A truly 5star experience. The room was spacious, the staff extremely helpful, the spa in the peak is magnificent and the food in the rib room one of the most unforgettable dining experiences in my life!

This is my favourite hotel in London at the moment. Everything about the hotel made me feel comfortable and at ease. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. The little things made me feel so happy like the staff always remember my name when saying good morning to me when I am walking around. The hotel has a 24 hour gym and Codagan Gardens if you fancy going running outdoors.

After my experience with sleazy guests I’m not going to look at five stars hotels management in the same way. It’s shocking how some people ignore human good values over money.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and there’s tons to compare from amenities, service, room type etc… but here is my take on this masterpiece I couldn’t find what I thought was the right email address to reach the hotel before our stay. So I mailed them on the common Jumeirah email address and also sent them a message on Facebook literally a day before reaching there. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade… and the concierge got us sorted with dinner reservations and with tickets for a show which he recommended and it was awesome Special shout out to Irkali. This Georgian superstar helped us check in and then got us an upgrade and even sent us a box of chocolates later in the evening to our room. Honestly from a service standpoint this place is unbeatable. I cannot remember any person serving us without a smile. You guys are awesome. Will make it back to this hotel on our next trip to London Great job Guys.

What makes a great hotel? … it’s the staff. Tonight, at an event dinner after I inadvertently knocked over a glass of red wine all over my white shirt. (My fault entirely). The staff came to the rescue. Much to the amazement of my fellow guests I was, within a short period of time, back at the dinner table looking fresh as a daisy. Well done and a great many thanks to the staff at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower.

Visit only the salons that are necessarily superb given the type of establishment.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge. Friendly, accommodating staff and comfortable rooms. Many have balconies and a park view, all rooms have excellent tea/coffee making facilities, luxury toiletries and v comfy beds and seating areas.

Unlike a recent disappointing visit to the rib room, this was a private fully catered banquet and this was the Carlton Tower at its best. The quality of the food and presentation, the service were all first class. Well done.

My favourite hotel in London… its the ONLy one I stay in when visiting. The staff are amazing, they have this new system called KIPSU which is a messaging system to handle your requests with immediate effect. I loved my last stay, and hope to be back again soon.

Attended a wedding reception in the upstairs Hall. It was an incredible night which wouldn't have been possible without the help of the generous staff, waiters, and doormen. I felt like a princess!

Good location, the room was a little bit old, the rooms are in central London, the bathroom has a bathtub.

This weekend I stayed here with 3 friends to celebrate a special birthday. The service, the rooms and breakfast really exceeded expectation. We were upgraded on arrival and they did everything to ensure the birthday celebration was special. I was really impressed with the service from the moment we stepped into the hotel, to the moment we left. I look forward to returning!

Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff are all on the ball, I mentioned in passing we were staying for my OHs birthday and an hour later they had sent up a cake and written a birthday card for him! Beds are insanely comfy and the rooms have everything you'd ever need from earplugs, coffee machine and brolly to deep sleep pillow fragrance and speaker in the bathroom. Will definitely stay here again.

My partner took me here for my birthday. The whole experience from walking in the front door to checking out at the end of our 2 days was a complete delight. The staff couldn’t do enough to make the customer experience one to remember. They were friendly, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. The staff also went the extra mile to make sure I had a birthday to remember. So thankyou for everything you did for us. We had a fantastic room. Breakfast was out of this world and the spa and pool was fantastic. It really is 5 star opulent luxury from start to finish. I would heartedly recommend this hotel. Such a lovely way to spend time right in the heart of London.

My husband and I hosted our wedding reception and dinner for 200+ guests last weekend and we cannot thank the Jumeirah enough for all their hard work leading up to and on the day of our wedding. The day was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed by all guests. Our stays in the standard rooms and presidential suites were also very good. Thank you!

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Great setting with ample space for plenty of seats as well as room to walk around. If necessary, some can also find space for privacy in the corridor outside the ceremonial hall, This venue is well set in the heart of London. Great layout for good sound system to operate. The only downside — if one were to get caught by the urgency — is that the toilets are not on the same floor. For disabled or one looking to rush to one, this can be somewhat embarrassing. Lastly, if you are travelling by car, parking on a Sunday is plentiful in the surrounding area. Be sure to have protective clothing if the weather is not favourable.

Great location for a conference — easy to reach by public transport and good facilities. Staff very helpful.

Very helpful friendly​ staff. Lovely well sized luxury rooms. Breakfast service was very good.

An opulent hotel in an enviable location. Staff are excellent. They are professional and helpful. The gym within the hotel is great and the views are quite special.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the event was very well run. The food at the event was very nice. The building itself was spotless. Overall it was a very enjoyable visit.

Room amenities wasn't ready when get in to our room. We enjoyed our breakfast in the rib room. The two ladies mary lou and Sorina were very helpful and very attentive. Both of them were really great.

Well equipped conference room, excellent service and buffet, but small space in front to accommodate all the people in the full room.

It was early in the morning when I visited, place was being cleaned and reception were a little snooty. Otherwise cool place.

Attended the Godolphin awards and was more than happy with the hotel. The location was great, the staff were very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. The room was welcoming and comfortable which to me is the most important part of a stay.

Absolutely must go to a hotel in London. Near Hyde Park or Harrods department store two blocks from the hotel, you can find one willing to offer help with hotel staff. The moment you arrive at the hotel, you can feel "at home".

Attended an event at this well designed, modern hotel. Staff were friendly if a bit slow but food and surroundings were excellent.

We had our work xmas party in the basement venue, its a beautiful hotel however, it was bowl food and the waiters didn't come round very often.

I attended an awards ceremony at the Jumeirah and the hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, always going out of their way to see to it that we had everything we needed. The food was just perfect. I simply cannot fault any of the dishes we were served. I can't say anything on the rooms as I didn't stay over but the rest of the services I'd recommend 100%.

Absolutely outstanding! Every part of our stay was perfect. We stayed with our 2 children, through make a wish uk. My 3 year old daughters wish was to be a princess, and the jumeirah staff made that happen in every way. We all felt like royalty. Will never be able to thank the hotel staff enough for there generosity. We will treasure the memories we made while in London forever.

We went for a private party. Whilst the venue and staff were generally good, we were very disappointed with their level of knowledge on allergen information in the food they were serving was extremely poor, to the extent that we had no belief in what they were saying was correct. Would not eat there again.

Very posh hotel. Could only really justify staying here on a business trip paid by the company. Definitely caters to the middle east crowd. Always some fancy supercar parked out front. The waiter at the restaurant bragged to us they have the best and most expensive breakfast in London but people always come back. Well he was right about the expensive part. They have a golf simulator and an amazing pool — wish I had the time to try them out. The rooms are updated and they have good Wi-Fi as well as US powerplugs. Staff did a great job of cleaning up daily. Room does have a small safe, but it's hidden in one of the cabinets. It's right next to a row of high end boutiques so be prepared to spend some $$$.

The first time I stayed at Carlton Tower was when I visited my husband during his 6 month stay in London.
Every weekend at the Carlton Tower was a true joy in every way — room, spa, pool, rib room, chinoiserie, breakfast, roomservice, parking and especially the staff.
Might seem funny that I have mentioned parking as a joy but I have never ever before been welcomed with such a lovely personality as the ones who are in charge of the parking/garage — always there to open the door, lend a hand, park the car, polish the car & hoover the car.
Knowing that there is someone to park my car 24/7 makes driving in and around London a piece of cake.
A year later we moved into our own house outside London but we kept comming back every saturday for afternoon tea at the chinoiserie.
Even we lived close we did sometimes stay for the night just to "refresh" good memories.
Especially our son who had visited the Carlton Tower on a weekly base since he was 2 years old just loves comming back (he is 16 today).
A lot of the staff have been the very same the last 14 years and they all have this special quality as to remember guests name, likes & interests.
This is one of the reason why it is always such a pleasure to go back — feels a little like comming home xxx.

Ordered chicken burger with fries, this was £22 on the menu, I received cheeseburger and fries instead which was £24… The cheeseburger was very bland and dry.

The cafe downstairs is shockingly amazing. However, you will be paying a hefty price for it.

I recently enjoyed one of Eric Landlards wonderful afternoon teas here. The food was excellent as usual with imaginative savouries and exquisite cakes. The scones were perfection and as a keen baker myself I commented on them and cheekily asked for the recipe. I was told if I left my email address the pastry chef would send it to me, which he duly did.
The service is superlative with our cups and side plates being changed regularly and unobtrusively.
The only minus point in my opinion (and its a big one) is the fact that there were many children and crying babies allowed in the same room.

I had one of the best lunches I have ever had at the Rib Room on Saturday. Staff are amazing and can not do enough for you and the food is world class.

Our family stayed at the hotel twice and thoroughly enjoyed it! The hotel is beautiful; the staff could not be more accommodating and friendly; and the fitness center is spectacular. We will definitely return to the Jumeriah Carlton Tower every time we visit London. A perfect experience.
