We were put in a bedroom in the basement for starters with a view of a overgrown garden, curtains were dirty, only 1 bottle of water for 2 people, the hot water didnt work so had to get the maintenance guy out in the morning which luckily he fixed the problem within 20 minutes (this must of been like this before as he had to take the unit off and fix something behind the shower). On check in we were told we had to give in our car keys just incase our car was in the way and the staff could move it (we were a little uncomfortable in doing this at the start but gave our trust in the staff) when checking out we were given our keys back so went to the car (which had been moved forward from where it had been parked on check in) and were greeted to all 4 windows totally open! So we went back to reception to say what had happened and the reception lady said we had obviously not closed our windows… we hadn't even had the keys since checking in so was not us at all! She then said that she doesn't even know who moved the car as the man on last night doesn't even have a driving licence! My response was who an earth moved the car then because who ever did had left all windows open all evening when it had also rained so had wet seats… luckily we didnt have anything valuable on show as the car was on view to all passing walkers. The whole stay was not satisfactory for us at all and we will never be staying here again. Such a shame!

Friendly check in but rooms were shabby.
Looked at a couple of them but they were all the same.
No shower gel only shampoo and body lotion. No info for Wi-Fi, not advised of breakfast times.
Breakfast beans and eggs were cold. Cheese dry.
Room was a bit noisy.
Not good value.

Very out dated, needs modernisation, a no it's where it is but no way is it worth the price you pay to stay in the conditions this hotel is in.

The staff are friendly and very helpful. £4 for a Stella that turns out to be a 300ml plastic bottle. Most disappointing shower. Towels the size of postage stamps.

Nice staff, but the accommodations were sub par. Needs to be completely renovated. Sinking bathroom ceiling with mold, no Air Conditioner and just overall poor quality. I thought it would be better being so close to Stamford Bridge, but I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap rate, cheap accommodations.

Located right next to Chelse football club. Friendly staff, nice service, good location, comfortable rooms and good Wi-Fi connection.

I stayed 7 nights in this hotel. I am happy about the service that been offered. Nice staff especially, first floor maid" Zofia "who cleaned and organized our room in every day very well and good breakfast every morning as well.

The hotel was nice enough. The price was related to the postcode way over the top. But compared to their peers it's only okay.

Great hotel staff very friendly. Great location nice area. Right literally next to Chelsea stadium. Food was ok. But lots of restaraunts/pubs and cafes right nearby.

Well located Garnier value for money.

Horrible. Dirty. The room service made the bed and tidied up. The standard poor. Failed to close door. Our room was insecure with all our belongings inside. Luckily nothing missing. Reception did not care and said that we had left it open even though the bed was made? Don't go there.

Lovely staff especially the Italian gentleman from Siena. Lovely clean rooms & breakfast.

A normal three-star hotel. We were well catered for, it has very good access to the centre of Rome of shops. A little cold is spent in the hotel.

Parking is awkward and tight, didnt stay over but had a drink with a few colleagues who were staying over. The hotel looked alittle outdated from the outside, inside looked fairly standard. Definitely looked like a place for working guest to stay over rather than holiday guest.

Very convenient hotel for those who have to go to the Stamford Bridge Stadium to which it is practically attacked.

It was a room. Nothing special and not particularly comfy either.

My review on this hotel. — The staff were about as welcoming as a case of the diarrhea
— Very out dated and very dirty rooms
— Breakfast is included if you like stone cold eggs and toast
— Free WI-FI provided if you prepared to connect and disconnect every 15 seconds
— The beds where as hard as a south end gangster
— The curtains in the room where perfect as long as you didn't want to stop any light coming in (they didn't cover the windows) And the icing on the cake is the parking arrangements. £10 a day to park on the front of the hotel and you HAVE to leave your keys with the hotel so they can keep moving it around on a daily basis. When returning to my car the hand brake had been left and instead they just put the wheels on full lock, which to anyone with half a brain cell knows this can damage the steering. Who ever gave this hotel a 3 star needs a bullet!

My wife and I came down for one night for the Chelsea vs Swansea match and we were delighted with this hotel. Before I praise it I'll just say one negative thing about the room, it was a tad tired and could do with a wee bit of love and attention thats it. Right now for praise.

Zero stars. Grubby room and poor breakfast. Needs closing down, revamping and new owners. They should be ashamed of themselves. Staff were fantastic tho.

Rooms not maintained at all. Peeling paint. Chunks missing from side table and chairs. Unclean bathroom. Had to wash out the bath from the last people who were here. Breakfast was a joke. Overdone eggs. Watery scrambled eggs. Cold beans. Fruit juice that had seperated in the jug. Im thankful it was free as it was not worth wasting money on.

A dated hotel made up for by the helpful and cheerful staff. Loved the fruit and complimentary drink. Wouldn't pay their advertised price but the deal I got was value for money. Thank you!

Good location and quality for the money.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We got a room in the basement next to the parking. We couldn't sleep whole night because of the noise from the street, noise from the severs, fire alarm at 4am. The building is very old so we clearly heard the hotel staff working upstears since 5 am and people talking outside the property. At 6 am we had to leave, because of the leak in our room. The hotel staff was very rude and ignored our complains. The manager happen to be even worst and arrogant. All we heard for them was, that it's not their fault and they didn't apologize for anything. We met another guest complaining about the same things in the reception, but she resign of speaking to them when she realized they don't listen to her. The condition of the room and whole building was also very poor, so there is absolutely nothing good I could say + parking fee 10£. This place just shouldn't exist.

Ideal for stamford bridge with parking. A 20 min walk to kensington & hyde park.

The bed was too hard and you can feel the springs. The room fridge made a clicking noise throughout the night. The noise insulation is nil and you therefore hear anyone walking in the halls as if they were in your room. English breakfast consisted of eggs and beans and toast. On the plus: staff was nice.

If I could mark it 0 stars I would dirty room asked for bed to be made up for our son not done shower was skank. Our bed was stained on the covers big hole in the wall to sum room up big but very dated and dirty. Now let's move on to the rest of the hotel public toilets in the hotel I have seen cleaner in the tube station Breakfast was ok … Sum it up very handy place due to being next to tube station but dirty smelly nasty place to stay would not stay there again will be emailing them to voice my opinions.

It looks nothing like the pictures. The paint is old and it looks like the hotel staff has done it. There are rooms at the staircase where you can hear the staff working at 5am in the morning.

The staff is very friendly and very close to the metro line.

The structure is a bit obsolete. Very friendly staff. The place is right off the Chelsea stadium. The continental breakfast but very miserable. 3 Star Cheque because the room was dignified and the location very quiet to be London. Obviously it is a Hotel that definitely is not worth more than €70 a night for a double.

For £150 family room have to admit not very good. The TV didn't work to start with but the staff sorted it. The food was ok nothing to write home about. The bathroom, however, very poor. Shower head rusty, ceiling tiles with mould and the amount of lime scale around taps was shocking! Have to say staff were good apart from what I can only think was the manager just sat in the back while the guy was having problems with the card machine, he didn't really seem to care at all. Would I recommend it, NO, staff were good and helpful apart from the manager. Would I stay there again, absolutely not!

Very reasonably priced unless Chelsea are playing at home. Handy for bus routes and Fulham Broadway tube station. Friendly staff. Only downside for me is heating comes on around 2:30 and boils you in your sleep.

I was put in a room under reception, so I had people banging all night literally. There was a bouncer on the door on match nights that refused to let me into the hotel, unless I proved I'm staying with my key, that was behind reception. He also asked me to not smoke outside the hotel, next to the fag bin that was there for some unknown reason. I asked to move rooms and got fobbed off by reception more than once, so had a sleepless week in this hotel, all in all awful. Really disappointed as the hotel looks lovely from the outside!

We stayed here for two nights. Cheap compared to some hotels but one could argue not cheap enough given the standard of the rooms. The hotel is well positioned, just 5 minutes walk from Fulham Broadway tube giving easy access to anywhere you want to go and for football fans, just 2 mins past Chelsea football ground. The hotel has parking but they charge £10 per day and there is limited space. Wi-Fi is also charged for which we felt was an outdated and inconvenient policy. All of the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant throughout our stay. The 'continental breakfast' included in the price of the room is very good; plentiful, fresh and quite a choice of both hot and cold. However, our room overlooked what seemed to be a nursery operating from the hotel's front yard and was very noisy so not good if you return to the hotel to recharge during the day. Although the room was warm and water hot, depressingly the furnishings in our room were cheap and tatty, as was the bathroom with the shower being dated, jaded and very narrow… beware if you're not a small person! The bed was comfy and big, although the bedding was meagre and the towels clean but basic. The hotel was clean overall but paintwork and any repairs that have been made over the years clearly look like bodge jobs or done on the cheap. Some of the artwork on the walls is quite interesting but very random with many pictures left to hang crooked.

This hotel should never have 3 stars! It's at best a 2 stars! I completely disliked the smell in the hotel, the floor of the rooms are nearly cracking, need a complete renovation, Beds were uncomfortable, the state of some walls is awful, and I won't talk about some furniture! To avoid at all costs! After 2 nights there : I was gone! I've seen loads of hotels in my life but this must be one of the worst I made! I'll never ever go back there! Also prices are way too high for such joke of a 3 stars hotel! Also that hotel is very dirty!

Stayed here for the chelsea parade. Nice little hotel, staff friendly, bar reasonable priced, breakfast was lovely. We were able to check in early. We had a family room with a double bed and single. Car parking was £10 a day. Will stay here again and would recommend.

Old hotel. Poor breakfast. Night noises of the parquet like they were in the room. Zero privacy.

A fantastic stay personally for me for when I go to watch Chelsea play. The prices are good, the location is great and the staff are very friendly and will always help out. The hotel is within walking distance of Fulham Broadway Tube on the District Line.

Do NOT stay here. I booked a room, paid for it in advance by credit card. I went out for the evening and didn't make it back. The next morning I took the train home. When I checked my bank account, I noticed an additional £100.00 deduction. Unauthorised. When I enquired what had happened I was fobbed off with various excuses. One of the excuses was that it was for the key not being returned. When I argued that the cost of a replacement key was negligible and the deduction way in excess of the coat, I was given more ridiculous excuses. Bottom line, if you stay DO NOT give them your credit card. Pay in cash.

Good Place to Stay. Very near to Central London. Reasonable price and friendly staff.

BBC1 Only black and white fuzzy picture. No cups first night with in room tea tray. Remote seemed not to be able to operate cooling system so either extremely warm or drowned out by traffic noise. Food however was plain and wholesome for ab extremely reasonable price.
