The company responsible for this hotel won't pay their employees.

Hotel was easy to find. Check-in was easy and the employees are polite. Room was always clean and tidy when we came back from the city. However, the view from the window was one of a giant junkyard (random toilet included). Maybe something for the hotel to take into consideration.

The staff have been very friendly and helpful. Location is not fantastic but still great, almost next to Stamford Brooke Station and several buses servicing the area. Peaceful and serene neighbourhood. Clean and comfortable room. Compact but good enough.

Lovely place to stay. The rooms are small but comfortable. The rooms are equipped with a television, portable phone with free internet, a water boiler, a safe and a refrigerator. Everyday you come home to a clean bed and bathroom. All for a very reasonable price!

I booked with Agora so maybe it was mostly Agora's fault but I booked a 80£ nice looking room on photos to finish with a 7m² crapy room. Very disappointed!

Definitely a pleasant stay. Bead are comfy and room was pretty clean. All toiletries provided and the room although a little small (normal London hotel room size) was very nice. The toilet had the hands free flush system. There was a safe in the room as well, a small closet and you could put stuff under the bed (suitcase, shoes, etc. ). For the price and the location, this hotel is worth a try!

Buina position by Metro and bus. Small but functional rooms, modern, clean and updated technologically, basic toilets but well functioning, excellent value qqualità price.

Nice clean, fresh rooms. Ideal for that break to the city, without paying city centre prices. 20min on tube, which is 100m away. No food, bit plenty eateries close by. Would certainly come back.

Clean modern boutique hotel. I went to visit a friend who had flown in to visit me. They stayed here I was impressed with how clean and beautiful it was petite yes! But my goodness I have seen more expensive swanky hotels that did not pay half as much attention to ambiance and decor. This place has done its homework. Simple yet effective accents on the staircase. Simple and beautiful pictures and mirrors. I will definitely book a weekend in this place. I highly recommend if you are watching your cash flow yet require class, elegance and cleanliness. The pictures posted don't do it justice.

Nice hotel, not too expensive, very near a tube station and an excellent cafe round the corner for breakfast.

It's very central to London. Clean, but claustrophobic as very small rooms. No lift to upper floor making it very difficult to get luggage to rooms. Very basic amenities in the room. Plenty of restaurants close by. Excellent coffee shop next door. Close to tube station for transport to London.

Rooms tend to be on the small side. No lift so be warned! I have stayed there a few times and on one occasion I forgot my phone charger — emailed customer care about it with no reply. As it happened, it was my last time staying there. The few extra quids to pay to the neighbouring hotel across the street are worth it!

Perfect for what I needed. That room is small but clean and well stocked. The surrounding neighborhood feels safe and its 2 minutes from the train station. I love the idea of paying less you unnecessary luxuries.

Does its job. Stayed over night for an audition at a drama school the following day. The room is very small but is absolutely fine for what we needed it for. Extremely clean and modern, very up to date. Speakers in the bathroom, docking station, great! Kettle does not fit under the mini sink in the bathroom so had to use a mug to fill it up. Bath room sink is tiny resulting in difficulty washing before bed, water all over the floor. Nice big shower. Room heats up very quickly and that's a good note! Very responsive air conditioning unit :) Bathroom was in a different room but was absolutely freezing! It was good for what it was needed for and different for a change.

Stayed here for one night. The room was modern & clean and had a bathroom with a lovely shower. Also alongside the bed is an ipod docking station so you can play your own music. There was no noise all night. Staff are all excellent and helpful. The air con works amazingly well. The location is an excellent two minute walk from Stamford Brook tube station. It's close to the tube and river. Also free Wi-Fi. A great place to stay.

As positive aspects of the hotel you can highlight things such as its location, very close to the metro station, Stamford Brook and Chiswick High Road, a very commercial street where you can find pubs, restaurants of different styles, shops, and supermarkets. The rooms have been recently refurbished and the housekeeping is good. The bathroom is also very small. However, it has some negative points that should not be overlooked. In the first place, the single room in which I stayed was very small, possibly because being on the last floor, the sweeping shape of the roof generates a certain feeling of claustrophobia and discomfort. The establishment does not have a dining room or an elevator, and the old style of the building is that the stairs are very awkward to raise, which can become a serious problem for some people. As a last point I want to make clear that this criticism only refers to the single room that I have mentioned, because I don't know the actual dimensions of the double rooms.

Great location, not far from the tube station with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

The rooms barely have room to swing a cat, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, there is an awful smell in the reception area and the rooms do not come with everything advertised. I stayed in what they call a double room and could barely move in there (I am not a large person) t says we were meant to have bottled water in the room — when we asked they said they hadn't had a delivery all week, on the last day we noticed they had a few crates and when we asked if we could have one they said sorry that's for a different hotel so we cant use it. the kettle doesn't fit under the mini sink they have in the bathroom. Overall extremely dis-satisfied, I was staying there for work purposes but have strongly urged my company NOT to use in the future.

Stayed here last month. Lovely hotel, great staff and perfect location.

I travel frequently and have stayed in several hotels around the world. The accommodation is very modest and fine for a backpacking tourist. I wouldn't stay here as a corporate however. The single rooms are painfully small, but functional. If one is on a tight budget, this might suffice for a short term stay, but I'd be weary if comfort is what one seeks. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Had a great time staying at Chiswick Rooms. I came back from a night out a little tipsy and the reception staff were absolutely great. They helped me to my room and even made me a coffee. I am a little embarrassed about my actions in all fairness but the staff were just great. The rooms are great, beautifully designed with everything you need. I will be staying there again, and next time I promise to be on my best behavior.
