Possibly the worst hotel I've stayed in. Terrible room, terrible bed, terrible staff. We (me and my partner) were contacted some weeks later to say that they'd had problems with their card machine and apparently our payment had not gone through. After making payment (again) via bank transfer we continued to be harassed as they "couldn't see the payment". They continued to email several times despite the fact payment had been made. In general, just a hole of a place i'd suggest you avoid!
Worst living space you can find. If you are paying 700 something a month for a place to rent, you could close your eyes and pick anywhere and that would still be bette than this place. Here are just some problems that I have encountered living here. 1. Staff are incompetent at all when running this building. False fire alarms are triggered on daily basis sometimes in the middle of the night. And they just couldn't find a way to stop it. 2. As a student living apartment, they lock all the lounges after 10 because people are making loud noises. Their management model is if they can't fix the problem then just close it. 3. The shared common kitchen have theft all the time, whether it is you food or kitchenware will be stolen all the time. After complaining this issue to the management, they couldn't come up with any solution. I fear they might close the kitchen based on their usual management method. 4. No AC! No AC! It can be really hot in the summer here. To make things worse, they provide leather chair in each room, so expect your butt sweat a lot in the summer time. 5. When I lived here there were blackout and internet problems. Maybe it's not the pure city's fault. But you should definitely be aware of.
