A great hotel to have a cream tea at. Lovely atmosphere, friendly helpful staff and an excellent cream tea. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! Thanks to friendly, helpful staff. We also enjoyed a delicious brunch in the restaurant with a special shout out to Renton who was especially warm and professional. We’ve stayed at many hotels in town and now we won’t stay anywhere else! Looking forward to returning soon.

Beautiful, stylish hotel and welcoming and helpful staff.
Film club menu which offered a great selection and our choices were exceptional, served by a wonderful helpful waiter.
Basement cinema, complete with popcorn finished off the night — brilliant!

Best cocktails and great staff.

This is a great place to meet old friends. Incredibly stylish, staff are amazing and the cocktails just right; in that they are not trying too hard. Good heavy glasses for a whisky or G & T. Bloody Mary was very impressive and we went for some nibbles because we were drinking too much and they hit the spot nicely. Overall, highly recommend.

Service at the bar was awful.
asked for a vodka with lemon not lime. Still got the lime. When I reminded her I asked dor lemon she said but this is a vodka?! rhe staff were not attentive at all.

Lovely bar/brasserie, nice decor, with attentive staff and helpful concierge. The afternoon tea was excellent, the scones were so fresh, a delight. I will be visiting again!

When I got my head it had gray stuff in it it was dirty so next time I am going to a different place I hate hate HATE this place don't trust it by the cover look at it from the inside.

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff, the rooms, the drinks, the meals and everything else was phenomenal. We even saw Jake Gylenhal!

I was there for a work event. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel itself is immaculate.

Lovely place to relax, wonder around or go shopping. The indoor shopping area is quite unique indeed, and the outdoor area is teeming with restaurants and small shops. A must visit in London.

Excellent drinks as always, with impeccable setvice. Only one waiter seving outside though so service was a bit slow.

This hotel is one of London's boutique hotel. Before we come to the hotel, but it looks like every time we come here the better. And it is in a great location. My husband and I stayed here for two nights at the weekend, when we were staying at, here is very good. The room, the staff, the bar and restaurant were very good. Bed was very comfortable, room service very good. There is a gym, a spa, a library and a good bar. I wish I lived here for more than two nights, …

Who doesn't know this place. Always busy, always crowded but at the same time it feels calm and intriguing. There are regular events going on there and you can always find something interesting. A nice place to visit for both tourists and locals.

Came here for cake and coffee a while back and had a really good time. With their somewhat unique Portuguese offering and relaxing environment I'm surprised this place isn't always packed. True, it's not cheap, but you're right at the roundabout of Seven Dials so don't expect to find bargain prices as you would outside London.

Probably the best vintage shop in London. Always a good variety, generally of good quality. Particularly great if you're looking for a classic belt, accessories or print Ts. Frequently changing stock so always good for a browse.

Great wine and great food. Recommended.

Stopped in here for after work drinks, turned up with a group of 7, and the staff were more than happy to accomodate us. Lovely selection of Portuguese wines and great staff.

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel… Service is excellent, rooms are gorgeous.

Great for vintage fashion. Wide range in terms of products as well as prices. Ok accessories. Very friendly customer service.

Love the drawing room… Amazing!

Great variety for all sorts of vintage clothing but there are a couple of things which are a real let down. The staff can be a little rude at times especially when I was particularly interested at some of the older head-wear section. It is also a little expensive given that they are all old items of clothing. That said I don't think you will be able to find such a large variety of clothes from all eras. Worth a look if you want to dress up.

If you fancy some Brazilian treats this is the place to be: coxinha, brigadeiro and pao de queijo are done the Brazilian way but nothing beats their feijoada — with all the sides it is as good as it gets.

This is a great place to find all of your favrourite clothes and styles, with really friendly helpfull staff, Rokit is also a great place to do some celeb spotting as I have already seen jedward and phoebe from made in chelsea.

The waiters are amazing with the clients. Try the rocambole with salad.

Very cool vintage clothing. There are 3 different locations for this shop, but they always have really nice stuff. I've gotten really awesome shirts from there for really quite cheap! I'd definitely recommend it, my favourite is the one in Camden. It's not very big but the upstairs bit has some really cool stuff. Definitely check it out.

Yummy pasteis de nata and other lovely Portugese delights — and a good break from shopping in Soho.

What irritated me the most about Canela were the staff, who I found to be slow and inattentive (we had to do that very British thing of trying to catch their attention with eye contact alone more than once). Annoying at the best of times, but even more so when you have to nip off to the theatre in 40 minutes. So Canela really gets three stars for the food alone. Even simple dishes like quiche, salad and crisps were really delicious, and my friend's chicken curry was awesome. But I can't understand why it's being billed as cheap. £8 for quiche and salad isn't cheap. And they have a cheek charging £3.50 for a glass of fresh lemonade.
