Dreadful experience with customer service over the phone — as others have mentioned on here. Hung up on me numerous times and refused to listen to my questions about checking in. Decent apartment but would not recommend due to this unusual treatment.
Worst experience of my life staying somewhere. Patio doors didn't lock and when reported to the management, they slammed the phone down telling us they don't wake up till 9am and to call back then. This was their only emergency hotline. Do not stay here!

Absolutely disgusting experience! Disgusting awful service and treatment by ALL collegues especially the female worker. STAY CLEAR! Bad treatment and inhumane members of staff who have no morals at all and know NOTHING about good manners and good customer service. I read the bad reviews and thought I would give them a chance as there was a FEW positive reviews! So I went ahead and booked it as a birthday present for my partner, and a work trip for myself. I wish I had trusted the many bad reviews. It would have saved me time money and effort. They belittle you, undermine you, speak to you with disrespect. I had paid in FULL, and was denied access as they had said there was no booking for me. I had then politely asked the person I was speaking to on the phone to stop watching me through CCTV and come face to face to see my booking confirmation voucher. She was arrogant and said I should go away and treated me with nothing but disrespect. The cleaner was also scared of people in charge, goes to show their not just rude to clients but their own employees. i had to book a last minute place and spent more money overall! Massively dissatisfied, this apartment company is a BIG JOKE. They have changed their Brand name many times, from Apple apartments, to o2 arena apartments and then excel apartments. Keep well away. They are a bunch of fraudstars. keep away! not exagerating one bit!
