We had a mistake booking through a third party website, but the staff were able to accommodate us and looked after us very well. Followed by a power issue in our room, again staff got it sorted fast.

Very well priced, good location, friendly staff, modern decor and comfy beds. No real complaints.

Was not familiar with the area at all, so the fact that the hotel is literally right next door to the tube station really made a positive difference for me as I was traveling with a baby and a pram. Upon entry, I was greeted with a friendly smile and was asked if I would need a cot for my son (something I had actually completely overlooked) they made sure we were accommodated and the great customer service was not stop even as we checked Out the next day. Clean and comfy this is a gem of a hotel. Kid and pet friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Stayed there during the day, the hotel was ran efficiently and the rooms were great value for money. We were greeted by a great receptionist (Billy) who made checking in really easy. Would stay here again.

We're do I start? It was not what I expected as the beds were uncomfortable. Me and my friend could hear upstairs and the next room and also we could hear everyone go past all night, the only thing that was good was the free Wi-Fi.

Don’t even know where to begin! This is definitely one of my favourite hotels. The rooms were lovely and there is 24 hour help available on reception. We were served by Zeeshan who really made us feel welcome. He was friendly and professional and genuinely made our stay that much more special. Looking forward to coming back!

I recently stayed at the Shepherd's Bush Boutique hotel and I must say I am very impressed with the staff and how helpful they are. One particular member, Zeeshan, at the reception desk was extremely accommodating and made sure my stay was as comfortable and smooth as possible. Will definitely be back!

Clean, reasonably priced rooms. Rooms are nicely decorated, large bathroom and has a fridge. Friendly staff. 24 hour room service. Doesn't serve breakfast but so many different places around the corner to eat in. Westfield is a very short walk. Lost marks because there is no view and the walls are quite thin. Couldn't hear people next door but could hear the ones upstairs.

Nice little boutique hotel located next to a tube station which makes getting around London really much easier. Rooms are decorated to a nice standard and are cleaned each day. Friendly staff are on site at reception 24hours. The is even a nice little bar and the prices are reasonable. Mattresses were a bit soft, which for me was the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

Nice place, well situated, staff were friendly and the room was clean and pleasant. Some slight maintenance needed, the odd cracked tile and scuffed wall but overall very nice.

Nice hotel with very friendly service but I found that the bed was too small and the mattress was too soft so not a great night's sleep.

Excellent affordable hotel. Greate rooms with useuall aminaties. Staff where all excellent especially Zeeshan who quicly responds to any concierge request.

Very friendly staff. Rooms tasteful and clean. Our ceiling had a big area of fresh plaster that was unfinished and a light fitting hanging out which was a shame as it made the room feel shabby. The doors to the rooms all have large gaps under them which is odd. Bathroom clean but a bit smelly. Ok, in general.

Room size was ok but this was for the upgraded room. Surprisingly quiet but that probably depends on which room you have. Very convenient for tubes, Westfield and Shepherd's Bush Empire. Reasonably priced for London. Service was fine.

Excellent location, quiet room despite the adjacent underground line. Nice staff, very professional yet relaxed. Rooms look good and are clean, spacious and well equipped. Would most definitely recommend and would stay again.

Unexpectedly good little hotel priced nicely the rooms are clean stylish and well appointed. Decent customer service as well. Not noisy which is amazing given the proximity to the train line and station. Only issue is the rooms are not big.

Room was clean and tidy with just a few issues. Shower knob was broken and came off in my hand so turning it on and off was difficult. The bed was very hard but OK for a couple nights stay and the other thing was during the night it sounded like there was a waterfall in the room from the room above us shower or toilet. It was loud and a little worrying to hear in the middle of the night. Other than that, the staff were friendly and helpful and location is good for tube services.

Good stay. Close to tube station and westfield shopping centre. The bed so comfortable. Nice reception team.

Rooms were quite small but very clean and in an excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, highly recommend.

Good boutique, however, very small rooms, reception not excessively friendly. I didn't try the breakfast, Westfield mall is very close for any food need. Watch out for the very close metro station, you can hear every train until midnight!

Made a booking the day before and turned up in time with my partner. Parked the car paid for all of that just to be told at reception that we don't have a room and need to look for something else. They have offered us a room for half a day! Who would do that? Luckily I haven't paid upfront… But really half a day? On top of that the receptionist was really rude breaking the news. At least apologize for FS… Save the hassle… Don't use this place.

Great clean hotel with friendly staff and a 24 hour desk. I came back late but was greeted and helped to my room. The hotel is situated in a great place for tourists too… not a very expensive part of London but it is still easy to travel around and also on the doorstep of Westfield. Xxx Bye.

Good Hotel in direct proximity to the Underground. Rooms are quite small but clean. For London priced ok.

Very friendly staff, 2 double rooms booked. Significant difference in Groeße and equipment, once a very small room without a bedside lamp, even a very large room. Breakfast never posted. Ambindung is very good. In the surroundings there is everything for everyday life needs.
