SACO – The Serviced Apartment Company will take full payment for your accommodation at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving licence or passport. A refundable security deposit to cover “additional charges“, including breakages, damages, extra cleaning and further accommodation charges incurred during your stay, may also be taken and you will be advised whether this is payable at the same time. This will vary on the size of apartment you have booked.
Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is non-refundable. A security deposit, as above, will also be required for each apartment booked. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.
This is a meet and greet property; In order to ensure an easy check-in process please inform SACO of your arrival time at the property a minimum of 24 hours prior to arrival and if making a same day booking a minimum of 2 hours prior to arrival, failure to do this may mean having a lengthy wait to gain access.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform SACO Liverpool Street - Strype Street in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. SACO Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
All children are welcome.
All children under 2 years are charged £ 8 per night for children's cots/cribs.
All children under 12 years are charged £ 20 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged £ 20 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
The staff are very helpful here, the station is well designed with platforms within a good walking distance and a stunning building in a great area of town. Good interchange with the tube and a detailed departures board. Fair bit of seating and many shops for a snack to eat. Usually quite busy but trains are quite regular.
