Perfectly well appointed rooms for a short stay. Bathroom (if a bit small) and bed are very good. Tray with tea and coffee in the room. Good breakfast in the cafe next door with door from the lobby. Wifi included. In Greenwich centre. Good choice for your money.

Pretty small hotel but right in the center of Greenwich. Stroke of brilliance if you put up the do not disturb sign they leave a set of everything you need in a carrier bag hooked on to your door.

Two night visit to celebrate a Wedding anniversary. Perfect location. Standard Ibis clean and comfortable room. Not eaten there but Cafe Rouge attached. Would recommend and will stay again.

The Hibiscus Hotel Greenwich the London is worth it. And it feels good for its money. Good location and very easy access. Very recommendable hotel.

Key card wiped itself. Had to go to reception twice for room key related issues. Staff ignored me for 5 minutes at check in. Spilled a pint of coke over us at lunch in the restaurant. Whole room has a ridiculous room key for room lighting set up. Key issues especially have really put me off returning.

It's the second time ive been in this hotel and I really like it. The rooms are excellent, and the personnel at the reception really friendly! I will definitely repeat next time I go back for work.

Warm atmosphere and great staff. Reasonable prices and excellent French restraunt. Would definitely recommend a stay.

We stayed for a week. Right Hotel. Easy connection to the Metro. We took the train at Cuty Sark Station and we'd in Canary Warf. Here we took the Jubilee to Green Park. The neighborhood has a lot of personality. Greenwich Market is a must visit, among other things.

Small room, almost inexistent acoustic isolation for the bathroom, shower wasn't able to deliver constant temperatures resulting in occasion scalding hot water waves. Not fun! The breakfasts, both the full and the continental, are delicious but too small. The personnel is great though! Very friendly and attentive (both in the morning and in the evening, no experience with the afternoon staff)

We had a lovely evening with our friend and both the service and meal were extremely good. I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone who is staying in Greenwich.

About the best service I had so far in a hotel. Rooms are small but clean and the area around the hotel is fine, lots of pubs and many things to see and do.

Nice hotel with a great location. The bar area was full and had a nice atmosphere for a lunch time drink. The service is top notch as always.

Great location, all Greenwich attractions are within just a few minutes walk. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are compact and comfortable. We had a pleasant 3 nights and really appreciated the convenience. The parking was fine, but there's not a lot of it — at £15 a day, it's a relative bargain for London. If you're visiting the city itself, the river bus is a dream. It's so much quicker than the bus, or DLR, and you get a sightseeing trip into the bargain — look at the hop-on, hop-off tickets.

A star less than indicated breakfast was bad room OK.

Tried to check in online but couldn’t so had to do that when we got there, that took a little longer than expected. The room was lovely, nice shower but the toilet was too close to the wall. There seems to be a general consensus that the rooms are too hot. I have to agree. This meant we had to leave our window open for the duration & as this was next to a busy road and mainline train, the noise levels were a little excessive.

Shelves painted on the wall are less useful than the real ones which used to provide a modicum of storage space. Why don't you paint some more on the other walls? One towel per person really is cheapskate. Economy is admirable, but it can become silly, ask Michael Ryan of Ryanair. Staff were cheerful and helpful, despite having to try to appear in control without the benefit of a proper reception desk. Another 'too smart by half' update. Location was everything.

The location was excellent for our needs (we stayed at the OnBlackheath festival).
For the central location right on the Greenwich HIGHROAD it was very quiet in the room (with closed windows).
The room size and facilities were OK, so we had much smaller chambers in London.
The beds were outstanding — not too soft and not too hard.
The shower was really great, with enough water pressure. However, I would like to talk to the planner of the bathroom-apparently the design is more important than the fact that showering the whole bath is flooded (but seems to be a problem in many hotels and is now not to charge this House).
The staff was friendly and helpful at check-in however, the broken, too quickly spoken English was unfortunately somewhat incomprehensible — despite our good knowledge of English.
Overall, the positive impression prevails.
The cleanliness in the bathroom could be a tad better.
Unfortunately, there was also only one large towel per person. An additional (small) towel for everyone would have been desirable. In addition, the towels were "rearranged" by room service.

As far as OK but it cannot be that if you order a taxi at the reception, you can not get one, the CC accepts but only Cash.

Beautiful bathroom. Small on the room size but great value for money. Bed was super firm which I like but some may not. Reception staff where friendly on arrival. Morning breakfast was at the adjoining cafe rouge. Good but expensive food.

We had a lovely experience staying at the Ibis in Greenwich. Our son and his wife had a new baby, they live in Brockley and it was very convenient. Comfortable bed and our dog was allowed to stay too. Really helpful and nice staff and a lovely breakfast in Cafe Rouge next door. The famous Greenwich Park is walkable which the dog loved.

A) — I had booked a room with 2 separate beds and I found 1 double bed.!
b) — on day 13.08 I went out at 9, 15 local time and returned in the evening and the room had not been redone!

Small boutique hotel near the observatory and lots of pubs and restaurants. It had a funky vibe and casual check in which I loved. The room was small but had everything we needed and was very comfy. Highly recommend!

Pleasant stay, just one tiny gripe re parking. If you pay upon arrival for parking for the number of days you are staying, it is actually timed and you get 24 hours. This meant that we had to rush back for 5pm, on the evening after we had checked out, whereas we would have liked to stay in London a couple of hours longer. Reception were happy to extend, at no extra charge, once we had returned, so perhaps I should have tried calling them instead of returning when we did. Otherwise great, love the location, nice and quiet — relatively for London!

I stayed for one night prior to the Prudential Ride 100 and unfortunately the weather was poor for my arrival but I can't blame the hotel for that. I was called by the hotel before arrival to ask if a double room was OK (I had booked a twin) and I agreed that was fine. I arrived and had a twin room — no explanation. Room I had was small and dark — little natural light and with a bike in the room was all the smaller (I had mentioned this when booking). Luckily I had plenty of points to use on paying for the hotel, as the online price was in my mind very high. Best thing was, it was available and convenient.

For what I am concerned it was a nice experience with a comfortable, clean and quiet Hotel. It was a very nice and helpful staff for every type of request. A thank you to all and a cordial greeting.

Knowing the Ibis chain, as an old customer, the experience was fully satisfactory. In Greenwich it is really central and well connected. The breakfast at the cafe Rouge restaurant was great. Employees are always available.

Great reception of the receptionist the room is great and the night despite the fact that the window of the room gives on the street you can not hear the traffic.

In scenic surroundings, close to the DLR (surface metro). Recommended to get to Canary Wharf.

A budget hotel with clean and perfectly equipped rooms. The staff are excellent and the local restaurant is worth a visit.

Location and hotel facility could not be faulted. On site parking is a good factor in this location. The hotel had a good modern feel to it and the experience was on the whole very good. Let down by plumbing problems, very small towels.

Stayed here for one night, enjoy it. Hotel has parking, require additional charges, but the price is very reasonable. Room was small but very comfortable and functional. Hotel in the city centre but very quiet. Adjacent to the Café continental breakfast is very good, we loved it. Will certainly stay again.

The hotel is located on a main road in the leisurely Greenwich. By public transport (DLR line, every 5-10 min, 20 min to Centre) very easy to reach. Station is about 300m away.
Friendly professional welcome. Typical small Ibis room with very comfortable bed. Dark stone tile instead of plastic bath. Kettle for tea, instant coffee and milk available. Free good Wi-Fi. International TV: room service friendly, but with unnecessary minor defects: towels always changed, bed linen not spotted however. Also, hideous, already used and broken plastic cleaning Cup was not traded. Pervasive unpleasant odor after cleaning.
Breakfast at its Cafe Rouge: choose between English or continental. Overpriced. No own selection or compilation possible. Very noisy and unnecessarily many service personnel.
Conclusion: Practical, affordable hotel without significant highlights or defects.

Nice centrally placed hotel in Greenwich. Cafe Rouge on the side is perfect for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. Discount given for the full English. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Manned 24hrs. No complaints at all.

Typical Ibis hotel room which was spotless. Greenwich is a lovely part of London to visit. The hotel is ideally situated for the O2 arena which was why I chose to stay there. Hotel staff all very pleasant and the price I paid for my room was very reasonable in comparison to some London hotels. Would definitely stay there again,

Stayed here for 10 days. It was clean and comfort. People at reception desk were always kind and gave quick responses to requests.

We stayed here for 2 nights when we went to see Noel Gallaghers High Flying Birds at the 02 Arena. It was the perfect spot, few mins walk to the pier to get the River Boat, which was just one stop away from the 02. The room was clean, not massive but perfect for what we needed. The staff were all really friendly even though they couldn't understand my accent a lot, lol. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful. After a really tiring trip and several issues, come to this hotel to be greeted by the delightful guy at front desk (Jakob) Quickly arranged a comfortable room and everything perfect and compared to the price it's good and comfortable — clean and cozy.

Hotel was in good location. Very small rooms. We had a room with two beds and they were tiny twin beds with no apace between beds, Very small TV and no real amenities for the rate I paid. Only two Bath towels in the room and no iron/boards I had to go to a room with iron setup. Compare to Hotels in USA this hotel doesn't come close to even cheapest hotel in USA. No breakfast and Internet included in the rate. I was very disappointed with my stay. It was very clean hotel but very limited amenities and extremely small rooms.

Exactly the same rooms seen in the photo, clean and well decorated, very good location, breakfast not very varied but good. Nice but somewhat loose language. Near the metro station.

Very good. Excellent service, rooms very clean and large, good location, very good food. It is expensive but worth it because you find absolutely nothing wrong.
