The guy on the concierge is fantastic, anything you need isn’t an issue, we have stayed at the Bloomsbury many times and always come back.

Top, top quality premium hotel. Fantastic central location with exceptionally high quality service & standards across all aspects of the stay. A beautiful bar for a relaxing evening & a very high quality breakfast. The room was immaculately clean, spacious & had an exceptionally comfortable bed.

Such a great hotel with wonderful, helpful staff! Our every need was met and Brian the concierge welcomed our son and soon became his favourite member of staff! We stayed in a suite which was beautiful, cosy and clean! Their sister hotel the Kensington were equally as helpful and we were well looked after! Can’t wait to come stay again in the new year! Thanks to everyone who made our stay so easy and memorable!

Beautiful hotel so picturesque…they treat you like royalty…the customer service is out of this world…as soon as to walk in they look after you from start to finish…took my bags…didn’t let me carry a thing. Waiting on your hand and foot will defiantly be back it’s so cosy thank you again xx.

We booked for afternoon tea unfortunately we we’re to late & there were non available. 🥲
However the service in general was good & we did get to sit on the beautiful terrace.

The most exquisite and beautiful hotel, the staff were friendly and so accommodating. Great rooms with added extras to make you feel super special.

One amazing bar well stocked fabulous staff.

I would recommend perhaps as a place to drop in for a drink or meal, or a private stay, but we attended for a medium sized work function and to be honest, although some of the staff were lovely, some were quite abrupt. The lunch and dinner was less than impressive, cheap pizzas and chicken bites that were cold at lunch and dinner that was lukewarm and the chewy beef hard to eat. The downstairs venue, although decorated, felt quite minimal but also claustrophobic. I rate value for money quite highly and didn’t feel that the hotel met this.
Positive points; my bedroom was lovely, beautifully decorated and well stocked with tea, coffee etc. The bathroom was lovely but very small. Normally the chairs in hotel rooms are uncomfortable, but I actually fell asleep in mine!
Breakfast was delicious, the buffet style selection was bursting with variety and the cooked breakfast was perfect.
The negatives unfortunately marred the positives for me.

All the staff here bring a high level of customer service to the stay. The bars are exceptional and and concierge could not be more accommodating. This is our 3rd visit and will stay again for our next trip.

Fantastic service from front desk to management. Coming from America we really enjoy this hotel and it was are 2nd stay. People are friendly, it is casual, but sophisticated and the rooms are very nice. The bathrooms are modern with terrific amenities, the beds are comfortable and the restaurants are great! the one area that makes this a luxurious hotel is their management and the Coral Bar. The best bartenders in London and they lover their job! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Amazing service. Breakfast included was delicious and special every single morning. Very comfortable, clean, and pretty rooms. Drinks at the Coral Room were delicious. SMELLS AMAZING (I need to purchase what scent they use in their lobby! ). Just a wonderful stay. Can’t wait to return.

We originally were booked at a nearby hotel that was horrible! We called the Bloomsbury and they had a vacancy so we checked in! The hotel is just beautiful and the staff was amazing! The rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfortable. The restaurant and the bar also were amazing! If I have the pleasure of visiting London again I will for sure stay at this hotel! Great location!

Very clean rooms, easy access to the Theatre District. Very friendly staff. Cool bar on the main floor and even cooler, hip hidden bar in the basement. Good Wi-Fi. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Would stay again.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Everything was perfect about our stay — rooms are comfortable and clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful! We stayed for two nights for my birthday and was a nice surprise to find a birthday treat when we got back to our room! Will definitely stay here again if I’m back in London.

Just returned home after an overnight stay at The Bloomsbury for my birthday. The hotel was fabulous! Check in wasn't until 2pm but we arrived at 9am after taking an early train from Newcastle as we wanted to spend the day in London. We were hoping to drop our bags off but our room was ready so they allowed us to check in early, not only that but we were given a free upgrade to a suite!
The room itself was gorgeous, done to an impeccably high standard & spotlessly clean.
All of the staff were lovely, could not have done anymore for us — so impressed by the level of customer service!
We had drinks in The Coral Room on the night, yummy cocktails & fantastic service yet again!
Breakfast was included with our rate & I couldn't fault it! Lovely!
I cannot speak highly enough about this place — we had an amazing stay & would recommend to anyone!

Came for afternoon tea with family. For the past four years this has been a special annual event that we all look forward to. Unfortunately this was the least favourite by far. The service was hopeless. The afternoon tea offering was lacking, including a giant scone between two to share. Very odd. We usually feel quite satisfied after an afternoon tea, but yesterday most of us ended up going out for dinner. The room was nice though and seats comfortable. We won’t be returning.

We just returned for a 4 nite stay at the Bloomsbury. It was delightful. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was comfortable and clean, and it is a great location. We found both bars well equipped and our bartenders eager to accommodate. We are already planning a return visit.

Rooms are quite small as you would expect in a old London building. But good enough for a long weekend. Service is first class. The Coral cocktail bar is lively on a Saturday night. Expect to pay London prices for drinks. Highly recommended.

Staff was wonderful and I loved the general atmosphere of the hotel. The room was luxurious and equipped with all useful amenities one could use. The shower had a bit of grime in the corners and the room was a lot smaller than indicated on the pictures when we booked. But I would much rather have super comfortable leaving stay at such a nice hotel with a welcoming staff, a beautiful room than more space and less comfort. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back!

Great hotel, but not given at all for the holidays. Room Bathroom a little narrow at 2. Very friendly and friendly staff. Small disappointment: The gym was closed.

Always a great comfort. My stays here in the winter are always memorable. The heated bathroom floor, stylish bar and restaurant and full gym are reasons to stay in from the rain. Bloomsburry beds and down pillows are always a welcomed find. Convenient to museums, restaurants, shops and the theater district.

We're late, after dinner, looking for a nightcap. They were kind and attentive, a good Manhattan.

Attended a business event there; the venue looks amazing! The lounges look like out of a movie! I would love to stay there one day!

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Soho. I've attended a conference here. The place is marvelous, lovely architecture and good service from staff. The restroom are really clean. The conference hall is so spacious. Good experience over all.

Superb location and fantastic décor at the facilities. Most of all, would like to give a big shout out to the manager there, Zane. We stayed at the hotel in early November. One day the cleaning staff has mistakenly took one of our belongings (a red blanket) with other washing. The blanket is not of much monetary value but irreplaceable meaning to my girlfriend, who had it since childhood. To tip it off the cliff, it was her birthday. It was 1am when we found that it was lost. Zane was on night shift and came up to understand the issue. Not surprising at all that there was a very unhappy lady in the room. Zane was very professional. He “listened” to our concern (very important) and he went down to the linen room to search for the blanket, and found it. On top of that, we were astounded to find a bottle of bubbles in our room the next day, followed by an invitation to the bar the night after. This extra touch of care made it a memorable stay.

Lovely place. I could lose myself in the library there for hours, even days… loved it. The stay there was definitely worth it. Recommended.

The hotel is located close to the British Museum — a walking distance from main attraction and shopping areas. An underground station and many bus stations are nearby. Excellent location when visiting London. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the hotel is good but expensive. There are so many good places nearby for breakfast. We stayed for a week and loved this place.

Not my favourite place to stay. Room was quite small and tired looking. Good location though and decent breakfast. Overall I probably wouldn't stay again.

A decent hotel in a good part of London. However, the staff were a mixed bag. The check-in staff weren't sure whether I had paid for breakfast or not, the housekeeping staff did turn down only on the first night, and the restaurant staff couldn't remember me after three consecutive breakfasts in their hotel. The FB Manager Maria, however, was the saving grace. There is a cute bar that I would recommend to visitor and locals but the hotel seems bad value for money.

Amazing place, hidden, wide, nice drinks. Perfect even when it's raining. Nice for a snack and coffe. I would recommend this.

There isn't one bad thing to say about The Bloomsbury. From check-in to check — out everything is so well taken care of. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out, and every member of staff makes you feel like you're their only guest. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a studio suite, super luxurious is the only way to describe it. This hotel will now always be my first choice when staying in London. Don't take my word for it, book your stay at The Bloomsbury and find out for yourself, you will not be disappointed. Thank you everyone at The Bloomsbury for making a birthday treat an extra special occasion.

A quiet, well-hidden bar with friendly and attentive staff. A good range of cocktails but only a small selection of beers.

My husband and I stayed in London in June for a short visit before heading to Edinburgh. The staff especially Siriano at the desk could not have been more kind and helpful. Room was a bit small, but clean and returned to find that they take the bed covers down in the evening with a small chocolate. It's elegant and we had a wonderful stay. Will come again without question. I will look for Bloomsbury hotels in D. C. As well.

Quietly Profesional staff, and a perfect location complete with a terrace for outdoor dining make the Bloomsbury a must stay for me. I will definitely return.

Decent historic location and decor. Grand lobby and conservatory. Good food. Basement meeting rooms were a bit spartan and characterless.

Decor and atmosphere were good. Very relaxed place to have a drink. Service was a little slow in the lounge due to lack of staff, but was a Tuesday late afternoon. Would definitely go back though.

Couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet — in fact, I got sick with a fever during our stay and didn't mind staying in bed for two days. My husband was hanging out at the downstairs bar (the Bloomsbury Club) and was (obviously) very happy. The property is were well taken care of and the bar, as well as the terrace restaurant, are wonderful additions. We'll be back.

Great food, lovely drinks, top service. Had afternoon tea and couldn't eat it all, was to much, but certainly in a good way. Cakes were yummy. Would recommend and go again.

The location is great. It is very close to the British museum and a short walk to the Toddenham tube station. It is close to Oxford Street and Covent garden. Staff is friendly. Rooms were always very clean. The bathroom is modern, but I'm not a fan of the shower's trendy half glass pane as it makes it difficult not to get water on the floor. I loved the nespresso machine that was provided along with the glass bottled water and cookies.

The location was great and the room was very small.

Wonderful lobby and entrance. Staff is extremely helpful and they remember your name. The rooms are nice and fairly sized for a London hotel. They have a great service of leaving you treats before you sleep I enjoyed my stay overall!

Had the Pre-Theatre meal (3 courses for £20) and can't fault the quality of the food. A choice of 3 items per course and all sounded delicious (my wife's chicken was "best she'd tasted". Surroundings were beautiful as well. Highly recommended.

Have stayed at The Bloomsbury Hotel multiple times and have always had a very nice stay. It's extremely convenient for both Soho / Oxford Street and the Bloomsbury area (British museum etc). Service is excellent and very welcoming. Rooms may feel a little small but are all very well appointed.

Very good location close to tottenham court road and soho. Nice modern rooms, however a bit small. Comfortable bed, quiet at night, good place to sleep well.

I was only here on conference, but the staff was extremely service minded, great lunches and the look and feel of the hotel instantly takes you back in time. It's location is also exquisite, as the distance to both Camden, Underground tube, museums, Soho, theaters, Covent Garden, Oxford Street, Pubs and much more, are either just around the corner or a short walking distance away. Would love to stay as an actual hotel guest one day.

What a lovely hotel — elegant and a quiet oasis in the middle of London. The service was friendly, efficient and we were in no way rushed. Our hot water didn't come on. Fixed pronto. Our air conditioning had a little wrench displayed, fixed when we returned to our room.

Very friendly, customer focused staff. That was by far the best part. Rooms a bit on the small side, but I felt very well taken care of. Lobby is nice and it's great to sit down there. Restaurant for breakfast was decent. Central location walk-able to everything.

This hotel is superb. Nestled away from the busy streets but only a few steps away from the center of London's heart. As soon as I touched the first step, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome. Although my room was not ready (I arrived early) the staff made sure I was comfortable. The hot tea was a plus. Did I mention the friendly staff? Oh yes I did. While waiting I drifted into a soft sleep on the plush sofa in lobby. No one bothered me. Super duper nice. Once I awoke I hopped on the hard wood floor elevator to my room. It was super lovely and intimate. I wish I could take the wall mirror home. You must stay here.

Fantastic hotel. The staff go above and beyond, customer service is amazing. I stayed with my wife and two young daughters and we all loved it. We can't wait to go back.

You would be excellent if the beds were not so soft, noticed that they are old. But for the rest excellent, location, service, cleanliness and room.
