Reviews of The Hoxton, Shoreditch 4*
Fabulous hotel, great rooms, lovely cocktails Roof top restaurant well worth a visit Was unlucky with breakfast staff more than made up for it.
Better managed and retrain the staff. I was left with no money in my bank as the hotel put through a pending amount on my card at check in and took another amount at checkout. Disgraceful.
Had lovely breakfast there this morning. Staff really friendly.
Rooms not soundproofed at all. On speaking with reception to change rooms very unhelpful. If you want a decent sleep stay elsewhere. Nightclub/loud music in until at least 1am. Wouldn’t recommend at all not worth the money they charge.
Would totally recommend to anyone the food and hotel are amazing.
Room was amazing, service wonderful but the bar foyer is a very loud very popular bar.
Fabulous amazing hotel! Rooms so stylish, staff friendly and food to die for.
Great hotel that has a vibrant atmosphere and is so dog friendly
The staff were superb and everything went beautifully. We will return.
Lovely staff and great food.
Wonderful, next time I will eat at the restaurant as well. Lovely decor, good ambiance, the staff were really professional.
From the funky decor to the delicious menu, not to mention the fabulous staff — I highly recommend The Hoxton. You feel so welcome it truly is a unique hotel experience. The room we stayed in was quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great shower, black out curtains, quality sheets etc… However it is the team of staff that makes a hotel, these people are really exceptional. Cannot wait to return.
The place is amazing and lovely. Food top notch. Please don’t let yourselves down by making customers buy a meal with second drinks that’s not government guidelines — be fair and don’t let yourselves down!
I was very disappointed being advised to have a meal with each drink. I bought a starter, main and a drink. Was not allowed to buy another drink without buying another main. That's not the Government guideline. You are robbing people.
I was in the bar & grill area. Uber helpful staff, very friendly too.
Great atmosphere and music food fantastic.
Lovely room. Great location.
Cozy rooms, the bar is open until 2am, friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Just checked in… thought we’d get a drink at the bar, no seats available. Plenty of empty seats in restaurant but told we can’t sit there as it’s a restaurant. Staff member tried to find a seat for us, told we could stand at the bar and wait for hostess to seat us… nobody comes to help, we give up… never felt such a bad welcome in all the hotels we’ve stayed in.
Great atmosphere, super rooms, recommend the food too.
Dog friendly bar area, team lunch with the pooch. Great food and cocktails, good value and a cool vibe.
Lovely place with great food and service! ❤️
Brilliant space. Great location. Helpful staff. Highly recommend.
The coolest place and staff around.
Great hotel for a visit to London! Cool lounge in the lobby and a great neighbourhood to walk around.
The Bar and Grill at The Hoxton Shoreditch! Have an excellent atmosphere! Great food, great crowd even greater service from the bar staff, especially Jacek! He is probably the BEST barman in London! I highly recommend this Bar and Grill even if only for the service you get from the bar team, especially Jacek! Go and experience this wonderful place! The Hoxton Shoreditch Bar and Grill is the BEST amongst The Hoxton chain in London, thanks mostly to it's wonderful staff Jacek and Vlad!
Not a relaxing bar at all. Very poncy and expensive. Everyone dressed to impress. It’s ok if your young and can afford it. Full of poseurs.
Love this spot. The reception staff were super friendly and my room was really unique. I love the co-working and hotel guest concept. The coffee and smoothies are great, I’ll definitely stay again!
The rooms are great. Though tight, it has enough space for all the things you need to do. The office desk is efficient. I definitely will stay here again next time I come back. It is comfortable and the doorman is friendly. It is also in a very walkable location.
A hip and trendy hotel in an ideal location for East London. Close to the tube, bars and restaurants. Great if you like street art, food and cocktails in funky jars. Good restaurant and bar area. Rooms are nicer, with lovely shower gel. A robe and slippers would make this 5/5
I was fortunate to stay here as part of a business trip. Not knowing what to expect, I was greeted by friendly, welcoming, trendy-looking staff. Upon entering my room I was pleasantly surprised. This was easily one of the best looking modern city hotel rooms I have stayed in. Beautifully finished with premium materials and furniture, in a trendy yet simply stylish manner. Despite the busy bar/restaurant below, I had a great nights sleep. In fact I didn't hear anything at all. The following morning, I treated myself to a full cooked breakfast. Needless to say, the food was tasty and well presented. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, and I would happily stay here again.
Great lobby to work, meet and eat. The cafe is really good. Great decor surrounded by hipster people. At happy hour is super crowded but stills fun if you look for this kind of place. Even if you are vegan (my case)
Bit too much of a party hotel for my liking. I like to be able yo have an escape from the party, but with thing walls there's not much of an escape. They do have good breakfast decent rooms and a great place to work during the day.
Trendy, polite but all seats taken by people with a single coffee and laptop. Must be a good place to work!
However we were surprised to get a Kia Royale in a 'martini /margarita ' glass.
My cuba-libre was served in straight glass.
Popped across the road … to very cocktail bar.
Visited here on 3/6/18 with my lovely lady. We were warmly greeted and seated straight away (it was really busy too).
We both ordered the breakfast hash, which was swiftly brought to our table. Beautifully presented, it was an excellent choice as it was totally totally enjoyable.
A fine fried egg topped the best tasting potato rosti I have ever had. Underneath was a delicious mix of cabbage, onion/spring onion, peppers and pulled salt beef. A finer “upmarket bubble n squeak” you’ll struggle to find.
I have been singing the praises of this meal ever since and am now advocating The Hoxton as a place to visit to everyone I meet at home in Sth Wales
I will definitely be going back to eat there again.
A very good environment and excellent prices. Thoroughly recommend this place for a couple or a group looking for a good and chill place to have a night out. The service is quick and effective and the place is beautifully decorated. It takes you to a posh environment with no pretensions as you will be able to state yourself by the different crowds going in and out.
This review is for the free/open workspace only. The lobby area of the hotel serves as a free place to work by day and a bar by night. There are lots of sofas and desks for all styles of work. You can definitely cosy up into a corner chair or gather around a larger table and plug sockets are available. Hot and cold drinks are served throughout the day and the staff are non-intrusive. Chilled music is playing in the background so bring your headphones along for a quieter experience.
My friend hired out 'The Kitchen' for her birthday event followed by a set sharing menu in 'The Dining Room'. George, who took care of us brining the drinks and making sure we got the food, was fantastic. The food and drinks were delicious and overall had a fantastic time. The bar was not my kind of venue personally but it looked lively and good fun for those there.
There is never any complaints about this place. Perfect… I look forward to testing the hotel part (which according to some echoes seems to be of extreme comfort). To take full advantage of the bar-restaurant and its cosy atmosphere, it is best to go there in the week or on Sundays. Saturday night is to be avoided… Oh, really.
Fantastic large scale boutique hotel, small but stylish well equipped rooms, friendly service, free breakfast bag included with stay, fruit and yogurt! Great breakfast served in the restaurant area, busy bar at night with cocktails and good selection of drinks. All reasonable priced for this central London location would highly recommend for short stays.
This review is for the lobby. Searching for places to work with my laptop in London, and this is winner winner chicken dinner! (Didn't have dinner but had a few cheeky beers while working). On a Tuesday afternoon, the place is buzzing with people conversing and working. Has such a nice vibe! A place where you can come with a laptop and not feel like you are out of place. There are many nooks and crannies in the lobby to find a good spot to work. And two fireplaces! (Swoon! ).
We’ve stayed at the Hoxton Shoreditch before and loved it. The rooms are great, as is the overall service, so can’t fault that. But this time we discovered that due to the new, ‘rocking vibe’ if you want to sleep make sure you’re not on floor 1. It’s still got a laid back vibe which we like, even if the music is louder than it seemed to be the last time we visited.
That said the management were great when we brought it to their attention. So, if you want a great time, but also the ability to sleep (and if like me a mouse can wake you up! ), then just request a quieter room on a higher floor.
I love it here. I often come by for a cocktail and to do a little work. The Bloody Mary’s are goood! And as I am on a mission to find the best in London (and around the world) I feel pretty qualified to say this ;). The bartenders are great, they’ll mix a cocktail of request and like it get creative. The Wi-Fi is really good bearing in mind how many people come here to work, I had no problems with it. Yesterday I ordered the salt beef hash and it was delicious! Thoroughly recommend this. I would definitely come back for more of that and the Bloody Mary’s. Service is prompt and reliable too. The staff are friendly which always goes a long way.
Nice hotel, hip lobby and kind staff. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet in the rooms. They provided milk for coffee in the morning which I really appreciated.
Great place to eat something with friends. Comfortable and excellent service.
If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… This is a hotel that epitomises trendiness and exudes style attracting a very young crowd. A bustling informal foyer with lots of seating and hot desks for working or simply going online. There is also a bar which is right in the front so it is easily mistaken from the window for a cafe/bar rather than a hotel.
Great big location with amazing brunches on offer! Amazing cocktails. Can handle big groups and service is great! Love this part of London xxx.
First impression: This is a hostel not a hotel. All over the lobby there are teenagers with a laptop, cell phone or tablet. Staff are also more likely to be young adults.
Room nice and clean. Very central and Max 5 minutes to Subway. Mattress comfortable. Little Closet. Minibar water and milk for coffee/tea.
Unfortunately evening noise from the lobby until about 02:00 in the morning.
Despite prepay deposit of credit card for each day.
No place in the lobby for guests due to teenagers.
Breakfast only 200ml drink, banana and cereal yogurt. For more the guest must pay in the restaurant and additionally.
The Hoxton is a social hub: the crowds on Friday and Saturday evenings are impressive. It's like walking in a club. But the rooms are quiet and cozy. Not big but very well set up. Incredible price performance and a great location in East London. Highly recommended.
We went for breakfast. They have a really good selection of food and cater for a lot of dietary needs which is handy. Food is of great quality. Just a bit too fancy for my liking but that's just personal preference.
Nice room, good bar with restaurant downstairs, weekend noisy party, from level two but no longer really noticeable. Friendly staff. The only criticism and therefore deduction is the breakfast, which is very sparse and can be picked up in a paper bag in the morning at the room door.

RespondWe had a great meal at The Hoxton. For anyone who hasn't been before I can't recommend the Cobb Salad highly enough, it's delicious! Service was great as always; super helpful and really friendly. We've been a few times before and it's a great place to meet friends for a drink or to eat. We will definitely have to try the hotel soon!
Great Hotel. After the wonderful experience in the one in Amsterdam we came for Christmas 2017. Location always very nice, beautiful rooms (La roomy is very spacious, small wardrobe) and spotless. As often happens abroad the hotel is also very popular with local young people both in the afternoon and in the evening (in the lobby there are lots of DJ sets and obviously serve to drink). For this last thing, even if on the fourth floor, a minimum of music was felt but nothing in the slightest annoying. Staff always very courteous.
Very nice place to spend a stay in East London! The restaurant is great!
Very centrally located, close to Liverpool station and Old Street subway station. Interesting, truth young audience, great bar with DJ in the Basefloor, Grill and Cafe. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Well located, very close to the old station subway. Ideal for visiting the city. The hotel is super and mostly ultra trendy.
I've stayed many times at the Hoxton and it's always a winner. It's a real refuge from the bustle of Shoreditch and the perfect place to chill with a glass of wine. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well-equipped and the staff provide excellent service. Love it.
Nice décor, quick service, lots of choices for breakfast. The "Avocado toasts" are really good:)
Nice for the hearty English breakfast after a morning ride on Eurostar!
Fast service.
I saw this place walking past and decided to visit it one day. I'm glad I did. The hotel is very welcoming and I really like the environment they have created. People sitting and working together makes it very unique. The staff are very friendly and personable too so it makes visiting here all the better.
Lovely menu of well presented good value food. Service can be very slow at lunch and waiting staff a little inattentive at times. Steaks are always fantastic.
The Hoxton in Shoreditch is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever been to. The rooms are modern and stylishly furnished. The overall, very good corporate design of the hotels is reflected in the smallest detail and gives you the feeling of being in a place where the people who created it would be happy to be guests. The Hoxton Grill, the bar and the Café are outstanding, the staff courteous and the foyer invites you to read in front of the fireplace. From now on, no other hotel in London will be in question.
Hotel stylistically very nice. Fantastic Lobby and nice room. Good Potion. You Notice the lack of the hairdryer in the room!
Stayed at the hotel last Friday night — fantastic experience. Don’t think I’ve ever had a more comfortable bed. It’s all about the details here. Loved the massive towels! Fridays are quite noisy downstairs so if you can, ask for a room on the upper floors :) We had dinner in the Hoxton Grill which was also excellent including the service. Can’t wait to stay again!
Great location! The rooms are nice but the best part about this place is the the bar & restaurant downstairs. They offer a great breakfast and lunch which serves as a bar at night. On weekend nights they have a DJ. Place gets packed.
Have been several times now. Great atmosphere — always vibrant. The weekend menu has a good balance of breakfast and more substantial dishes. The manager is always very attentive and welcoming. The staff on this occasion weren't as friendly and showed less care when serving us, offering us dishes that had ingredients missing as the kitchen had run out. We were also offered A high chair for our baby which never arrived. A shame as usually a great weekend venue and baby friendly!
Love this place. However it's usually very busy on Friday nights so come early or don't expect to find a sit. Bar and staff are good but it's a large place so if you are in the lounge area service can be slow. Great decor, great vibe, great classy spot for East London.
Went for food. A bit hectic and had to wait quite a while for waiting staff. Food was good, cocktails sounded great on menu but didn't live up to expectations, have had better elsewhere. Prices a little higher than other places I would probably prefer to choose next time.
Went for an informal meeting with a colleague. Some interesting choices on the soft drinks but unfortunately not to my personal taste, colleague loved it though. Service was fairly efficient although it could sometimes be difficult to get the attention of a waiter when needed. The downstairs bar has some lovely banquette seating making it ideal for a relaxed daytime drink or a bite to eat. It's a little dark in the room but noise levels are perfect to have a conversation without feeling like you're the only one talking. Overall a positive experience.
I love this place. It has a feeling like no other hotel I've ever visited. The lounge is full of people working and chatting, the cafe serves luscious food, the meeting rooms are interesting and there's even some with their own kitchen space (maybe more). I was once invited to visit a room. The layout and decor were unique and it was spacious. If I can ever catch a sale, I'm staying! Just awesome.
15th April 2017 — Below is the review of when we first visited the Hoxton. Upon reading my review, the manager very promptly contacted us to apologise for our uncomfortable night sleep and eagerly offered us a reduced rate in a fantastic room and complimentary breakfast. We have to say, that this time, we were not disappointed! The room was even more quirky and fabulous than the first and most importantly, a very comfy bed and no noise from below! TBF, we were put on the 6th floor this time, not the 2nd, but as long as you can always request a room in a higher floor on a Friday or Saturday night, that's fine. Breakfast, as before, was very tasty and staff were just as friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel again and it's so lovely to see a company so keen to create a good reputation for their brand! Well done Hoxton!
27th March 2017 — 3/5 — A bit of a mixed review. Looks wise, its fantastic! Just the hipster chic I love! Staff at front desk and in restaurant for breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing, highly recommended! Rooms were also beautifully decorated and very clean. Great location too, walking distance of Old Street. However, not being from London, we were unaware of what a night hot spot it was, with a lot of people coming in for dinner and drinks. Atmosphere seemed great when we returned at 11.30pm, but we just wanted to head up to our room.
Great place built just when gentrification of Shoreditch was in its pregnancy. We were lucky to watch the Shard being built and the top floors have views that were initially dominated by the Gherkin. You can see the Cheese Grater too. The Hox as it is locally known supports a very lively atmosphere and was one of the first to offer free Wi-Fi (no access code or registration) when opened. Inside are live a permanent art gallery and an apartment that can be pre-booked. Plenty of meeting rooms, a ping pong table and pop up shops have come and gone. Reception staff are very friendly and always courteous. A good few have been with the hotel since its inception around 2004. The lounge/restaurant is one of the places to be seen on Friday evenings. All amenities are included notable of which is the inclusive breakfast consisting of an orange juice, banana and granola. Initially built by the owner of Pret-a-Manger the hotel recently changed hands and acquired sister sites in Holborn and Amsterdam. We have never looked back since our first stay in 2006 when friends would raise eyebrows at the mentioning of Hoxton and taxi drivers would be pleasantly surprised on discovering this institution that encouraged gentrification to an unloved part of London's East End. As I write this in 2016, a boutique hotel is being built behind the Hoxton on Willow Street and a massive complex is being built further up and off Great Eastern Street where the infamous Chariots was housed.
Cute, funny and (at the time) cheap. The room was adequate and the convenient location if you want to go out to Shoredict and East London.
Contemporary, great value for money, good sized beautifully designed rooms with lots of nice touches (I expecially liked browsing through the old lp records). The staff were really helpful, the restaurant and bar is so nice you won't want to go and see London at all. It's a few minutes walk from Old Street tube station and 10 minutes walk from the fabulous Brick Lane. Definitely recommend this place, I will now always try and stay here.
The Hoxton's bar is a real gem for those looking to have a conversation. The music is subtle and largely tasteful and the atmosphere is intentionally very relaxed. Staff during the social event that I attended we're polite and attentive without trying to push the hard sell. Recommended.
Fantastic hotel, lively room. Staff helpful and friendly. Complementary breakfast bag was a nice touch. Will definitely stay again.
One of the nicest places I stayed at in London so far. Great design. Great lively lobby people are actually using, decent hassle free Wi-Fi. Continual plug in the room. They have many details right, and leave away the stuff nobody actually needs (minibar, sewing kit, …). Loud aircon in the yard unfortunately, so sleeping with window open was a bit hard. Otherwise pretty much perfect.
Great hotel from the front door onwards. Massive space downstairs bar, restaurant, lounge area, coffee bar. Rooms were really cool with some nice touches, milk proper coffee bags, local area map, free water, a fridge to use. Only issue was AC was a tad loud but one of my favourite hotels I have ever stayed in. If you like the style and are try roxy in nyc and the dean in providence Rhode Island same vibe. The staff were all very friendly as well from Their service to simply saying hi in the corridor.
If you're trying to find a really great deal on this amazing hotel I'd highly suggest booking it through HotelRaven. Com They have great deals for it on there! Such a perfect place don't have enough great things to say! We were offered a very special deal for a night, £10! So we decided to spend the evening around Shoreditch. The rooms very large enough and very modern. The only grumble was that they were a little too warm but hey ho for a tenner, we couldn't really complain. The breakfast was very hearty.
Unreasonably offended by the rude security staff. I was threatened, verbally abused, and harassed. Avoid!
We went here fore some drinks while meeting friends who were staying at the hotel upstairs. The bar area was large and had the vibe of a fully fledged var and not just a hotel bar. The drinks were generally good, they could make more or less any cocktail you asked for, although they didn't seem to have any listed on a drinks menu so you had to remember what cictails you have had in the past! Cocktails £9 each.

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Friendly staff, amazing vibe and environment. The room rooms was spotless. The only thing I could possibly say is that the bed was too comfortable.
Had two mini plates for lunch (chicken wings and macaroni bites), both were really tasty a d my colleagues also enjoyed their meals. Staff friendly and helpful.
Came here for breakfast with a boyfriend a couple of months ago and had their full English, which was really nice, but their pancakes are what I really loved — they were big and thick and tasted incredible! Hopefully will come back again just for their pancakes :)
Fabulous in every single way! Absolutely faultless. Best hotel I've stayed in in London. Thank you to all the great staff who work so hard to make it so brilliant.
Great hotel. Lots of designer detailed touches, and tea and coffee facilities in room. Also have free milk and water in the mini fridge which is convenient. Location is right in the center of Shoreditch, perfect for going out!
Walking into The Hoxton you are greeted by a modern combination of exposed brick and atmospheric lighting. The service was quick but this place does get busy on the weekends so probably not ideal for children.
Great hotel and very attending staff. Truly different hotel experience that goes beyond and delivers happy memories each time. Bar and restaurant are must too. All so friendly.
The Hoxton is like a W Hotel, but on steroids. The location is near my office and convenient for me. The rooms are small by US standards, but manage to feel spacious as they are smartly laid out. Everything is fresh and clean and staff is very helpful. I appreciate how they get your complimentary breakfast sent to your room when you want it and that there is fresh water and milk in the room at no charge. My third time staying here and have no reason to look elsewhere.
Not to be missed. If only to take the tea. In 2014 he lived a full refurbishment. Modern interior design and industrial.
Very nice hotel with rates low for London.
You will find a real life places, with a restaurant, a lively evening bar and spaces where trainer (couches near the fireplace or canopy).
The hotel is located in the trendy Shoreditch.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for my 30th birthday and it was amazing. The downstairs area was so nice and relaxing and the room was a little wonder. I had the best birthday! Truly recommend this hotel, one of the best I stayed in.
A great chilled out atmosphere. Wonderful for evening cocktails and dinner, or a Sunday afternoon enjoying a roast and a few beers. The macaroni cheese is lovely.
Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Really cool vibe and the rooms have so much character. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. If you're visiting London, this is the place to stay.
The Hoxton, is one of those places you seem to hear about as a place to go, but even though it is full of "ra ra" crowds, it is usually a great place to go or end up. There is rarely a queue to get in, unless there's an event. The food is amazing, the bar is usually quick at getting you served. There's usually a seat somewhere near the front of the place to sit down and chill. I've been there a few time for events, such as Yoga, Book Launches and such. I'd always recommend going to The Hoxton for at least one drink if you are in the area.
An old favourite for birthday drinks. It out never fails to deliver on good cocktails, pretentious crowd and shitty bar service. A fun night out if that's what you're looking for. Their Espresso and Porn Star Martinis are a win.
I love the bar space here! It's like a huge but cosy, chilled out, living room space, with a bar! The atmosphere is great and welcoming, I've only really been for drinks but would wholly recommend it. One of my favourite places in London.
I love it here. Everything about it is fabulous. I saw one of the directors presenting at a conference a couple of years ago. He was talking about the culture of Citizen M and how they operate internally. They are an awesome company and it shows when you stay in their hotels, from the rooms to the people working for them, the facilities, atmosphere. I could go on.
Slightly quirky with compact but comfortable rooms containing decent facilities (large, modern 'smart' TV, digital radio, plenty of plug sockets, truly free Wi-Fi with excellent coverage, quality tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk in mini fridge, complimentary mineral water, selection of books) as well as a super lounge area and The Hoxton Grill restaurant. Hoxton Grill itself was not mind-blowing, although their prices were eyebrow-raising. Can't say I was fully blown away by it all, but I'm not a natural Hoxtonite/Shoreditchist. If you like skinny fit jeans with turn-ups, big beards with immaculately coiffed 'do', window-glass spectacles, own a satchel and ride a fixie, or you're a balding, middle-aged guy with a _keffiyeh_ and a pocket puppy who works in advertising, then you'll probably fit right in.
Such a great place for a drink and a bit of free Wi-Fi. Roaring fire, coffees, beers, impressive spirit selection, and fresh fruit smoothie. Very cool. The place to go when twiddling thumbs or trying to work in Shoreditch.
Lobby is always buzzing no matter what hour of the day. Great place to cosy up with a pot of tea in front of the fireplace on a chilly afternoon.
Friendly helpful staff — easy check in/out and we could leave our luggage there after checkout. Also very happy to book taxis for us. Many thanks to them. Quirky, fun corridors to rooms which kept up the theme, in a good way, of the converted warehouse. Room was excellent with good facilities, good view of the Shard!, and bed was really very comfortable. Breakfast 'bag' was excellent especially as we were up too late for breakfast — mainly due to brilliant blackout blinds so thought it was still night time! Although a bit pricey, Restaurant served best burger I've ever had. Great stay.
Very stylish hotel and rooms. Bad is very confortable but not cleanest bed sheets, too. The breakfast bags are rather disappointing. You will get a cheap yogurt, a banana and an orange juice (worth 2 pounds). If you like your breakfast. Then get ready to spend some money somewhere else (starbucks is actually not that far :) ).
Great Place for the great price. Easy access to the vibrant nightlife around. The food in the hotel restaurant is usually pretty good and the only real complaint I had was the size of the room. It's pretty small and basic but I suppose you do get what you pay for, especially in London.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the fabulous Hoxton Hotel –Shoreditch. This was a group booking to accommodate us for our corporate Christmas party 2013. Firstly I must comment on the remarkable hospitality and professional practice from the staff – Especially that of Carlos, who is an absolute credit to the workforce. Our rooms where not only spacious but cleaned to the highest of standards. The presentation was exceptional and staff are ready to cater to your every need (within reason ) I 100% highly recommend this hotel for any function level – you will not be disappointed.
