Everything's perfect! The courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness and the excellent catering services.

We travelled to London for business. The location of the hotel was superb, only 10 minutes taxi journey to the client.
Our room was wonderful. So comfortable and quiet.
Breakfast on morning one was amazing! The staff were super friendly. (Particularly the young lady) My waffle and bacon was lovely and filling!
Morning two, we only had cereal as we had to leave early. Staff were superb again! Greeting us with smiles!
The bar staff in the evening are attentive.
The concierge and staff at front of house were all so friendly and helpful. They order taxis, take luggage and are knowledgeable of the area. It felt like I was coming home when I walked into the hotel from my meetings.
We had recently returned from two weeks in Mexico for our honeymoon and the Baglioni Hotel staff made our stay more memorable and romantic at their hotel than we felt in Mexico, thank you for a wonderful stay.
Hopefully we will be back soon on business.

Baglioni has to be one of my favourite hotels and restaurants to visit in London. Hotel has a calm sensual ambiance throughout. Attention to detail and excellence flows from the time you enter trough the door, till the last goodbye. Conveniently situated in the end of High Street Kensington, but also away from the high street shopping buzz. Perfect for a nice brunch, few fancy cocktails or just a coffee and a book. Service and staff are always impeccable there, but this time Federico went beyond superb!

Very dramatic interiors for this hotel. Pricey but when has London ever been anything less than expensive? Attentive, friendly staff, clean, good food and nicely presented. Many staff members went out of their way to make our stay special. Conveniently located to major sites, shopping and across from The Broadwalk in Hyde Park. High Street Kensington tube station about 10 minute walk from hotel.

Went there for afternoon tea which was wonderful with an Italian twist. The waiters were attentive albeit the service was very slow.

We spent a few days here recently and were blown away with the attention to detail the staff conveyed to the guests. From the concierge to the bartender to the management we always felt like we were special. Nothing was too hard for them. The room was comfortable, the easy access to main areas of London useful and the car that was made available very special. On the way home to the airport we were given a few tasty sandwiches which capped a memorable stay. We have stayed at these Hotels elsewhere and highly recommend them.

Good location by Hyde Park. Bathroom of the bar was underequipped with hand towels and they had to bring in tissues which did not do the job. There was a nice but kind of cramped aside area. Plenty of comfortable seating inside.

5 Star is not enough to Describe the place. Extra polite staff, Italian service to its best, huge selection of wines.

Rooms we had, though one of them was a junior suite, were rather dark. No view at all. At 3 meters from the window dust a wall! Never saw that before. Personel very nice.

London the birthplace of the mythical Queen Elizabeth II could not be the ideal place for a Hotel "Principesco" as the Baglioni. Its location in a Victorian-era building, opposite Hyde Park and one of the entrances to Kensigton Garden and Palace, in the heart of London makes it one of the pearls of the British capital. The service and the staff The elegantly furnished rooms and suites make it the destination of fairytale characters: Arab emirs, actors including George Clooney, personalities of the Show and the world sport. In short, a place of luxury and an unforgettable stay for those who want to spend a stay in London to remember. Well served by transportation and close to the most famous monuments.

Such a cozy atmosphere, you feel like you are having dinner at someone’s country house, lots of the food is fresh from their own farm as well as some wines. I went on a date and really enjoyed my time.

Botic hotel considers small in size but elegant also prime location spot.

This hotel is at a really top level… value added to the almost entirely Italian staff. Really a great experience.

Had fantastic Italian Aperitivo at The Baglioni. Absolutely delicious, heaps of exquisite food in lovely refined surroundings. Perfect treat in the heart of London!

So Italian and trendy exclusive. Just enter and see how they open you the door, and serve, and what you can eat. (I think they do masterclasses too)

Rooms are amazing, staff very friendly, breakfast brilliant but a bit slow… very strong coffee!

My experience is about the outside bar area/terrace. We went there for a late Sunday aperitivo as had heard that they are doing this. We sat at a table outside (the terrace is lovely and there are heaters also) and we waited for 30-35 minutes. After that and as no one had come to take an order/offer some water/give us the menus, we had to go inside and ask. We then managed to order a bottle of prosecco with aperitivo. The selection of nibbles provided was quite nice (olives, nuts, bruschetta, omelette, croquettes and pieces of Parmesan). The prices are very high but that is justified by the location and the hotel itself (the reception is very beautiful and has a luxury feeling). If the service improves, I would want to try it again as also the bar inside seemed quite promising.

Amazing cocktails and food and the service makes the whole experience beyond excellent.

On the whole, a lovely hotel but there were a few niggles. Some rooms have zero views (i. E. A wall) but still cost in excess of £350. Bedrooms are unbearably hot even though air con on lowest setting. Breakfast is very expensive and confusing. Just one card for a room with two occupants. Ended up with one cooked breakfast, one cereal and milk, one cup of tea (with one cup) yet juice and pastries for two. That cost £45! Positives were: sexy black gloss bathrooms with blue spotlights in the floor that can be operated independently from the main lights, comfy beds and bedding, a turn-down service, free sparkling/still water, free coffee machine in each room, mini bar and fab restaurant. We stayed for a special family birthday. If this is in your normal price range, it's a nice place to stay in an extremely convenient location for Kensington Palace. We stayed in room 101 and had a small private terrace too. Finally, door staff are incredibly helpful. You leave your car in the layby just outside the hotel's front door and then the doorman will fetch your bags and then go and park your car (somewhere offsite). Parking costs £45 per day.

I'm here now and I'm blown away by the staff; the spa and the food. This is the very best of the best! Highly. HIGHLY recommend it. My stay has been perfection! (24 hour steam room for a weary traveler … best food … the concierge … the driver and rooms … perfect!

Nice aperitif location really great.

Went for afternoon tea with my friend as a birthday treat. Lovely food and friendly staff. They even made me a little birthday cake. Fantastic service. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Staff were friendly without being over the top and the suite was second to none. Loved every minute of our stay. Toast with our breakfast would have benefited from an extra 30 seconds.

The most amazing service that I've ever received at a hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay fantastic. This was my first stay in London and I would do it again right here at the Baglioni.

We stayed for two nights, hotel location, room clean and tidy, intelligent, decorated very well, bar very nice, comfortable, staff very helpful and polite. One night, ate dinner in a restaurant, high quality ingredients, it looks good and is very fresh. All in all it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel was beautiful! Stunning. We upgraded to the suite with champagne and chocolates on arrival — what a treat for my partner.

I attended a children's party there today and was very impressed. I was welcomed by very friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is beautiful and the food and service were excellent.

We enjoyed an amazing afternoon tea. Service was exemplary as well as the ambience. However there were a couple of things that let it down. The fruit scones had chocolete in them and the pastries were disappointing.

A group of 6 of us had afternoon tea at the restaurant in the Hotel. What a wonderful experience that was. The service was impeccable and all the waiting staff charming and attentive. The tea itself was fa, r far better than we expected and were able to take away cakes and scones that we couldn't fit in. Italian hospitality and generosity all the way. Made me feel proud to be Italian. Thank you so much.
